Abstract

Kinerja  karyawan selalu menekankan pelaksanaan tugas karyawan, sedangkan tugas-tugas yang harus dilaksanakan adalah bagian dari pekerjaan atau posisi dalam perusahaan serta rutin menilai keefektifan individu melalui proses evaluasi prestasi kerja ini menjadi dasar untuk kenaikan gaji, promosi, insentif, kompensasi dan jenis imbalan lain yang diberikan perusahaan itu. Telah banyak penelitian yang dilakukan tingkat kepuasan terhadap kompensasi yang mereka terima dari perusahaan. Masalah kompensasi dan motivasi selain menjadi pendorong seseorang untuk bekerja, juga karena berpengaruh terhadap moral dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan PT Adhiyasa Bangkinang. Waktu penelitian direncanakan selama enam bulan dimulai dari persiapan hingga penyusunan laporan yakni pada bulan Mei 2021 hingga bulan Oktober 2021. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua personil di PT Adhiyasa Bangkinang yang berjumlah 31 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasil, kompensasi dan kompetensi baik secara parsial maupun secara simltan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan PT Adhiyasa Bangkinang

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of either partially or simultaneously of the variable product variation and service quality on customer satisfaction Design/methodology/approach: The data used of primary data which obtained by questionnaire, observation, interview and documentation methods. The sample is 96 customers done by accidental sampling method. The data analysis tool used multiple linear regression model, while hypothesis testing was done by F test and t test at five percent alpha Findings: The result reveal that the product variation and service quality had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on customer satisfaction, furthermore there is evidence the strong relationship between the variables of product variation and service quality with customer satisfaction Research limitations/implications: This research is only carried out in one company as the object of research. Further researchers can conduct research from several companies so that the study results can be generalized Practical implications: The results of this study will provide to the management and the company in increasing profitability through consumer satisfaction. The results of the study also provide theoretical implications as a reference in costumer satisfaction. Originality/value: Determine the effect of product variations and service quality either simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Pemasaran jasa sector perbankan terdampak akibat adanya pandemic virus corona 19, dimana selama tahun 2020 Restrukturisasi dan jenis skema nasabah UMKM Dampak Penyebaran Corona Virus pada Bank PD. BPR Sarimadu mencapai 311 orang. Angka ini cukup tinggi dibandingkan kondisi normal, selain itu pula dunia perbankan dalam kondisi bagaimanapun juga harus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mengutamakan kepuasan para nasabahnya. Berbagai keluhan nasabah dengan kondisi wabah ini terus dialami dan perlu adanya informasi yang akurat bagaimana kepuasan nasabah sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan populasinya adalah nasabah kredit yang direstrukturisasi sebanyak 311 orang dengan sampel 76 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari nasabah sebagai sampel dan juga data skunder yakni data dari Bank PD BRP Sarimadu. Teknik analisa data yakni menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah restrukturisasi kredit terdampak covid 19 pada Bank PD.BPR Sarimadu dalam kategori Puas, dimana kepuasan tertinggi yakni pada indicator emosional dimana nasabah masih merasa bangga dan merasa memiliki nilai social diperlakukan pihak perbankan, maksudnya perbankan masih memiliki perhatian pada nasabah. Sedangkan indicator terendah adalah pada harga maksudnya adanya harapan nasabah pengurangan bunga kredit dan juga pengurangan biaya administrasi kredit sehingga nasabah merasa lebih ringan mencicil dimasa pandemic ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja melalui locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 61 pegawai Badan Pengelolan Keuangan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Metode analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif statistik serta analisis SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan program smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kompetensi pegawai sudah baik, tapi masih dibutuhkan pengembangan dan motivasi kerja serta disiplin sudah baik dan diperlukan peningkatan serta pegawai sudah memiliki locus of control yang baik. Kompetensi, dan motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pagawai kecuali disiplin kerja tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya semakin meningkat kompetensi dan motivasi maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat dan sebaliknya, dengan asumsi faktor lain konstan. Bukti lain yaitu kompetensi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui locus of control, dengan demikian locus of control dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun disiplin kerja tidak beperngaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui locus of control. Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, artinya jika pegawai semakin memiliki locus of control maka kinerja pegawai juga akan meningkat dan sebaliknya dengan asumsi variabel lain konstan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. The analysis used as many as 34 people. The research approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis models. The technique of data collection is done by observing directly on the object of research and giving questionnaires to employees of Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that, there is a significant simultaneous and partial variable effect between competence and work environment on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang. Hypothesis testing is done by the F test and t test, based on simultaneous testing (together) and partial testing (individual). Competence and work environment affect the performance of Bank Mandiri Syariah Bangkinang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work facilities, safety and health on the job satisfaction of the harvest foreman at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei. Galuh, Sei. Garo and Tandun. The samples in this study were all harvest foremen at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei. Galuh, Sei Garo and Tandun, totaling 30 harvest foremen. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Simultaneously compensation, work facilities, occupational safety and health have an effect on job satisfaction, based on the partial test results compensation and work facilities have an effect on job satisfaction, while occupational safety and health have no effect on job satisfaction of the harvest foreman. The closeness of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the fixed variable which is 90,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of own capital, loan capital, working capital, total asset and business volume on the remaining business results at the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru, Kampar Air Tiris District 2009-2018. The population in this study were all financial reports of the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru, Kampar Air Tiris District 2009-2018. Methods of data collection by observation, research files and interviews. The data analysis techniques used include: descriptive analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously own capital, loan capital, working capital, total assets and business volume had a significant effect on the residual income (SHU) with a significance value of 0.011. Partially working capital has a significant effect on SHU with a significance value of 0.035.

Abstract

Koperasi bertujuan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan anggota. Salah satu alat ukurnya dilihat dari perolehan SHU yang besar. Semakin besar SHU yang dihasil koperasi maka kesejahteraan anggota akan terwujud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial modal sendiri, modal kerja, pinjaman anggota dan pendapatan terhadap SHU Koperasi Koperasi Unit Usaha Otonom Rimba Beringin Kecamatan Tapung Hulu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan koperasi berupa laporan triwulan dari 2010-2019. Data diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sendiri, modal kerja, pinjaman anggota dan pendapatan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU. Secara parsial variabel modal sendiri, modal kerja dan pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU. Sedangkan variabel pinjaman anggota tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan SHU.Keeratan hubungan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu sangat kuat, dengan besar kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat 74,8%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of the variable Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operational Costs and Operating Income Cash Ratio on Company Profits. The sampling technique used was purposive using the criteria: conventional rural banks which are categorized as healthy, and which have complete financial reports at OJK. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the least squares equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient. and also statistics to test the correctness of the effect simultaneously at the 0.05 significance level. Others also perform classic assumption tests which include normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. During the study period it is displayed as normally distributed research data. Based on the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test variables that deviate from the classical assumptions have not been found to indicate that the available data has met the requirements to use a multi-linear regression model. The analysis shows that the NPL, OEOI and Cash Ratio data are simultaneously significant to company profits.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of service quality with dimensions tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance with simulthan and partial on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. Sampling is done accidental sampling method as many is 100 families of general patients are hospitalized at RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significant effect on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. While based on the partial test results, the variable of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significant of individual effect on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance on the patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 72,9% .
