Abstract

Membengkaknya jumlah media massa yang berkembang di Indonesia mengundang berbagai permasalahan yang muncul, dari mulai perekrutan, hingga penempatan dan kualitas media serta wartawanya itu sendiri. Masalah wartawan dengan kelemahan kompetensinya, perilaku buruk mereka, dan banyaknya juga “wartawan-wartawanan” yang mengganggu masyarakat merupakan beban atau pekerjaan rumah komunitas pers. Kondisi seperti ini dapat dilakukan perbaikan melalui peningkatan sumber daya manusia dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan pendidikan jurnalistik yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kompetensi wartawan. Sehingga wartawan yang profesional akan dapat bekerja secara maksimal dengan mengedepankan kode etik jurnalistik sehingga dapat menjadi mitra kerja siapapun dalam turut serta membangun bangsa. Adapun yang menjadi pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (a). Apa yang direncanakan dalam pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia ? (b). Bagaimana proses pengorganisasian pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang dilaksanakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia? (c). Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia? (d). Bagaimana evaluasi pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia? (e). Apa saja masalah-masalah yang muncul pada saat pelaksanaan pendidikan jurnalistik berlangsung? (f). Bagaimana langkah revitaslisasi pendidikan jurnalistik ? Dan secara rinci tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (a). Untuk mendeskripsikan apa yang direncanakan dalam pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia. (b). Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pengorganisasian pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang dilaksanakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia. (c). Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana bentuk pelaksanaan pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang diselenggarakan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia. (d). Untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi pendidikan jurnalistik tingkat dasar yang dilakukan Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia. (e). Untuk mendeskripsikan masalah-masalah yang muncul pada saat pelaksanaan pendidikan jurnalistik berlangsung. (f). Untuk mendeskripsikan langkah revitaslisasi pendidikan jurnalistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menjelaskan gejala, peristiwa yang aktual sesuai dengan tahapan dalam proses manajemen pendidikan jurnalistik, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data langsung dari nara sumber yang dibutuhkan. Secara umum hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan terhadap Pendidikan jurnalistik Sekolah Jurnalisme Indonesia (SJI) dimana pendidikan jurnalistik dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen pendidikan melaksanakan fungsi-funsi manajemen pendidikan dengan baik dari mulai menyusun perencanaan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan, dan melakukan evaluasi pendidikan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dan melakukan revitasilasi untuk pencapian tujuan pendidikan jurnalistik.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the analysis of raw material invetory control by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in Dynasty Bakery Business in Airtiris. The data analysis method used is the EOQ method, the safety stock and the re-order point. Based on the resuts of the analysis, the optimum purchase quantity according to conventional company policy is 749,25 Kg with a purchase frequency of 40 time. Whereas based on the EOQ method the optimum purchase quantity is 1.579,47 Kg with a purchase frequency of 19 time. Total inventory cost with conventional company pollicy is Rp. 1.837.537 whearese based on the EOQ is Rp.1.423.103. So by using the EOQ method yhe company can streamline inventory costs by Rp. 414.434 meanwhile, for safety inventory and reorder points according to the company policy does not exist, while EOQ method there safety stock is 786,31 Kg and r-eorder point is 1.026,07 Kg.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy that should be carried out by PD. Kampar Aneka Karya Stanum Bangkinang City in marketing of tour. The type of data used is primary data obtained through PD. Kampar Aneka Karya Stanum Bangkinang City and secondary data in the form of documents, files and notes that have been published. Data collection techniques are interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and research files. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis, which is mapping with strength maps, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to determine the factors of effective strategy advantage. The results showed that the map of the strength of the tour marketing strategy is not new to PD. Kampar Aneka Karya Stanum Bangkinang City is in quadrant I as a market leader, namely a strategy to support aggressive growth (growth oriented strategy).

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of discipline, communication and competence on the performance of employees in the PKS PT.Ciliandra Perkasa Kabupaten Kampar Regency. Sampling was carried out by 81 census employees. Data analysis carried uot by multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and parsial test results, the variable of discipline, communication and competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the PKS PT.Ciliandra Perkasa Kabupaten Kampar Regency. Contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is strong equual to 66,30% while the remaining 33,70% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the public service performance with simulthan and partial at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District, while the sampling was carried out using purposive sampling obtained as many 60 employees at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control have a significant effect with together on the performance at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District, while based on the partial test results, the variable of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control have a significant effect with individual on the performance at the Dinas Kesehatan Kampar District the closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the performance is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 88,3%, while contribution of public accountability, budget participation and intenal control on the performance is equual to 77,9% while the remaining is 22,1% againt influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of Customer Reationship Management (CRM) which consist of competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology with simulthan and partial on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers who carry out pregnancy control at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris in 2019, amounting to 583 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 85 consumers who carry out pregnancy control at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology have a significant effect on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness competence, service, knowledge, procedures and technology on the customer loyality at the RSIA Bunda Anisyah in Airtiris is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 72,9% while the remaining 27,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of product variant and price with simulthan and partial on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The population in this study were all consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City in 2019, amounting to 1.244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of product variant and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of product and price on purchasing decisions at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 87,3%. While contribution the variable of product variant and price to the purchasing decisions variables is equual to 75,7% while the remaining 24,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotion throught social networks on sales at Klinik Selera in Bangkinang City. This research was conducted at the Klinik Selera in Bangkinang City which is located on Profesor M. Yamin Bangkinang Sub-District, Kampar Regency, with a research time of two months, namely in May and July 2020. While types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. Sampling was done bg accidental sampling method which is a sampling technique based on coincidence so that number of samples in this research were 100 consumers. Data analysis carried out by simple linear regression model and hypothesis testing carried out by the t test at the rate of 5%. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that promostion trought social networks has a significant effect on the sales at Klinik Selera in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship between promotion throught social media varable on sales at Klinik Selera in Bangkinang City is very strong because the correlation coefficient (r) value is obtained 92,2%.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of advertising, product superiority, life style and price on the purchase decision of the le-minerale mineral water brand (case study on Malaya Mart and Ranggon Mart in Bangkinang City). Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 consumers consisiting of 60 consumers at Malaya Mart and 40 consumers at Ranggon Mart. The sample was taken using accidental sampling technique. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of advertising, product superiority, life style and price have a significant effect on the purchase decision of the le-minerale mineral water brand (case study on Malaya Mart and Ranggon Mart in Bangkinang City).The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of advertising, product superiority, life style and price on the purchase decision of the le-minerale mineral water brand (case study on Malaya Mart and Ranggon Mart in Bangkinang City) is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86%. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the financial performance achieved by the Rimba Beringin Autonomous Business Unit Cooperative in 2016-2019 and the strategies used to achieve financial performance that meets the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. This research is a descriptive study. The method of data collection used is research and observation files. The data analysis method used is the financial ratio consisting of liquidity ratio and profitablity ratio. The results showed that, the financial performance of the Rimba Berin Autonomous Business Unit Cooperative as measured by the liquidity ratio of current ratio and cash ratio showed poor performance. Judging from the profitability ratio, returnt on assets and return on equity shows excellent financial performance
