Abstract

Research to determine the effect of service quality with dimensions tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance with simulthan and partial on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. Sampling is done accidental sampling method as many is 100 families of general patients are hospitalized at RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significant effect on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. While based on the partial test results, the variable of tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have a significant of individual effect on general patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar District. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance on the patient satisfaction at the RSIA Husada Bunda Salo Sub-District Kampar is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 72,9% .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PKS PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tandun Tapung Hulu. The sample of this study used a technique using the Slovin formula so that the sample in this study were 49 employees of PKS PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tandun Tapung Hulu. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PKS PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Tandun Tapung Hulu, with a significant value less than 0.05. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is strong.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the number of members, own capital and the volume of savings and loan businesses on the remaining business results of the employee cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkinang Kota and Kuok districts in 2010-2019. The population in this study were all employee cooperatives of the republic of Indonesia in Bangkinang sub-district and Kuok sub-district in 2010-2019, as many as 24 cooperatives. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling method, the sample in this study was selected as many as 4 cooperatives. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously the number of members, own capital and the volume of savings and loan businesses had a joint effect on the residual income. Partially the variables of own capital and business volume had an effect on the residual income while the variable number of members had no effect on the residual results of the business. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is classified as strong. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variation is 55.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of digital promotion on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstrore in Bangkinang City. This research was conducted at Emyu Bookstore in Bangkinang City for 2 months, from July to August 2020. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data, while the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers at the Emyu Bookstore in Bangkinang City in 2019, amounting to 2.844 consumers and based on the Slovin formula with 10% inaccuracy level, the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers. Data analysis carried out by simple linear regression model and hypothesis testing carried out by the t test at the rate of 5%. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that digital promostion has a significant effect on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstrore in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship between digital promotion varable on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstoore in Bangkinang City is very strong because the correlation coefficient (r) value is obtained 92,2%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to The Effect of Total Assets, Own Capital, Member Loan and Operational Costs On The Remaining of Business Results In Cooperatives (Case Study On KP-RI Tunas Bakti SMPN 01 Kampar Airtiris). The population in this study was the cooperative KP-RI Tunas Bakti SMPN 01 Kampar Airtiris. The technique used in sampling is the File Research method that comes from the cooperative. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. The results showed that simultaneously Total Assets, Own Capital, Member Loans and Operational Costs affect the remaining business results. Partially, namely Total Assets, Own Capital and Member Loans which affect the Remaining Business Results while Operational Costs do not affect the Remaining Business Results.

Abstract

Research to determine the effect of the product, price, promotion and place on the sales volume with simulthan and partial at the Airtiris Branch of the Ayah Bakery Business. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this research were all consumers at the Airtiris Branch of the Ayah Bakery Business in 2019 totaled 1.244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula, it is known that the number of samples in this research was 100 consumers at the Airtiris Branch of the Ayah Bakery Business. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test results, the variable of the product, price, promotion and place have a significant with together effect on the sales volume at the Airtiris Branch of the Ayah Bakery Business.While based on the partial test results, the variable of the product, price, promotion and place have a significant with individual effect on the sales volume at the Airtiris Branch of the Ayah Bakery Business, with place the dominant variable affecting sales volume. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of the product, price, promotion and place have a significant with individual effect on the sales volume is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 86,9%. While contribution of the product, price, promotion and place have a significant with individual effect on the sales volume is equual to 72.9% while the remaining 27,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Yamaha NMax motorbikes at Mahkota Motor Bangkinang Kota. Population of this study were customers of Yamaha NMax motorbikes at Yamaha Mahkota Motor Bangkinang Kota Dealer. The sample was carried out by purposive sampling method so that the sample in this study became 60 customers. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions. There is a strong relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions and the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 69.0%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Factors that Affecting Competitive Advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa (Survey on perumahan Lukman Indah Pesona Salo Consumen). This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 consumens who bought the Perumahan Lukman Indah Pesona Salo. There are two kinds of data which is primary and secondary. The data is collected using a questionnaire and research file. From the validity test of the results, all items of statements submitted to respondents were declared valid with a value greater than the value (0.3338). The reliability test results also showed that each item had a increased level of reliability with Cronbach's alpha values above 0.6. From the results of the study concluded that the independent variables partially affect competitive advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa. The analytical tool used to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is simple linear regression. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.782 with a coefficient of determination (R^2) of 56.00%. The results of this research is indicate that quality product, price, promotion and service quality variables affect to competitive advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and price perception on sales volume of Vivo brand smartphones (survey on consumers of PT. Finansia Multi Finance, Bangkinang Branch). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 91 consumers who bought the Vivo brand smartphones. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. These data were collected using a questionnaire and research files. From the results of the validity test, all items of the statements submitted to the respondents were declared valid with a value of rcount greater than the value of rtable (0.206). Reliability test results also indicate that each item has a good level of reliability with Cronbach's alpha value above 0.6. From the results of the study concluded that the independent variables partially affect the sales volume at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Bangkinang Branch. The analytical tool used to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is multiple linear regression. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.668 with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 42.60%. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, brand image and price perception affect the sales volume at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Bangkinang Branch.

Abstract

Reseach to determine the effect of the effect of Return on Equity , Debt to Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on Price Book Value in food and beverages sub sector companies listed on theindonesia stock exchange (idx) for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results simultaneosly and partially, the variable Return on Equity , Debt to Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on Price Book Value ions are proven to have a significant effect on firm value in the food and beverages sub sector companies.The closeness of the relationship between the variabel Return on Equity , Debt to Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on Price Book Value is very strong with the correlation coefficient (R) obtained at 83,5% is influences by other factors not included in this study. Sampling was done using puposive sampling method as 18 samples in the food and beverages sub sector companies. Data analysis performed using multiple linear regression models.
