Penerbit ini memuat artikel yang belum pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya yang berupa artikel hasil penelitian ataupun penelitian terapan. Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui ‘peer-review process’ setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel, kemudian penerbit menyerahkan semua template ke pelaksana konferensi keilmuan. Abstract

The rapidgrowth in the number of motorized vehicles causes many problems to occur, such as traffic jams, accidents, and so on. The government has issued various policies regarding traffic, but traffic problems have not been resolved so far. The purpose of doing this research is to describe and understand more about how the implementation of traffic policy in Cibiru, Bandung city. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and interactive data analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of traffic policies in Cibiru, Bandung City, is still not optimal and needs to be improved, especially in terms of providing infrastructure and outreach related to traffic policies.

Abstract

Basically, an orderly archive policy, especially regarding dynamic archive management, has been made by the central government as a guide to build awareness of all elements of society on the importance of managing records, especially within the government bureaucracy. Therefore, this study aims to find out how dynamic archives are managed, influencing factors and obstacles in managing dynamic archives in Cipadung Village, Cibiru District. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Observations include the creation, use and maintenance, depreciation of archives, influencing factors and obstacles in managing records. The data analyzed are the results of observations and interviews with the secretary of the lurah and the social welfare section. The results of the study show that the management of dynamic archives in Cipadung Village, Cibiru District is said to be quite good, covering aspects of creation, use, maintenance. Meanwhile, the depreciation aspect needs further attention by the Cipadung Village. In addition, there are factors that influence the management of dynamic archives in the Cipadung Village, namely storage systems and archival facilities. Then, there are obstacles in managing dynamic archives in the Cipadung sub-district, namely the absence of a special room for archives and the inadequacy of Human Resources specifically managing archives

Abstract

Parking management issues are frequently encountered in various universities due to suboptimal land management. Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University in Bandung is one such public university that is also not exempt from parking problems. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the implemented parking management system, including its technology, policies, and procedures. The research can help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current system. The research method that can be employed is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources include primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews with parking management, parking attendants, and users, while secondary data is derived from document studies and observations related to parking management. The findings of this research indicate that several aspects have been analyzed, showing that overall, parking management at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung has made progress but still requires further attention and support to improve the parking conditions

Abstract

Pedestrian paths are provided to be used as facilities for pedestrians safely and comfortably in accessing destinations. Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University with the main gate intersecting with the road as a place that is accessed by many students with walking facilities that are still misused. Therefore this study aims to analyze how these problems occur, the policies that have been implemented, as well as analyze the obstacles and supports for pedestrians. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data sources derived from primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the pedestrian path to the west of the UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung campus is still being misused by street vendors, while the east side of the campus which is under the authority of the campus has implemented protective facilities for pedestrians

Abstract

The village market is an important asset that is expected to meet the needs of rural communities and contribute to the village economy. However, the lack of economic knowledge from market managers and weak management by the village government or local traders' organizations has resulted in the market not developing optimally. In this study, a descriptive method was used with interview and observation techniques to collect data according to the problems studied. The data used is qualitative data, which is analyzed through observation and discussion of the role of the village head in managing the village market. The research results show that the village is the smallest unit in the state administration system that has its own government structure. Village markets play an important role in meeting the daily needs of village communities and can become centers of economic and social activity. Good village market management includes transparent management, security, waste handling, order, maintenance, and customer care.

Abstract

Universities need to have various facilities to support the success of university program goals, one of the facilities that support the success of a university plan is the provision of a library that also performs tridharma by providing, organizing, and providing services to library users, the UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung library was previously quite ineffective because it took a long time to receive the right literature from now on it has changed by adopting library digitization to make the right literature easily available, the purpose of this article is to discuss the strategy of the UIN Bandung library in increasing student interest in reading, This research was conducted by applying qualitative methods, the post-positivistic research paradigm is also included in descriptive qualitative research, the informants were selected by researchers using purposive sampling techniques, the strategy of the UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung library in increasing reading interest has supporting factors and inhibiting factors, the need to implement library strategies by holding library planning in determining the goals to be set, providing services such as distributing information and utilizing resources and facilities, and providing facilities to support excellent library services and achieve vision so that in increasing student interest in reading can meet the targets to be achieved

Abstract

Public wishes can be dealt with mostly through public policy. However, governments are often unable to solve all the problems of society as a whole. This is because the interests, needs, and perspectives of each person on the current situation are different. To address this, making an online petition is now easier, beneficial, and effective, and can be done anywhere. Change.Org is an online platform that helps people make online petitions and collect petitions from the community to promote social change related to political or social issues. The platform also helps petition creators get public signatures. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Researchers use a qualitative approach because focusing on processes rather than outcomes, researchers want to gain an idea of meaning, understanding through word descriptions, and build abstractions, concepts, hypotheses and theories through the details of the discoveries the researchers find. This method further describes the aspects, the context of each word, the images uploaded in the online petition on the Change.Org platform. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that only five petitions meet five indicators of online petition success. However, online petitions are not the only component that influences the decision-making process; the execution process beyond online petition also plays an important role in such decision making

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence in tertiary institutions are increasingly sticking out, the Ministry of Religion through the Directorate of Islamic Education issued Guidelines for the Prevention of Sexual Violence in Islamic Religious Higher Education Number 5494 of 2019 but not all PTKI have followed up on this rule. UIN Sunan Gunung Djati itself has not issued PPKS SOPs as standard rules on a campus scale to deal with this. This study aims to analyze the urgency of preventing and handling cases of sexual violence at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data were obtained from the results of interview observations, analysis of regulations, articles and other related sources. The results of the observations of researchers showed that there were not a few cases of sexual violence that occurred at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Apart from the lack of awareness, the lack of information and outreach from the campus regarding sexual violence also makes the academic community not know what to do if sexual violence occurs on campus. WSC as an UKM directly under the auspices of the campus provides a space for reporting and assisting survivors of sexual violence through a complaint booth. But in reality the WSC runs independently and there has been no involvement from the campus. Therefore, the PPKS SOP at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is an urgent thing to haste

Abstract

. Aktivitas belajar siswa XI MIPA masih tergolong rendah dikarenakan minimnya strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru. Sehingga diperlukan suatu strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai tindakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model problem based learning disertai pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, evaluasi serta refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan membandingkan hasil observasi pada setiap siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 61,88% meningkat menjadi 71,00% ada siklus 1 dan meningkat lagi sebesar 79,75% pada siklus 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning disertai pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memberikan konstribusi positif terhadap peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa di kelas.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang harusnya menyediakan kemudahan dan kemajuan dalam proses pembelajaran nyatanya masih belum secara optimal dimanfaatkan. Di balik segala kemudahan yang disediakan oleh implementasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, nyatanya tingkat partisipasi belajar siswa pada era digitalisasi pendidikan masih terbilang rendah. Rendahnya partisipasi belajar tersebut akan secara langsung mempengaruhi hasil belajar dan kemampuan literasi digital siswa. Keterampilan literasi digital terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi secara bertanggung jawab dalam mencari, mengonsumsi, dan berinteraksi dengan sumber daya digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Partisipasi belajar yang rendah di era digital lebih disebabkan pada kurangnya availabilitas konten, serta sumber belajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik era digital sehingga pendayagunaan perangkat gawai yang dimiliki oleh siswa belum termanfaatkan dengan baik untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas implementasi LKPD digital berbasis Canva dalam menjembatani siswa dengan media belajar yang dapat mengoptimalkan partisipasi belajar dan pendayagunaan gawainya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi LKPD digital berbasis Canva memperoleh respon positif dari siswa, (2) hasil belajar dan kemampuan literasi digital siswa meningkat, ditunjukkan dengan skor N-gain pada kategori sedang dan tinggi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi LKPD digital berbasis Canva efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kemampuan literasi digital siswa.
