Abstract

The research conducted by this researcher aims to show the effect of brand image on the intention to purchase tickets on the Tiket.com application. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population is the consumers or potential consumers of Tiket.com. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 100 samples. The analytical tool used is IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The analytical method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis test. In the regression analysis, the results of the brand image regression coefficient were 0.809 with a significance of 0.000, which means sig.(p) < 0.05, it was stated that there was a significant influence on the brand image variable on the interest in buying tickets on the Tiket.com application. The results of the study show that brand image has an effect on purchase intention. In the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination test (R square) a value of 0.643 is obtained, indicating that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The magnitude of the influence of brand image on consumer buying interest partially is 64.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flash sales tagline “free shipping on the impulsive buying behavior of Lazada e-commerce users who live in Semarang. The subject of this research is the Lazada application users who live in Semarang who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument in this study was an impulsive buying scale and a questionnaire regarding flash sales and the tagline "free shipping" with two answer choices. Impulse buying scale based on aspects of Rook. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect if tested partially between flash sale and impulsive buying variables with p=0.001, but if the tagline variable "free shipping" and impulsive buying produces a significance value of p=0.764, which means there is no significant relationship. If flash sales and free shipping tagline are tested simultaneously on impulsive buying, it produces a significance of p=0.000, which means that there is an influence between two variables on impulsive buying. Based on r square, a value of 0.151 is obtained so that the effect of flash sale and free shipping tagline simultaneously on impulsive buying is 15.1%. The rest is influenced by other variables that are outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service and price perceptions on satisfaction among students using Maxim in Semarang City. The subjects used were 161 people with the criteria of having or using the Maxim application, and students or equivalent in Semarang City. For processing the data using the help of IBM SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed its significance of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between service perceptions, price perceptions on customer/student satisfaction. Perceptions of service obtained a t value of 17.885 > 1.960 t table with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, this means that there is an influence between service perceptions and satisfaction. Then for price perceptions obtained by t count results of 9.624 > 1.960 t table with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 this means that there is an influence between price perceptions and satisfaction. Then for the F value calculate 168.159 and sig. count as 0.00. So that the calculated F value is 168.159 > 3.05 F table and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05.This means that there is a significant influence on service perception (X1) and price perception (X2) on satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This research was made to see how the perceptions of overseas students as users of the KAI Access application regarding the ease of use of the KAI Access application features. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use of features on user satisfaction of the KAI Access application for overseas students in Semarang. The method in this research is a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis. The selected population is overseas students who use the KAI Access application in Semarang. The selected sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample of 105. Data was collected using the google form to be distributed to overseas students in Semarang who used the KAI Access application. The data analysis technique uses multiple linearity tests with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study prove that perceived ease of use of features has a significant influence on user satisfaction of the KAI Access application for overseas students in Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of import and export on Indonesia's economic growth. A country's economy cannot be separated from global economic conditions. The economy of each country is strongly influenced by its economic relations with other countries. Thus, competitiveness is an important component in the Indonesian economy. This research uses a literature review or literature review. Exports in the short term show that the export variable has no significant effect on economic growth in the short term. While in the long term, the export variable has a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Furthermore, the import variable does not have a significant effect on economic growth in the short term, but will be very influential in the long term. This research is expected to provide insight and knowledge on the export and import nature of economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study discusses the political, economic, and legal systems in Economic Development with a literature review approach. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive approach to analyze the influence of political, economic and legal systems on economic development and their implications. The differences between collectivism and individualism, democracy and totalitarianism in political systems are the focus of discussion. Economic systems include market, command, and mixed economies. Legal systems differ and geographic and educational factors influence economic development. The broader concept of development includes social and human factors, innovation and entrepreneurship as engines of economic growth. Changes in the political economy system and geographic and educational factors have implications for economic development. This study provides insight into aspects related to the political, economic, and legal systems and their implications for economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the capital market in economic development in Indonesia and the challenges and prospects for the future. The research method used is literature review with data sources from various book articles and related sources. The challenges and prospects for the capital market in the future show great potential for Indonesia's economic growth, but there are also a number of challenges that need to be overcome. These challenges include increasing knowledge and understanding of investment in the capital market for the public, reforming regulations and law enforcement in accordance with developments in the capital market, as well as increasing liquidity and developing market instruments. However, with the implementation of the right policies, empowering the middle class as potential investors, increasing capital market education, and incentives for companies that go public, the capital market has bright prospects as an attractive investment vehicle and encourages Indonesia's economic growth in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to optimize success in the international market in the context of the globalization era. This research is a literature review research in which the data is taken from various reliable sources, both articles, books or other research sources. The results of this study are international organizations playing an important role in facing challenges and taking advantage of the opportunities posed by globalization. For example, the World Trade Organization (WTO) plays a role in formulating international trade rules and facilitating negotiations between its member countries to reduce trade barriers. In addition, regional organizations such as the European Union (EU) and ASEAN also contribute to promoting free trade among their member countries through agreements such as the common market and customs union. Through cooperation and negotiations at the international and regional levels, these organizations seek to create an environment that supports international trade and optimizes the benefits derived from globalization. Although challenges and differences of opinion still exist, international organizations remain a vital platform for optimizing success in international markets in the context of the current era of globalization.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research, which aims to determine the increase in Competency Practices in the Ignition System Subject through a Problem-Based Learning Model for Class XI Light Vehicle Engineering students at SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. The research subjects totaled 21 students. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each 1 cycle was carried out in 4 meetings. The results of the research in cycle I and cycle II were (1) students who attended lessons on time increased by 7.13%, (2) students who answered questions increased by 1.98%, (3) students asking questions increased by 3.15 % (4) students collecting assignments on time increased by 5.95%, (5) carrying out other activities during the teaching and learning process such as fuss and messing around decreased by 25.39%, (6) taking notes on subject matter/ making resumes increased by 29.37%, (7) students who were late for lessons decreased by 8.06%. Prior to the application of the problem-based learning model the average pretest score was 56.90, but after the application of the problem-based learning model the average student score became 72.57 in cycle I and 79.00 in cycle II.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), is an economic entity in which both part and majority of the capital owned is controlled by the village government through direct participation taken from the separated village treasury, with the aim of managing inventory, services, and other business activities with the aim of increasing welfare. as many rural residents as possible. Community Economic Empowerment is expected to be able to take advantage of all potential economic resources, economic institutions, and the potential for villages with natural and human resources is no exception. This study aims to analyze Community Empowerment activities in Pajinian Village, West Adonara District, District East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The study used a qualitative method accompanied by interview techniques and direct questions and answers with the subjects studied, namely: the head of the Pajinian village, the head of the Bumdes of Pajinian village, the management of the Pajinian village of Bumdes, members of the Pajinian village community. There is a relationship between Community Empowerment and the formation of BUMDES in Pajinian Village, West Adonara District.
