The Effect Of Price and Quality Service For Buying Interest Repeat at The Toko Bangunan Jaya Abadi Selebung Kecamatan Keruak Kabupaten Lombok Timur. The study aims to determine The Effect Of Price and Quality Service For Buying Interest Repeat at The Toko Bangunan Jaya Abadi Selebung Kecamatan Keruak Kabupaten Lombok Timur. The Population in this study were consumer who had made a purchase at the Jaya Abadi Building Store, while the sample of this study was 50 using purposive sampling technique. This type of research is an associative research. Data processing in this study using SPSS 25.0 for windows. Were the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test is carried out. Multiple linier regression analysis test, test significance (t test) and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) Price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

Tax reporting is one of the important activities required by the Ministry of tax and finance to make the public aware that in this socialization it is health workers, but unfortunately there are still many health workers who do not understand how to report Annual SPT online. This socialization has the following objectives: 1) to educate health workers about the importance of annual tax reporting; 2) provide a way of how to report tax steps in the e-filling application; 3) forwarding information and socialization from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Republic of Indonesia to health workers regarding state revenues through taxes. The method used in conducting this socialization is an online learning method where participants can interact directly with resource persons to ask questions about filling out the Annual Electronic Tax Return, the socialization will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 with 100 participants from health workers. By using a practical model, participants felt that they were gaining knowledge directly and 82% of them were able to do tax reporting online and independently.

This study aims to analyze the role of student learning motivation on thematic learning outcomes in elementary schools. The research was conducted at SDN Kertosuko 3 with research data obtained from interviews using a quantitative descriptive method. The research was conducted by analyzing interest in learning and student learning outcomes which were calculated based on an authentic assessment system. Based on the results of the analysis conducted in class V SDN Kertosuko 3, it is known that in thematic learning students' motivation can affect learning outcomes. This is evidenced from the results of student learning interest, enjoyment and low student involvement are the keys to creating effective learning in the classroom. Learning must always involve students in it, so that learning is not oriented towards delivering material from the teacher to students. An educator must also be able to think broadly, how learning does not only produce a value at the end of learning. But what is no less important is how the learner can improve the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students.

This study aims to determine the use of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in village physical development and the impact it has on Village Physical Development in Bunut Baok Village, Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, the data collection method used was literature study and field study. The research results were analyzed using a descriptive method, which describes how the use of ADD in village physical development and how the impact of using ADD is in village physical development in Bunut Baok village, Praya sub-district, Central Lombok district. The data validity method used is method triangulation and data source triangulation. The conclusions from this study regarding the use of ADD in village physical development, namely ADD is used based on setting village priority scales that have been approved by the village government based on the results of the Village Deliberation (Musydes). Obstacles in its realization include human resources, land availability and disbursement of funds. The impact felt by the community from the physical development of the village includes easy access to roads, smooth running of the economy and increased income, better environmental management, access to clean water, and smooth farming activities for farmers.

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the level of Financial Effectiveness and Efficiency in the East Lombok Regency during the Covid-19 and Post-Covid-19 periods. The data used is Secondary data, namely East Lombok Regency APBD data in 2019-2021. The analysis technique used is to calculate the Regional Financial Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio. The results obtained show that overall, the average value of the effectiveness ratio for East Lombok Regency Regional Finance in 2019-2021 reached an effective level even during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This means that the local government of East Lombok Regency has succeeded in realizing Regional Original Income (PAD) from the previously estimated target so that the potential of existing PAD can be maximized by the local government to support economic stability in East Lombok Regency. Meanwhile, the level of Regional Financial Efficiency in East Lombok Regency in 2019-2021 is at the Less Efficient and Inefficient level. This means that the portion of input use (spending) is more than 90 percent compared to the amount of output (income). In terms of the economy and finance, this is an inefficient condition, especially during the 2019-2020 Covid-19 Pandemic.

Banking financial institutions play an important role in the economy. Public trust is one of the foundations for the success of the banking industry which faces increasingly fierce competition. The need to monitor the level of bank health must be carried out by banks in order to increase public confidence in handling their business finances. Bank financial statements can be researched as one of the sources. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of banking health at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The analytical tool used is RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital). The data or information in this study is a bank financial report published from 2020 & 2021. The results of the study prove that the bank is healthy. This is determined using the RGEC approach to evaluation. In this situation, Bank Syariah Indonesia has the potential to have a major adverse impact with changes in the economic climate and other external conditions. In 2020-2021, Bank Syariah Indonesia can also manage the health and stability of Islamic banks.

One method to improve banking service standards is to train staff to make better use of information technology. In terms of further lending of funds to consumers, financial institutions such as banks play a deterrent role. Accounting information systems are used similarly in Islamic banking as in traditional banking, both conceptually and fundamentally. This study aims to find out about the concept of information technology control in bank financial institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study are that using new communication technologies more carefully can increase customer happiness in the face of increasing competition in the banking industry and government deregulation measures to prevent cybercrime. In addition to the impact of competition, IT systems are also affected by workplace capacity, regional influence, and improvements in information technology (especially computer and communication technology) (especially computer and communication technology). Decisions made during the development of an existing or new information system must consider the definition, construction, and implementation phases. Information systems must also be adaptable, user-friendly, real-time, database-driven and integrated.

The purpose of this research is to find out eiger's segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies in fulfilling the needs and desires of consumers in doing outdoor activities. The research method used to achieve the research objectives was a qualitative method, the data collection method used systematic literature review. The results showed, (1) Segmentation, Eiger's market segment is consumers who are happy with outdoor activities and consumers who are happy with the adventurous style, this is for clothing products. For products from Eiger Coffee, the segmentation is focused on consumers who are looking for coffee with good quality but at a low price. (2) The target market targeted by Eiger is consumers who like adventure, and or consumers who like the style of an adventurer, this is for clothing products. For products from Eiger Coffee, Eiger coffee targets its products for coffee lovers who are looking for the best taste and quality (3) Positioning, positioning according to benefits. As mentioned above, Eiger products provide comfort when worn, besides that Eiger products have good material strength so that Eiger products are resistant and durable. Second, Eiger has clothing and coffee products that are relatively more expensive than competitors in the same industry.
