Abstract

The development and growth of the Bank is currently one of the indicators of economic growth of a country, ABC Bank is written here is a bank with the name of a hidden bank but exist in Indonesia to keep confidential data that has been obtained in research, ABC bank is located in almost 58 Main Branch Offices and 438 Sub-Branch Offices throughout Indonesia to conduct activities such as collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits and deposits and distribution to the community in the form of credit, in fact there are many other activities undertaken by banks in producing bank products, between (gyro), foreign exchange , checks, credit cards, bank guarantees, bilyet giros, collections, bank records, safe deposit boxes (SDB), call centers, electronic banking, debit cards and ATM cards, and credit cards, banks can assess the health of their own banks using government methods newly issued in PBI number 13/1 / PBI / 2011 article 2, the bank is required to conduct a health assessment or bank using a risk approach (Risk Based on Bank Rating) either individually or consolidatively, therefore perceived and required an integrated database that meets the needs of the analysis using data warehouse to support the connection of bank information systems to Business Intelligent, to meet those needs above then in the design Database processing using Datawarehouse that is able to analyze all transactions into the dashboard and tabular graphics to facilitate and interesting in reporting, this research. done with the current system analysis stages, report analysis, data warehouse planning, data warehouse design, data warehouse verification.

Abstract

PT Collega Inti Pratama sebuah kantor yang memproses surat masuk dan surat keluar membutuhkan komputer sebagai alat bantu yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat. Dalam penulisan ini yang menjadi permasalahan adalah bagaimana penggunaan komputer dalam sistem pengolahan surat dan surat yang masuk. Keluar di Kantor PT Collega Inti Pratama. Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan komputer pada bagian Sekretaris Perwakilan pada sistem pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web yang dilakukan oleh karyawan PT Collega Inti Pratama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan dalam menyelesaikannya adalah dengan melakukan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan bahan berupa buku-buku dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut serta dengan wawancara langsung dengan karyawan./ karyawan di PT Collega Inti Pratama untuk memperoleh informasi atau informasi terkait tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Sistem Pengolahan Data Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar berbasis Web di kantor PT PT Collega Inti Pratama maka proses penginputan dan pencarian data surat masuk dan surat keluar dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. sesuai dengan tuntutan semua pihak.

Abstract

Load balancing web server is one of the ways used to improve the performance and availability of web servers, is to divide the requests dating to multiple servers at once, so that the burden borne by each server lighter. The level of availability bias web server is maintained with the use of load balancing, namely when one server can not serve user requests (server down), then automatically the other server directly replace it, so the user as if not knowing that the server is down. The method used in load balancing is to use round robin algorithm and modulo in the server Internet Information Service. From the analysis of the implementation of load balancing has been done, the system load balancing can be one of the effective and efficient solution to create a reliable system with high availability, in particular web server.

Abstract

ABSTRACTError assignment on customer complaints handling against a division causes customer complaints not to be processed optimally, this can lead to a negative war of mouth in a company. The purpose of this research is to make an implementation of handling customer complaints towards a division processed optimally by using text mining and the C4.5 algorithm. From the results of these research will be evaluated and validated with the ROC curve to determine the level of accuracy on the decision tree in making classification of complaint handling of the division. With this decision support system, it’s expected to facilitate and accelerate a complaint from the customer and maximize customer service performance in the company PT. Abstract

System application to procces website improvement reported by client PT. Inti Karya Teknologi to IT Support Team only using email and no one program application has supported for this work process. In this study research author discussed analysis of the problem covered analysis of the problems of the system running the previous PT. Inti Karya Technology and provide a solution that can solve the problem that had occurred and to provide proposed new system, the process of analysis is done both in terms of IT Support Team at Work PT.Inti Technology and client PT Inti Karya Technology. The method used in this study using the method of observation and documentation as well as the author also uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram. Results to be achieved is by analyzing systems running earlier can be created an application that can be a container between IT Support and clients in the work process improvement website petition filed by the client and the process improvements made by the IT Support team more effective and efficient.Keywords: Website improvements, IT Support, Clients.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Maintaining old customers is more difficult than getting new customers because now information can be accessed online and easily. This makes buyers have many choices to try similar products with other brands or stay on one brand. Competition in the laundry business in residential areas is increasingly widespread, so many laundry businesses are losing customers with various reasons. Building a customer loyalty program at the laundry business is intended to keep customers from moving elsewhere. There are two main objectives of the customer loyalty pro8gram, the first is to increase sales revenue by increasing the level of purchases. The second goal is to build closer ties between brands and customers. The loyalty program developed aims to provide certain prizes based on the number of points collected by the customer. Points are collected based on the quantity of items you want to wash, calculated per kilogram. Points become a measure of customer loyalty as well as a benefit for customers. CORSis an active geodetic frame network in the form of apermanent station equipped with a receiver that canreceive signals from GPS satellites and other satellitegnss, which operate continuously for twenty-four hours.so that the function of CORS can later be used insituation mapping using the RTK method (real timekinematics). Abstract

Computer network security as part of an information system is very important to maintain the validity and integrity of data and ensure the availability of services for users, because  the computer network systems should be protected from all sorts of attacks and intrusion at temps or scanning by unauthorized parties. Computer connected to the network, there are many security threats that are larger than on the host or a computer disconnected anywhere, so by controlling network  security, the risk can be reduced, so that a network is designed as a data communication high way with  the aim of increasing access  to computer  systems, while  security is designed to control access, so that the provision of network security is a balancing act between open access with security. Firewalls are a means of controlling what information is allowed to get in and out of the local network and generally host or computer firewall connected to the internet and local LAN, and LAN access to the Internet only allowed through the firewall, so that with the help of the firewall can control security systems of computer networks of what is received and sent by the Internet and LAN. There are several types and methods in the firewall settings, through code firewall scan be built directly into the kernel, such as  aid ipfw adm user space makes it possible to change the type of network  traffic or by recording the types of network  traffic, so that method of setting the firewall can use aid equipment of  M400 watch guard.

Abstract

In a company or organization outstanding employee appraisal is very important in order to motivate employees in the work, evaluating and planning the future. Outstanding employee assessment should be done with a good and appropriate methods, so as to produce a correct judgment. In determining the top performers with a subjective assessment is less precise because of the absence of assigning weights to each criterion in the assessment that may not pay attention to aspects of another assessment. Then the decision support system can be used to assess top performers with Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). Simple Additive weighting method chosen for assessing and ranking the performance keryawan. From the test results it can be concluded that this application can be used for the assessment of outstanding employee at PT.Fortech Indotama.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (EIS) adalah sistem yang memberikan informasi kepada para eksekutif tentang kinerja keseluruhan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Mengembangkan EIS merupakan hal yang mahal, baik untuk kebutuhan hardware, software, pengembangan personel maupun pelatihan. Sangat disayangkan jika sistem tersebut kurang dimanfaatkan dalam penerapannya. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dalam menggunakan dan menggunakan perilaku EIS dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat penerimaan pengguna EIS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi niat penggunaan dan perilaku penggunaan EIS, serta bagaimana hubungan antar variabel dalam metode UTAUT. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang merupakan bagian dari non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah total populasi yaitu sebanyak 60 pengguna EIS di Kantor Pusat DJBC. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diolah oleh peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Ada 5 hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, dari lima hipotesis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa empat hipotesis diterima dan satu hipotesis ditolak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Behavioral Intention adalah Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence. Sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi Use Behavior adalah Facilitating Condition dan Behavioral Intention. Selain itu, persentase penerimaan pengguna EIS sebesar 81,92%.
