Abstract

As a form in the use of computers and the development of its systems hasbecome the most important needs in order to improve the performance of a company. Soevery process of corporate systems that run poorly can be replaced by a better system,because the provision of information more conceptual and sophisticated and can supportthe decision-making process. In-app security is necessary to protect from unwantedparties. With the security system in the application, can prevent from loss of data orgoods. The application system running PT HERLINA INDAH lacks in login, login menuand user application access data. Through observation methods and interviews withrelated parties, the suggestion of the results of this study is the need for changes inexisting inventory applications with new inventory applications. Application of inventoryof goods which is suggested by writer that is application of goods based on android. Withandroid-based applications are expected to improve performance in PT HERLINAINDAH, especially in the warehouse division.

Abstract

The techonology is nowdays growing rapidly which developing all smart features and spesifications inside is in your hand as a phone celluar as communication-life mobility. Through sending, controlling and processing file or data in which by using mobile application on phone celluar availability. Also it is supporting by system operation which flourish now is called android. Car Rent is one of the way solution through traffic jams and air pollution if it is all full on seats. For convenience in service, it’s a system operation needed. In developing a system requires modeling concepts with supporting tool named flowchart and UML, to give design on the line of the information system. In Order for the development of directional system and raise the goal are required a system development method is SDLC method with waterfall approach. Once the system is made complete and running propely can be tested by black box method that is the test input on the application to be processed according to functional needs.

Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of price and service quality on customers’ satisfaction and its effect on their loyalty. The object of the study was MNC Play Jakarta.. The objective of the study was to analyze and to know the direct influence of price, service quality, and customers’ satisfaction on customers’ loyalty. Besides theoretical model, the study also formulated three hypotheses. Purposive sampling method had been selected to obtain the data in this study. The samples comprised 190 respondents who were the customers of MNC Play Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model with Amos computer program. The result of the study showed that price did not have any direct influence on customers’ satisfaction. Service quality had direct influence on customers’ satisfaction which, in turn, had direct influence on customers’ loyalty.

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi TPS Online berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja aplikasi tersebut. Evaluasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara yang berbeda dan pada tingkat yang berbeda tergantung pada tujuan evaluasi. Dalam melakukan kegiatan analisis dan evaluasi sistem informasi terdapat beberapa metode atau model analisis yang dapat digunakan salah satunya adalah model analisis PIECES Framework. Untuk memfasilitasi evaluasi, kami menawarkan pendekatan analitik dengan kerangka PIECES yang menguraikan 6 fokus analisis kelemahan: Kinerja, Informasi dan Data, Ekonomi, Kontrol dan Keamanan, Efisiensi dan Layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan, mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan serta menganalisis komponen apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanan yang terdapat pada aplikasi TPS Online. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada 18 pengguna aplikasi TPS Online untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

In  this  study  the  authors  analyzed  to  determine  the  effect  of  corporate  culture  and  motivation  on employee  performance  improvement  Pension  Fund.  From  the  analysis  of  multiple  correlation  coefficients obtained a correlation coefficient Culture Company X1 and X2 correlation coefficient Motivation to employee performance is 0950, thus the corporate culture and motivation strong and significant influence 0,000 <0.05 on the performance of the employee pension fund of Pertamina in Jakarta. Results of analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.903 thus the corporate culture and motivation have contributed 90.3% to the Pension Fund employee performance in Jakarta, and the remaining 9.7% are influenced by other factors were not the authors  carefully,  including  discipline  ,  leadership,  and  quality  of  human  resources.  Based  on  the  results  of research by F test showed that the corporate culture and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance improvement DPP (Pension Fund) in Jakarta, because sig. F count is 0000, meaning <5% (0.000 <0.005). Thus Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Based on testing with the t variable X1 is the corporate culture of - 0.222 with t table is 1,701 and the value of the variable significant corporate culture X1 0.826> 5%, thereby to> tα then Ha (alternative hypothesis) refused and Ho (null hypothesis) is accepted , This means that the corporate culture  is  partially  no  significant  effect  on  employee  performance  DPP  (Pension  Fund)  in  Jakarta.  While  the value of t count X2 motivation of 11 494 with the value t table is 1,701 and significant value for the variable X2 motivation 0000> 5%, thereby to <tα, That X2 motivation partially significant effect on employee performance Pension Fund in Jakarta.

Abstract

Rapid technological development makes people work more efficiently, including the transaction process. Percetakan Rezeki Bersaudara is a company that runs in the printing sector, which does a lot of transactions every day. However, in the transaction process, Percetakan Rezeki Bersaudara still uses a manual system so that it does not have a system that is efficient in material and time aspects. The creation of a new computerized system is expected to improve efficiency in both material and time aspects. Data collection methods that I use qualitative types, namely by means of observation and interviews. From this study produced a web-based transaction system application. This application increases the level of efficiency in the material aspect because it does not require paper in the process, and also improvesefficiency in the aspect of time because it uses a computer network so that transactions can be done faster.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of motivation and compensation to job satisfaction lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). The method of this research is quntitative method. There are two kinds variable involved, independent and dependent. Motivation and compensation as the independent variable and job satisfaction lecturer as the dependent variable. Data were collected through a interview and questionnares. The population of the research all over the number of lecturer in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI) is a number of 31 people. Sampling method that used is saturated sampling. The data analysis using test validity, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, and to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regresions analysis, testers hypothesis statistics consisting of parcial test (t test), simultant test (f test), the coefficient determinasi and correlation. The result of this research shows that motivation and compensation have positive and significant effect in job satisfaction faculty lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). Based on that result, it is suggested to give more attention to job satisfaction lecturers through motivation and compensation as a whole. Keyword: compensation, motivation and job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTSirajul Falah Vocational School is one of the private vocational high schools located in Bogor that always strives to improve quality both internally and externally on an ongoing basis in order to compete with other vocational high schools. One of the efforts made is to provide teachers who are ready to educate students of the Sirajul Falah Vocational School. However, the process of teacher acceptance in the Sirajul Falah Vocational School is still subjective. The C4.5 algorithm will be used in this study. Decision tree is a very strong and famous classification and prediction. The C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm used to form a decision tree to predict or classify a very strong one. In C4.5 algorithm to build a decision tree the thing to do is to choose an attribute as root, then create a branch for each value in the root.Keywords: C4.5 Algorithm, Data mining, Teacher acceptance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the compensation effect on the productivity of employees at PT. Dwipa Manuggal  containers.  Based  on  the  analysis  of  the  correlation  coefficient  r  value  of  0.904  obtained  thereby providing  compensation showed  a  very strong  and significant  relationship  0.000>  0.05  on  the  productivity  of employees at PT. Dwipa Manuggal containers, relations between the two variables and positive direction means that any increase or decrease in compensation will be followed by an increase or decrease in the productivity of employees  at  PT.  Dwipa  Manuggal  containers.  Based  on  the  analysis  of  the  results  obtained  determinant coefficient 81.7% means that compensation has contributed greatly to the rise and fall productivity of employees at PT. Dwipa Manuggal containers, while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by factors other than compensation not I researched include: job stress, motivation and leadership styles. Calculation analysis of hypothesis testing by t test (partial) obtained results that to> t table (11.181> 1.701) These results can be concluded that to> tα. As well  as  the  significant  value  of  0000  <5%  (0.000  <0.05).  Thus  the  null  hypothesis  (Ho)  is  rejected  and  the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted on a real level (level of significance) of 0.05 indicates that the hypothesis that the writer suggested that allegedly exist between the compensation effect on the productivity of employees at PT. Dwipa Manuggal containers have been proven.

Abstract

ABSTRACT With the development of the internet that could make people easier to access various information that is happening, as well as information for government assistance, one of them is assistance for students that can reduced the cost of education with the existence of government assistance in the form of Smart Indonesian Program through Smart Indonesian Card. Yayasan Islam Elementary School of Tasikmalaya is an institution engaged in education. In this school, Smart Indonesian Program reception was still manual starting from recording, recapping and making reports were still done one by one which make the lack of data accuracy. For that the author try to make the final project about Information System of Smart Indonesian Program Receiver Selection Using Maut (Multy Attribute Utility Theory) Method in Yayasan Islam Elementary School because it is not computerized yet, the system carried out in this school is still manual. In this System Design, author used Maut Method for decision support systems so that the school can select underprivillaged students easily from determined criterias, This Information System Design is the best solution for solve problems that exist in school with Maut Method could find students who are untitled and not untitled for Smart Indonesian Program assistance. In this selection, the highest value was 2,16 and the lowest value was 0,90.
