Abstract

Directorate General of Customs and Excise needs a breakthrough by using audit to manage information technology around it. Managing information technology are urgently needed for Directorate General of Customs and Excise in order to correct the past mistake, improve, and evaluate itself. The method that we were used to measure capability level in this study are COBIT 5 framework which develope by ISACA. This COBIT 5 focused on Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) which cover Services, Security Management, Continuity, Services Support for Stakeholders, Data Management, and Operational Facility. This study are based on qualitative research and data sample. Data sample gained by doing survey on selective respondents whis is first hand user who involve at managing information technology process. The research indicate that the level of capability DJBC at domains DSS is 2.09, which means still at the level 2 (managed process), it means that the process has been implemented regularly, there is planning and monitored. So, it needed recommendation the target level to be achieved level 3 with by improving the documentation of the processes manage information technology and compile requirements, classification, and prioritization in service delivery and incidenthandling

Abstract

Advances in technology have Introduced computational and storage of data with ease into a device, the which can store large amounts of digital data. Documents are a source of vital information needed in the industry. Print high-quality documents is no longer a difficult, task for the document. The latest evolution of digital printers has opened up new research opportunities in the field of document and document engineering industries. Information security risk management is one of the ways the organization maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information resources. Dibutukan document management and supporting the data if it is to maintain the relevance / linkages contents of a document. The problems are the weaknesses (vulnerabilities) that would pose a threat (threats) such as loss of data, corruption of data, theft and interception of critical data. The threat of misuse of insider documents is a common problem in an organization. So that motivates Researchers to devise a mechanism to reduce the risk of the spread of digital document information by addressing the problem of illegal insider or insider threats. With the construction of the document storage application program, is expected to documents that exist in each department can be secured from start to manufacture, Accessing, reading, copying, and document destruction by people who do not include. Sistem have set a document management application in soft copy of the which will be stored into the application file. In designing the application using the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall approach is expected the application can be run According to the needs of the company.Keywords: Program Application, Document Management, Document Storage

Abstract

CEISA Mobile Application System is an application system used to assist service users incarrying out customs and excise activities and also helps improve the services of the DirectorateGeneral of Customs and Excise by utilizing current technological developments. This study aimsto analyze the factors that influence the successful implementation of the system and measure howsuccessful the application of the CEISA Mobile Application System is in the Directorate Generalof Customs and Excise Environment using the PIECES Framework method. The PIECESFramework method measures the success of an application system from the variables ofperformance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and security whichare related to the level of satisfaction and importance of the use of the application system. Theresearch method used is by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms links to users ofthe CEISA Mobile application system in the Directorate General of Customs and ExciseEnvironment. Data was obtained from 98 service users spread throughout Indonesia and thenprocessed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 tools.

Abstract

In running its business processes, an organization formed which describes the overall organizational structure of business units of the organization to execute the business functions and coordination in the achievement of organizational goals. But in its application sometimes lack the power tie or clear coordination among business units and among its functions for a wide range of interests. Egocentric locally in each business unit functions in effect on performance and interaction between information systems in each unit and function, resulting in data integration was not optimal and developed information system is not optimal. Besides this, the changes that occur in the system environment, for example the growth of an organization, competition, to seize the opportunity and other things can affect the performance of the information system. In this case the information system must be able to accommodate any changes that occur in the organization, so that the business processes of the organization can continue to run in accordance with its function. This paper will discuss the design of an integrated information architecture based on the relevance of each function within the organization, with the view that an information system is an integral basic components that have the same characteristics and do not separate. Each of these basic components are defined and analyzed linkage function, so as to overcome any problems that arise in the organization, and can accommodate perubahanperubahan happened. The model is expected to be built to current guidelines do in the future development of information systems. To complete the study of the research, in this paper comes to the discussion of case studies in a government agency.

Abstract

Small and medium industries, have a strategic role in achieving national goals. In general, the problems inherent in small and medium industries are related to five things, namely capital, marketing / competition, technology, management, and human resources. To be able to survive IKM must have a good product. In order to optimize national export realization, the Directorate of Customs and Excise Facilities initiates a new type of facility in the Export Destination Import Facility (FITE), namely the IKM KITE. The IKM KITE facility is an exemption from Import Duty and Value Added Tax or Value Added Tax and Sales Tax on Luxury Goods payable not collected on imports and / or import of Goods and / or Materials to be Processed, Assembled, or Installed on other goods for export purposes and / or Submission of IKM Production.

Toko online saat ini sudah tidak asing lagi di masyarakat Indonesia, baik dalam penggunaan internet sehari-hari maupun tidak. Dengan adanya penjualan online ini memberikan kemudahan bagi orang untuk bertransaksi tanpa harus pergi ke tempat barang yang akan dibeli. Sebelum melakukan transaksi, pengguna terlebih dahulu akan mencari barang yang akan dibeli di sistem pencarian. Setiap pengguna pasti menginginkan inovasi dari setiap aplikasi e-commerce yang dijalankan untuk kenyamanan saat berbelanja dan kemudahan bertransaksi. Pencarian dengan suara memungkinkan pengguna untuk mencari barang yang ingin mereka beli di toko online tanpa harus mengetik. Karena pada beberapa kasus ditemukan, tidak semua pengguna yang ingin berbelanja online merasa nyaman mengetik, mereka menginginkan kemudahan. Selain kemudahan tersebut, ada waktu pengetikan yang lebih lama daripada pengonversi suara menjadi teks. Inovasi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mencari produk yang ingin dibelinya adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi speech to text, dimana hanya dengan satu klik merekam suara barang yang akan dicari dan e-commerce akan menampilkan produk yang relevan dengan kata kunci yang diinginkan. barang. Dengan aplikasi pencarian dengan suara atau ucapan ke teks ini, akan memberi pengguna kemudahan berbelanja online. Elevenia.co.id adalah salah satu komunitas e-commerce terpopuler yang memungkinkan untuk mengadopsi aplikasi tersebut. Abstract

Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic is a public health and beauty-care facilities in South Jakarta. Currently, the administrative and operational management of Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic, is still done manually. This condition causes the quality of services rendered to be low, because the information needed for decision-making processes are often late and inaccurate, which could also impact on delays or errors in the process of making medical treatment given to the patient. Implementation of Web-based clinical information systems in Doctor Galuh Dwi Anandita Health and Beauty Clinic is seen to be the solution to these problems.

Abstract

Data presentation is one of the main performance indicators for agencies of theDirectorate General of Customs and Excise, especially the Echelon II unit, namely the Directorate of Customs and Excise Information at the Subdirectorate of Data Management and Services. The large number of data requirements required makes the server load on the database even greater, for this purpose a replication database is called a database report as a database that is used as a database for data retrieval. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence satisfaction in the use and utilization of the database report as a source of data in presenting datausing the Delone and McLean models. In measuring the success of the system there are variables in information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, and user satisfaction that are associated with the net benefits received by individuals or organizations. The research method used is by distributing questionnaires through the Google Forms link to employees in the Data Management and Service Subdirectorate, the results of the questionnaire were processed usingSEM-PLS techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 tools. Based on the results of the analysis, the percentage of success in using the database report is 75.7% at level 4 between 61% - 80%, which is success, but there still needs to be a lot of improvement to become a better government agency.

Abstract

Along with advances in network technology and computer today it becomes role with various groups likes students, academics, and offices. Usage of network technology and computer will be more intensive with many kind of devices connects to the servers. As we knows that servers have important roles within network, otherwise we need tools to determine performance of the servers. PT Jaring Synergi Mandiri is company that provide services such as call center services for 24 hours. With IT support as administrator of systems to ensure business process to running well continues. Application network monitoring and server at this time just effective when IT support at the office. The problems will be occur when IT support at the outside office, server and network status can’t be known so that repair process will be hampered. Based on these condition, researchers will give recommend to build application network monitoring for smartphone (Android) as tools to review remote monitor using VPN so it can be access from anywhere and anytime. The researchers had obtained data to be analyzed and described as UML using software Modelio. By using SDLC method that include planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.Keywords: Remote VPN, Server Monitoring, Android
