Abstract

Carolina’s Salon merupakan sebuah bisnis salon yang akan didirikan di kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan timur, tepatnya di Jl. M.T. Haryono. Proyek ini akan didirikan di sebuah ruko yang terdiri dari 3 lantai. Ruko tersebut memiliki total total luas bangunan 600m2. Seluruh luasan dari bangunan ini akan digunakan untuk kepentingan bisnis salon. Salon ini merupakan bisnis perseorangan dengan seluruh modal yang dikeluarkan adalah milik pribadi. Tujuan salon ini didirikan salah satunya dengan mengejar kebutuhan dan keperluan pasar terhadap salon kecantikan yang semakin besar. Carolina’s salon akan melayani customer dengan penawaran layanan jasa seputar salon dan spa. Pada lantai satu akan difokuskan kepada area salon, sedangkan pada lantai dua dan tiga akan berfokus kepada spa. Perancangan interior yang akan digunakan pada salon dan spa ini adalah industrial style dengan paduan clean design yang akan diterapkan pada seluruh bagian interior maupun eksterior ruangan termasuk desain dari furnitur.

Abstract

PT. Conbloc Indotama Surya is a company that works as a producer of concrete paving. The office is located at the 2nd floor Sentra Niaga Utama, Kota Mandiri Citra Raya. Physical building is a commercial office, and the area designed at the 2nd floor. In offices, comforts and effectiveness in activities is an important element that must be considered. In addition, it is good if a company is able to support their own values. Through observation and study of the literature, finally able to find a solution in the form of application of the values of PT. Conbloc Indotama Surya, and the psychology of color, as well as a modern interior style. In providing the solutions, presented by the interior design in terms of layout, content of the room, and ergonomics.

Abstract

Balikpapan is one of many cities in Indonesia which has significant development through this past years. One of outstanding business industry nowdays is property, as a result of increasing population in the city. Therefore, the demand for interior design’s service will increase steadily along with the growing property’s industry. In conclusion, based on the high demand for interior design’s service in Balikpapan, Pratama Interior Consultant as an interior design’s company has great chance and opportunity to establish developing company, providing such service for the needs of the market. Pratama Interior Consultant as an interior design’s company specialized in scope of projects for residential, commercial and hospitality design. Pratama Interior Consultant has commitment in providing excellent service to solve project’s needs. Mandarin Chinese Restaurant is a restaurant located in Balikpapan. The restaurant serves Chinese culinary dish. This restaurant’s capacity for 350 persons with 150 persons on the1st floor and the rest on the 2nd floor. The restaurant’s segment is people with middle to high income. The design’s concept to be applied for the restaurant is Fortune Chinese, hoping the customer will directly feel the Chinese atmosphere through the interior design. The interior elements of the floor, wall, ceiling, and also the furniture help build the ambience of Chinese and altogether brings the whole concept in harmony.

Abstract

In the globalization era, people from middle low to middle high social strata become increasingly aware of the importance of interior consultants. This phenomenon is quite ubiquitous not only in nearly all-urban areas throughout Indonesia but also in rural areas: they are fully aware of having comfortable buildings. In fact, high price of the buildings still become one of big problems for middle low families. Located near Surabaya, Gresik has a favorable chance to be one of the most developing cities. Many of Gresik citizens, however, are still living below poverty level. People of Betoyo village are intended to build an At-Thoyibah orphanage for children so that they could have a better living standard. FIARCA Interior Consultant who is concerned with social issues attempts to offer solution by giving education about architecture design and building interior. Pleasant Islamic interior concept has been intentionally chosen in order to increase the children’s learning interests.

Abstract

The development of the business hotel in Surabaya is growing rapidly, especially in the budget hotel segment. Besides the way of lifestyle influenced by technology to make people have a habit to share through social media. The uniqueness and the value contained in a hotel makes an appeal for people to make a recommendation which will indirectly boost the value of the hotel. Hence the need to create a hotel that is unique to the market segment that is able to reach many people is a good business opportunity for businesses in the hospitality industry. Increased competition and demand for the number of hotels tend to do a price war and create a business in the hospitality industry is becoming less healthy. However, it provides an opportunity for The Tanjung Hotel to rise and develop into a hotel that not only provide hotel facilities, but is able to provide customer experience .The Tanjung Hotel is a two star hotel which has a good value on the facility and the services. Located in the downtown of Suabaya on Panglima Sudirman numbers 43-45, street this hotel has 40 guest rooms, meeting room facilities, and ballroom to be rented. The Tanjung Hotel comes with the concept that Art Deco-style hotel nuances Dutch colonial heritage buildings in which it is raised by the value of history is contained in the hotel.

Abstract

This business offers services that are related to interior design for housing and other commercial area. G.Yo Interior consultant put innovation and relationship with all clients as a priority in order to produce highest customer satisfaction and eventually solving all problems. This paper focuses on the big picture of the restaurant and other important aspects that needs to be highlighted in the case of designing a restaurant. The design must meet its client’s needs and wants in designing a restaurant. All other aspects will be investigated further by the use of materials and space allocation, based on how the design should be done in order to achieve the standard required.

Abstract

Perancangan desain interior Japanese BBQ Restaurant ini dilatar belakangi oleh perancangan bisnis dalam bidang kuliner, yaitu restoran Jepang yang bernama Kiyoku Japanese BBQ Restaurant yang berlokasi di Kuta, Bali. Restoran tersebut menjual masakan khas Jepang, yaitu yakiniku (masakan panggang) dan shabu-shabu (masakan rebus), dimana restoran menerapkan sistem ‘self-service with assistance’. Maksud dari sistem ‘selfservice with assistance’ adalah customer melayani diri sendiri dengan cara memilih bahan masakan yang diinginkan dan memasaknya sendiri pada meja makan yang telah disediakan,namun tetap mendapatkan pelayanan profesional dari pegawai. Oleh karena menggunakan sistem self-service, maka diperlukan perancangan furnitur dan sistem kebakaran yang baik dan sesuai dengan standar. Restoran menggunakan lahan yang memanjang ke belakang, dengan bangunan yang merupakan bekas rumah tinggal, sehingga diperlukan perancangan interior yang menyeluruh dan zoning area yang tepat untuk menghindari kesan melorong dan memanjang. Gaya desain yang diangkat adalah gaya Jepang, sesuai dengan jenis masakan yang dijual di restoran, sedangkan tema desain diangkat dari rumah petani (farmhouse) Jepang pada zaman Edo. Lahan bangunan restoran memiliki luas total sebesar kurang lebih 865,22 meter persegi dan memiliki sepuluh kebutuhan ruang utama yakni, area makan, area display, area kasir, area dapur, area kantor, area pegawai, area guide, area toilet, area penyimpanan, dan area akuarium.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, terlihat bahwa pertumbuhan bisnis sedang mengalami peningkatan, dimana hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh jumlah populasi pada usia produktif yang cukup banyak dan mulai berani menjadi entrepreneur dalam berbagai bidang. Salah satu bisnis yang pesat berkembang adalah ritel yang didukung dengan grafis.Adapun grafis yang banyak ditawarkan oleh kebanyakan pebisnis lainnya adalah grafis yang bersangkutan dengan branding.AEGIS Interior mempunyai kemampuan grafis untuk interior yang dapat membantu untuk merealisasikan konsep bisnis.Sesuai dengan kompetensi dan konsep yang dimiliki AEGIS Interior. Perancangan Reve House of Couture di Malang menjadi studi kasus dalam kajian ini. Perancangan yang dilakukan adalah berupa alih-fungsi bangunan yang membutuhkan dukungan kekuatan image perusahaan melalui desain interiornya.Wacana ini menjadi dasar kerangka desain interior dan grafis untuk interior yang diaplikasikan pada bangunan.Image bisnis Reve yang ingin diperkuat adalah eksklusif dan elegan, maka dari itu gaya desain yang diangkat adalah gaya klasik rennaissance yang feminin dan kontemporer. Gaya desain tersebut terlihat dari penggunaan warna, bentuk, hingga material yang digunakan.Pengalih-fungsian bangunan dirancang melalui space planning yang sesuai dengan pengguna dan aktivitas masing-masing tipe penggunanya. Desain grafis untuk interior pun juga digunakan sebagai alat bantu pemerkuat image dan brand dari Reve.

Abstract

The background of this project is from the owner’s business, which is engaged to baking activities. As we know, baking is a method of cooking food that uses prolonged dry heat, normally in an oven. The most common item to bake is bread or cake. Baking techniques are not same as another technique. It needs an accurate of ingredients mix, texture, heat, and soon for obtaining the best result. In the other hand, aesthetic visual quality is important too. It is purposely to ensure the customer regarding the food, and also giving some economic values for the products. There are some services in #27 One Stop Baking Center; baking course activity, cake decoration course, kitchen rental, and bake ware, including ingredients retail store. This business planned to be opened in Mataram. Based on the survey that has been done, there are a lot of Mataram’s societies that are interested in baking activities. They want to learn something new or just use their spare time for a useful activity. The influence of architecture and interior design in this business is for the purpose of giving a new innovative way in creating a new image of a baking store as well as for giving new inspirations and information. Architectural and interior design are important to support the people in doing indoor activities, therefore it could increase the life quality for the users.

Abstract

Surabaya is a one of a developed industrial city in Indonesia. One of the most potential industries in Surabaya is Food and Beverages industry. Surabaya has various types of food and Beverages industry. Type of Food and beverages industry that interest people in Surabaya is a restaurant that sells western food. One of popular western food in Surabaya is Burger. Surabaya has a large amount of restaurant that sell burger product, thus it cause Burger Restaurant has a low entry barrier. One of the strategies to compete with another Burger Restaurant is to combine burger concept with barbeque concept where customers able to grill the burger’s meat by themselves. This idea is expected to be an additional value and appeal customers in Surabaya. This concept idea will be applied to the restaurant’s interior. The design of restaurant burger design is adapted with business concept that is to offer experience to customers. The design concept that will be applied is a design that gives an experience to the restaurant’s customers. The concept that will be used for the design of Lavarock Burger Restaurant is modern rustic concept. This interior design is expected to give experience value as the selling factor.
