Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This study aims to analyze the multimedia used by previous researchers to determine the level of relevance and to develop physical fitness learning (preliminary study).Materials and methods. The method used is a literature review method which describes previous research which is then analyzed and concluded in accordance with the research objectives.  Library research is research that is carried out only based on written works, including research results, both published and unpublished (Embun, 2012). The problem in this research is to find out the relevance of interactive multimedia-based physical fitness learning media from the research results.Results. The results of a literature review from previous studies show that interactive multimedia (auto play media) has been applied to physical fitness learning and there needs to be the development of website-based physical fitness learning (google sites) that have not been developed previously so that it can increase the enthusiasm of students in participating in physical fitness learning.Conclusions. An interactive multimedia based fitness learning developed and effective to use. and there needs to be the development of website-based physical fitness learning (google sites) that have not been developed previously so that it can increase the enthusiasm of students in participating in physical fitness learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test the effectiveness of the basic movement learning model. The model combines the basic movement learning and games to support basic movement skill for elementary school students. Fundamental movement is very important role in the achievement of the goal basic movement learning. Therefore the goal in basic movement learning is with very effective basic motion. Therefore a good basic motion is needed by elementary school students.Materials and methods The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research is experiment with randomized control group pre-test post-test design. The population of this study is all elementary school students in Palembang of amounted to 120 students as with 60 experimental group students and 60 students as a control group. The instrument used to collect data is a test of basic movement skill. Data analysis technique using t-test. The result of this research showed that product of basic movement learning is appropriate for students in grade 2. It was confirmed by basic movement skill test that elucidate that the basic movement learning model can be carried well. Other than that the basic movement learning is effectively used by the second grader of elementary school students in increasing their basic movement skill. t-count value of 27.384 t-table 2.00 Conclusions which means that basic movement learning model is effective against improving the basic movement skill for elementary school students.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to develop PJOK learning media in the form of interactive multimedia in the form of the Articulate Storyline application. So it is hoped that through the development of this learning media it can help and make it easier for PJOK teachers in high schools to convey basic soccer technical material in an interesting way and help students understand basic soccer technical material easily. This study uses development research methods with data obtained in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that the average value obtained from the validation of soccer learning experts was 89%, the validation of learning media experts was 96.2%, the PJOK expert validation was 89.4%, the small group trial was 90.6% and the try a large group that is 90.8%. From this research, it can be concluded that the learning media for basic soccer technique material based on the Articulate Storyline application for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Batu is feasible to be applied without any revision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the leg muscle power had on the speed of the T kick on the pencak silat athletes trained by the Aceh Dispora in 2018. This type of research is quantitative research, namely systematic scientific research on the parts and phenomena and their relationships. The method used in this research is correlational research. In this study, the population used was the Pencak Silat Athletes fostered by the Aceh Dispora which amounted to 11 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Based on the results of research and data processing of leg muscle power test with kick speed T, it can be produced as follows; The correlation between leg muscle power and T kick speed in pencak silat athletes trained by the Aceh Dispora in 2018 was 0.44. and from the interpretation table it can be stated that leg muscle power (leg dynamometer) has no relationship with kick speed T of 1.47. As well as testing the r-table and r-count obtained 1.47 0.60, namely the r-count is greater than the r-table, thus there is a relationship between limb muscle power and T kick speed in pencak silat athletes trained by the Aceh Dispora in 2018. In this case, the results of the study show a significant relationship between leg muscle power and T kick speed. "There is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and T kick speed in pencak silat athletes trained by Dispora Aceh in 2018."

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan atlet pencak silat sebelum dan selama bertanding di Organisasi Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Cabang Bengkayang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi tidak langsung dengan alat yang digunakan yaitu berupa angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan atlet pencak silat diorganisasi Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Cabang Bengkayang yang terdiri dari 20 orang atlet. Dalam pemilihan sampel peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet pencak silat sebelum dan selama bertanding pada atlet Organisasi Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Cabang Bengkayang diketahui bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet pencak silat organisasi (PSHT) cabang bengkayang sebelum bertanding didapatkan 50% dengan kategori rendah dan 50% dengan kategori sedang. sedangkan tingkat kecemasan atlet selama bertanding didapatkan 85% tingkat kecemasan dengan kategori rendah, 10% kategori sedang dan 5% kategori sangat rendah. dari hasil keseluruhan tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan selama bertanding didapatkan 80% dengan kategori sedang, 15% dengan kategori rendah, dan sebanyak 5% dengan kategori sedang. dari hasil tingkat kecemasan yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa tingkat kecemasan atlet berada pada kategori sedang, kemudian berdasarkan jenis kelamin dari 20 orang jumlah responden (atlet) 7 orang atlet perempuan dan 13 orang atlet laki-laki tingkat kecemasan yang dialami oleh atlet laki-laki memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang cenderung tinggi dari atlet perempuan, sedangkan dari rentang usia mulai dari usia 15-18 tahun tingkat kecemasan atlet yang berusia 16 tahun yang dominan dengan presentase  50% dari 20 jumlah responden

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan pukulan forehand topspin pada atlit junior tenis meja Club Asahan. Penelitian adalah deskriftif kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik tes kemampuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil jumlah populasi untuk menjadi samel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlit junior tenis meja di Club Tenis Meja Kabupaten Asahan yang berjumlah 12 atlit junior. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes kemampuan forehand drive dari Tomoliyus (2012). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriftif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa tingkat kemampuan pukulan forehand topsin dalam permainan tenis meja pada atlit junior tenis meja se Kabupaten Asahan berada pada kategori sangat kurang dengan persentase sebesar 8,33% ( 1 atlit ), kurang 25% ( 3 atlit ), cukup 33,33% ( 4 atlit ), baik 16,66% ( 2 atlit ), sangat baik 16,66% ( 2 atlit ). Dari hasil analisis tes kemampuan forehand topspin tenis meja se Kabupaten Asahan berada pada kategori cukup dengan persentase sebesar 33,33%. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan analisis tes kemampuan forehand topspin pada atlit junior tenis meja se Kabupaten Asahan berada pada kategori “cukup”.Kata Kunci: tenis meja, forehand topspin, kemampuan

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjenis tindakanMolahragaM(PTO) melalui metodeMdeskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif mengambil subjek penelitian sebanyak 12 atlet 8 atlet putra dan 4 atlet putri usia 8-13 tahun. Sesuai hasil dari studi ini menyatakan bahwasanya persentase ketuntasan keseluruhan dalam siklus 2 dari kedua observer yaitu sebesar 83,92%. Terdapat simpulan bahwasanya dalam memberi metode drill kepada atlet dapat mengembangkan keterampilan teknikNpukulan backhand dropshot bulutangkisIpadaIatletnusia 8-13 tahun di PB. Abstract

The purpose study One of the factors behind this study is to improve students' long jump ability by doing squat jump exercises. This study aims to determine the effect of the squat jump exercise on the long jump ability of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Aceh Besar. Methods and Materials The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The type of research used is experimental research with a pre-experimental design. The population in this study were 47 students. The sample in this study was only male students, as many as 28 students. Data collection is done by giving tests to students. Data analysis was performed using statistical formulas (t-test). The results showed that the squat jump exercise had an effect on the long jump ability of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Aceh Besar, this was evidenced by a statistical test where the t-count value was 4.22 the t-value obtained (t-count) was compared with the t-count value. Conclusion t in the distribution table (t-table). From the t-table at a significant level = 0.05 with degrees of freedom db = N-1 26-1 = 25 one-tailed test, it is known that the t-table value is 1.71. Thus, it can be concluded that the t-count price t-table value (4.22 1.71).

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This research was motivated by the results of the triple jump carried out by the students of class X SMAN 2 Tapung Hilir not optimal and less precise in its implementation. The triple jump is an athletic sport in the form of jumping, lifting the legs up and forward in an effort to carry the point of weight as long as possible in the air.Materials and methods.. Methods This research uses an experimental method with One Group, namely Pre-test and Post-test Design. The data collection technique was saturated sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test, Paired Sample T-test.Results. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test, Paired Sample T-test. Research results based on the statistical output "Test Statistics", it is known that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is worth 0.001. Because the value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05.Conclusions. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant effect between the single leg speed hop exercise method and the triple jump ability of the students of SMAN 2 Tapung Hilir.

Abstract

development and assessment of learning processes based on the 2013 Curriculum to improve the physical fitness of high school students. The 2013 curriculum emphasizes a competency-based learning approach that enables students to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to succeed in life. In terms of physical fitness, students need knowledge of the importance of maintaining physical health and fitness, as well as skills in performing effective physical activity. The first step in implementing the development and assessment of the learning process based on the 2013 Curriculum to improve the physical fitness of high school students is to adjust the curriculum to the needs of students. This is important because students have different needs in terms of physical activity and physical fitness. The curriculum should include sports and health-related competencies relevant to the student's needs.
