Abstract

This study aims to determine the direction of land use in Ratahan Subdistrict, Ratahan Timur and Pasan, Southeast Minahasa Regency, based on the Agroecology Zone using the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a method of data and spatial interpretation. The types of data used in the study are primary data and secondary data. The data generated is arranged in the form of information and spatial. The study was conducted in 3 (three) subdistricts namely Ratahan Subdistrict, Ratahan Timur Subdistrict and Pasan Subdistrict, Southeast Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, which were included in 1 (one) sub-district, Ratahan Sub-district. While the implementation time in April to June 2018. Analysis of the data used in this study where the resulting data is arranged in the form of data and spatial information, then compiling and analyzing data using the Quantum ArcGIS version 10.2 program application. Besides that, biophysical data analysis and agricultural potential data will be carried out. The results of the study based on the concept of land use in Ratahan Subdistrict, East Ratahan and Pasan results of agroecological zone maps using GIS obtained 32 zones from the results of analysis of soil type and slope data and climate type. The results of the analysis of the allocation in accordance with the conditions of land use (land cover) as well as the output of the map of Southeast Minahasa Regency RTRW space map in 2013, the agroecological zone can be divided into two main uses, namely protected zone and cultivation zone. In protected areas recommended in protected forests, water catchment areas, river borders and lake bordersaround the springs. Whereas in the cultivation area it is recommended to use land for agroforesty, rice fields, settlements, mixed farming, conservation settlements, plantations and production forest.*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how large the rice farming is contributed to family income. The research was conducted in December 2018 to January 2019, ranging from preparation to research Report preparation. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is derived from a direct interview with the respondent's farmer. Secondary Data is obtained from the village office of Taratara One, and internet through Google Books and Googlescholars to obtain articles of journal and thesis related to the topic of the research that is contribution of rice field farming to Family income. The sampling method was done intentionally with a total of 25 respondents. The analysis used in this study was a descriptive analysis and used the formula contributions as well as presented in the form of tables. The results showed that rice farming was an average contribution of 22.29% on family income.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of farmers in rice fields on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Tatengesan Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research wasconducted for 3 months from March to May 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection through interviews and filling out questionnaires with 9 direct questions to 20 respondents of lowland rice farmers. Secondary data was obtained from related institutions, namely the Agricultural Extension Office (BPP), the Old Law Office and the Pusomaen District Office of SoutheastMinahasa Regency, the Internet through google searching and google book, to obtain journal books and articles related to research topics, namely perceptions of lowland rice farmers on the performance ofagricultural extension agents. Data analysis carried out in the study was descriptive analysis using a Likert Scale. The results of the study using a Likert Scale showed that the index numbers of perceptions of lowlandrice farmers on the performance of agricultural extension workers were at the point of 57.96% which was included in the satisfied category. *eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value of strawberry processing into double berry juice at Caffe D’Mooat in Mooat Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research location was chosen deliberately, namely the area that cultivated strawberries in Bolaang Mongondow Timur District, Mooat Village. This research was conducted from August to October 2018. The Caffe D’Mooat research site was in Mooat Village, Bolaang Mongondow Timur Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from observations and direct interviews with the owner of Caffe D’Mooat (one respondent) based on the questionnaire (questionnaire) that had been prepared previously. Secondary data was obtained from Caffe D’Mooat's profile, local bookstore, internet through google scholar to get electronic books, journal articles and thesis related to the topic of research on the added value of strawberry fruit. The method used in this study is a case study method. Data obtained were analyzed using value added according to the method of Hayami et al. (1987). The results of this study indicate that in one process the production of double berry juice provides added value of Rp. 68.54/gram.*eprm

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the outpouring of women's working time in the family of carrot farmers, in the form of activities in the family and outside the family for carrot farming. This research was conducted for four months from October 2018 to January 2019. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews based on a list of questions to all female carrot farmers, in research location, as many as 17 people both as land owners and as land borrowers who seek carrot farming and have a family. Secondary data was obtained from the Rurukan Village Office and the internet through the Google Scholar to obtain articles, journals, and thesis related to the topic of research on the outpouring of women's working time in the farmer's family. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and in table form. The results of the study showed that the total work time of women in the carrot farmer family in Rurukan Village, Tomohon Timur Sub-District in the largest one week in the type of work in the family by all respondents was 251 hours and an average of 14.76 per respondent, compared to outpouring time outside the family for carrot farming in one week by all respondents was 56.16 hours and an average of 3.30 per respondent.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to examine the profile of tempe making business at CV Cipta Panca Persada. The business profile is limited to obtaine of the amount of profits. This research was conducted for 3 monthsstarting from May to July 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with business owners (one respodent) using a list of questions that have been provided. While secondary data is obtained from the Agriculture Faculty library, the internet by using a google search engine to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to this research topic concerning business profile. The results showed that the amount of tempe produced in one day was 50 packs of small packs at a price of Rp. 3,500 per package and 200 medium packages at Rp. 6,500 per package. The production process is one month (31 days) in July 2018, obtaining a total revenue of Rp. 39,000,000 with a total cost of Rp. 16,775,714,resulting in a profit of Rp. 22,224,286. -*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the public perception of the Bahowo mangrove forest. This research was conducted in Bahowo, Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken District, Manado City. The study lastedfor 3 (three) months from August to November 2018 starting from preparation to writing the final report. The selection of respondents was done purposevely.This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents based on a list of prepared statements. Secondary data was obtained through documentation from agencies related to this study, among others, at the Tongkaina District Office in Bunaken District, Manado City, local bookstore and the internet using a google search engine to access scientific journal articles and thesis from others universities regarding people's perceptions of mangrove forests. This research showed that the community has positve perceptions of mangrove forests. Bahowo in Tongkaina Sub-District, Bunaken Sub-District, Manado City as a whole stated that he agreed with a total score of 1,714 judgments from the statements conveyed by the community through direct interviews and by calculating the overall score to determine the community's perception of mangrove forests. The community argued that mangrove forests play a very important role for local communities such as protecting from the dangers of high waves and tsunami hazards.*eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business profile of Manado Monocafe Coffee House and to find out how much profit from the Monocafe Coffee House business that sells coffee and food drinks. This research was conducted at Monocafe Coffee House in Wenang Selatan Village, Manado City. Data retrieval is done by direct interview with the coffee house owner (one respondent). Data collected is the characteristics of business actors, financial aspects, management aspects, technical and production aspects, marketing aspects, and profits. Secondary data was obtained from the Monocafe Coffee House business profile, local book store, internet through google searching to obtain journal articles and thesisrelated to the research topic about the business profile of Monocafe Coffee House. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and profit analysis. The results showed that the Monocafe Coffee House business was a small business. Started operating since 2016 by using its own capital. The amount of coffee rawmaterial used in one month (in August 2018) is 6 Kg producing 1,156 drinks and 662 food items. The advantage obtained with the R / C> 1 ratio is 1.40. This means that in August 2018 the Monocafe Coffee House business has benefited so that this business is worthy of continuing.-*eperm*

Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of credit funds in the Partnership Program by culinary business partners of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Manado Region (Program Kemitraan oleh pelaku usaha kuliner Mitra Binaan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Wilayah Manado). Respondents were selected on all Culinary Business Partners. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 14 Foster Partners (respondent) using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the office of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in the Manado Region, the internet through the google scholar to get electronic books, journal articles and thesis related to the research topic about the allocation of the Partnership Program Credit. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive statistical method. The results showed thatthe Partnership Credit Program was not used for productive purpose or sector, namely the consumptive sector but was used for household consumption, the cost of children's education, home renovation, buyingtelevision and saving. The percentage of the Partnership Program Credit used for the productive sector was 42.18%, the consumptive sector amounted to 27.75% and savings amounted to 30.07% from the totalamount of loans disbursed to the amount of Rp. 369,000,000, - for a total of 14 culinary business partners.*eprm*

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sonder Unit. This research has been carried out for three months, namely from April 2019 to June of 2019 starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The sampling method in this study was intentional (purposive sampling) The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from 79 farmers who save at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder using a questionnaire. Secondary data is data obtained from PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder, such as data on consumer saving farmers. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis method and uses Likert scale analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of farmers saving at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Sonder belongs to the Satisfied category. .+eprm*
