This study aims to (1) Analyzing Potential of Beef Cattle Development with Pattern of Integration of Coconuts in Tabaru Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency (2) fresh forage production coconut plant area in Tabaru Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency (3) the nutrional content of forage the coconut plant area in Tabaru Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency (4) potential population of cattle and animal unit (AU) in Tabaru Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency (5) revenue through integration and non integration in Tabaru Subdistrict of West Halmahera Regency. The research was conducted in Tabaru district of West Halmahera district since Desember 2017 to February 2018. The determination of respondents was performed using simple random sampling method. Criteria of respondents involved in this study were household farmers running a coco-beef integration, at least animal maintenance of more than one year and they had sold cattle. The results showed the particular characteristics of household farmers including coconut plantation ownership of 3.8 ha with the average number of animals of 10.2 heads, the average education level of primary school, the animal breeding experience of 12,7 years and animal maintenance purposes as beef production and animal labor. Management aspects of farm animals were still under the traditional maintenance systems, animals were resistant to disease, and house hold farmer knowledge on animal reproduction was still limited. Aspects of feed resources were positively supporting in the development of beef cattle under integration pattern, especially the nutritional value of forage and land carrying capacities and Livestock productivity aspects had quite well potential.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of : (1) the national agrarian program certification (PRONA), and (2) complete systematic land registration (PTSL). The research used descriptive qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Kinabuhutan Village, West Likupang Sub-district, North Minahasa District, North Sulawesi Province, that conducted from June 2017 to January 2018. The sample consisted of 23 respondents for PRONA and 21 respondents for PTSL. Sample determination was done by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used are Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of land certification through PRONA program has been run in accordance with the stages of activities determined according to regulations. However, there are problems in the implementation of: (i) proof of ownership (ownership rights) whether in the form of ownership based on sale and purchase or grant or inheritance, (ii) land tenure status as cultivator causing not knowing land history from first holder right until last owner and sign the upper limit of their land which is the main requirement in the management of the certificate. (2) The implementation of a Complete Systematic Soil System (PTSL) program is in accordance with the stages regulated. There are, however, shortcomings in which members of the community who have selected to participate in the PTSL program cannot show evidence for to proof of ownership, at the time of measurement there are not available at the site, and there is also no way of indicating the boundaries of the land because it has no boundary markers. The problem encountered in the implementation of both programs is the limited number of officers who have the competence as land measurement officers.

This study aims to know the effect of Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) and Coconut Water on shoot bud growth and Broccoli Sulforaphane content (Brassica oleracea L. var italic Plenck). The study was conducted in the laboratory of Biotechnology Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Agriculture of Sam Ratulangi University, Manado, that conducted from August-December 2017. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (RAL), consisting of 8 treatments and each repeated as many 4 times, so we get 32 unit experiment. The variables observed were number of buds, number of leaves, plant height, wet weight, root number and Sulforaphane content analysis. The result of research shows that analysis of variance showed that in the use of Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) concentration 3 ppm tends to increase the number of leaves aged 4 Weeks After Culture (MSK) and increase the number of shoots age 2 and 6 Weeks After Culture (MSK). Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) 3 ppm can increase the wet weight of age 6W eeks After Culture ((MSK). Coconut water 20% tends to increase the number of leaves at age 6 Weeks After Culture (MSK) and increase the number of shoots aged 6 Weeks After Culture (MSK), while for combination of 3 ppm Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) and coconut water 20% tends to increase the number of leaves aged 2 Weeks After Culture (MSK) and the number of shoots aged 2 Weeks After Culture (MSK). Combination of coconut water and Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) is not detected by the content of Sulforaphane.
