Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was made with the intention of testing and analyzing the influence of value, satisfaction, and inertia on customer loyalty who shop through E-commerce case study research on Faculty of Economic and Business Universitas Islam Malang. Population and sample taken of 97 respondent by using saturated sample or census technique. Data collection is through with questionnaires. Data analyzing on this research helping with SPSS version 21. Data testing techniques on this research includes the validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, MRA test, and test of research hypothesis. The result of analysis show that a) influential value significant to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, b) influential value significant to shopping satisfaction in E-Commerce, c) shopping satisfaction have a significant effect to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, d) satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between value to customer shopping loyalty in E-Commerce, e)  inertia can moderate satisfaction with customer loyalty in E-Commerce.Keywords : Value, Satisfaction, Inertia, and Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investments are classified into two types, namely investments in ownership letters (shares) and investments in debt securities (obligations). Issuance of obligations is carried out by companies that need funds, either for business expansion or to meet the company's financial needs in the short or long term. Companies that issue bonds have the obligation to pay interest on a regular basis in accordance with a predetermined time period and loan principal at maturity. Obligations rating is one of the information that is used as a basis for consideration in deciding whether the bond is worthy of being an investment and knowing the level of risk. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the above problems are: 1) To analyze the effect of earnings management on obligations ratings, 2) To analyze the effect of liquidity ratios on obligations ratings, 3) To analyze the effect of company activity ratios on obligations ratings, 4) To analyze the influence ratio of market value to obligations ratings. Keywords: Investment, obligations rating, earnings management, liquidity ratio, activity ratio, market value ratio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT         This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of product features on the purchasing decision of Oppo mobile phones with word of mouth as an intervening variable for students using Smartphone Oppo at FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study was the FEB Management students of Malang Islamic University in the 2015 academic year who had used Oppo Smartphone, which numbered 95 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study used validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, t test and sobel test.         The results of the research show that Product Features have a direct effect on Purchasing decisions, Product Features have a direct effect on word of mouth (WOM). word of mouth (WOM) has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product features indirectly influence purchasing decisions through WOM. Word of mouth can mediate between Product Features and Purchase decisions. Keywords: Product Features, Purchasing Decisions, Word Of Mouth.

Abstract

Abstract In this study to determine and analyze how much influence brand image, brand awareness and brand trust have on brand loyalty. What is done to Samsung brand smartphone users. Sampling was carried out on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, as many as 96 respondents. This study uses questionnaires in conducting research.The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis to determine the x variable against y. In this study it can be seen that brand image has a positive effect on bran loyalty, brand awareness has a positive effect on brand loyalty and brand trust has a positive effect on brand loyalty. And also brand image, brand awareness and brand trust have a positive effect simultaneously on brand loyalty. Keywords : Brand Image, brand awareness, brand trust, brand loyalt.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) explain the direct effect of Sales Promotion Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) explain the effect of Sales Promotion and Service Quality on Repurchase Interests, (3) explain the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interests (4) explain the influence Direct Sales Promotion Service Quality for Repurchase Interests in Variable Mediation Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consisted of Sales Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Interest. The population criteria in this study are consumers with a minimum age of 17 years, are in the city of Malang at the time of research, and have purchased GrabBike Online services in the Malang City area, especially Lowokwaru District, at least once. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the method of collecting data through a questionnaire directly (offline) to 116 respondents who fit the criteria of the population. Abstract

ABSTRACKThe objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the Economic Value Added effect on company stock returns (EVA), 2). To find out the Market Value Added (MVA) to the stock returns of mining companies, 3) to find out operating leverage against stock returns of mining companies. The population on this study were all industrial sectors of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. The method used in this stud is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. With t test and f test as hypothesis testers. The result of this study Economic Value Added (EVA)  has a positive and not significant effect, Market Value Added (MVA) has a positive and not significant effect, operating leverage has a positive and not significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Inflation on Company Values (Study on Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 Period). The population of this study uses 13 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Determination of the sample is based on the purposive sampling method, using the sampling criteria as follows, the automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017, companies that publish annual reports and financial statements for the period 2015-2017. Based on those sample’s criteria the entire populations is used in this study sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption tests by testing hypotheses using the t test. Analysis tool using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. Dividend Policy has a positive and significant influence on Company Value. While inflation does not have a significant effect on the value of the company.Keywords: Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Inflation and Corporate Value

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, leadership style and work motivation on cooperative Pakis village units both partially and jointly. Population and sample are all administrators totaling 42 people. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire deployment methods and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis .The results of the analysis show that partially compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style and work motivation do not affect the performance of employees of the fern village unit cooperative. Together, it shows that compensation, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance Leadership in the fern village unit cooperative.Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance
