Abstract

ABSTRACT                Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline interesting variables to study because these variables aim to increase the role and function of a human resource so that employee performance goes well and reaches every organizational goal. This study aims to find out: (1) Description of compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. (2) The effect of side dishes compensation on employee performance. (3) Effect of motivation on employee performance. 4) Effect of work discipline on employee performance. (5) Effect of side dishes compensation, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis. Population and sample are all employees totaling 41 employees. The scale used is a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire method.               The results of the descriptive analysis in this study indicate (1) Compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees is quite good. (2) There is a significant positive influence on the compensation variable for employee performance. (3) There is a significant positive influence on motivation variables on employee performance variables. (4) There is a significant positive influence on the variables of work discipline on employee performance variables. (5) There is a significant positive effect jointly compensation for side dishes, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Based on the description above, the researcher suggests: (1) To maintain and increase employee performance, it is necessary to improve compensation for side dishes, motivation, and work discipline to employees. (2) it is expected that the Management can make this research as a consideration to determine the direction of improving employee performance both in terms of facilities such as added facilities and infrastructure, as well as improvements in terms of compensation, motivation and work discipline. Keyword: Side Dish Compensation, Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to identify and explain about career development, giving incentive, and employee loyalty. Moreover, this study is identify about the influence of career development, giving incentive toward employee loyalty parsially or simultaneously.            The sample of this research is all Radar Bromo Prolinggo Jawa Timur’s employee that contain 59 employee using census method. In this method, all the data was collected by using questionnaire and statistically analyzed using multiple linier regressions with applying SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The research method that used in this research is quantitative research method with the explanatory type of research.            The result of this research showed that career development have significant influence toward employee loyalty and incentive awarding parsially as well as career development and giving incentives significantly influence simultaneously toward employee loyalty.Keywords: employee loyalty, career development, and gIving incentive.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with some purposes: 1) To know and analyze the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) towards stock price on food and beverage company. 2) to know and analyze the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) towards stock price on food and beverage company. 3) to know and analyze the impact of Return on Equity (ROE) towards stock price on food and beverage company. The population of this study was the entire food and beverage companies which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the period 2014 to 2016 with amount of 18 companies. Based on the specified criteria there are 13 companies which can be used as sample. The analysis that is used in this study was the multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) Net Profit Margin (NPM) was influential to the stock price of Food and Beverages companies which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). It can be said that Net Profit Margin (NPM) had significant positive impact to the stock price. 2) Return On Asset (ROA) had not significant negative impact to the stock price of food and beverage company which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). It can be assumed that Return On Asset (ROA) did not affected to the stock price. 3) Return On Equity (ROE) was significant positive impact on stock price on food and beverage company which registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Abstract

ABSTRACTION                The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee performance and to know the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously.This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is Lowokwaru District civil servant by using saturated sampling, that is 32 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and insignificant effect of Work Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants Lowokwaru District. (2) There is no influence of Work Discipline on Kinerrja of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand image, brand trust and product quality variables on brand loyalty on Samsung smartphone users. The research method used is quantitative. The population and samples used in this research are students Faculty Economics and Business of Islamic University of Malang. The sample in this research using purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variable brand image, brand trust and product quality both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on brand loyalty.
