Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (a) Know partially the influence of work ethic , work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious Office of Batu City. (b) Knowing simultaneously the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment on employee performance Ministry of Religious office of Batu City. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The data source of this research is the dissemination of the list of statements (questionnaires) and interviews directly to employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. The data used is primary data. This analysis is done by using SPSS program. The research of this study is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously to the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu. The results of this study indicate that work ethic, work discipline and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Batu.Keywords: Work Ethic; Work Discipline; Organizational Commitment; Employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the management of Village Funds in an effort to increase the development and impact of the Village Fund on development in the village of Banyuates. Data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis by using village head and village apparatus as informant. The results show that the Village Fund Management by Banyuates Village Government both technically and administratively has been run in accordance with existing regulations. The Village Government of Banyuates has been responsible for the management of the Village Fund well, this can be proved by the Letter of Accountability which consists of general cash book, receipts, letter of payment request, and memorandum of funds disbursement. In this case the village government is serious in managing the Village Fund to improve the facilities and infrastructure and the quality of Human Resources (HR) and Village Fund also give positive impact on development in Banyuates village both in the field of physical development and empowerment of society.Keywords: Management, Village Funds, Devolopment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and influence the influence of leadership style and commitment to the behavior of membership (organizational citizenship behavior) on the employees of Yayasan Mima Nurul Huda Gondang Rejo Cakru Kencong Jember District. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, Normality Test, f test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation in the can is as follows:The result of t test, there is no positive or significant influence of leadership style on membership behavior, and there is significant positive influence of organizational commitment to teacher membership behavior at Yayasan Mima Nurul Huda Gondang Rejo Cakru Kencong Jember Regency. Results simultaneously with F test show that all leadership style and commitment variables significantly influence OCB. Keywords: Leadership Style, Commitment, and Membership Behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Teamwork and Creativity simultaneously and partially on UD Employee Performance. Agro Inti Sejahtera Jember. The sampling technique using random sampling. Data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.            Based on the results of this study note that the count value of 73.899 with a value of 0.000 <0,05 so that it can be concluded that Teamwork and Creativity affect simultaneously to Employee Performance. And partially effect on Employee Performance. And there is one variable that is Team Cooperation variable which has no partial effect.Keywords: Teamwork, Creativity and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of market timing (X1) and stock selection (X2) variables on mutual fund performance (Y). To measure market timing and stock selection variables using the Treynor-Mazuy model. While to measure the performance of mutual funds also use the model Treynor-Mazuy. Population in this research is conventional equity fund year 2013-2015 amounted 24 company. The sample in this study using purposive sampling technique amounted to 15 companies. Method of data analysis used in research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously market timing and stock selection have a significant effect on the performance of equity funds in Indonesia. While partial test, it is found that market timing has negative and significant effect on mutual fund performance (sig 0,004) and stock selection has significant positive effect on mutual fund performance (sig. 0,005).Keyword : Mutual Fund Performance, Market Timing, and Stock Selection

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purposes of this study are to find out and analyze of three independent variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  : (1) Commitment, (2) Communication, (3) Quality of Service on through Customer Satisfaction. This study used descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study are the customers of restaurant Ayam Nelongso Malang by the sampling of female customers who had purchased and customers who had loyal customers eat food. The accidental sampling used convenience sampling with the amount of respondent are 92. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows : Commitment has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  with  3,700 and significant value is 0,00 (2) Communication has an effect and significantly on the Customer Satisfaction with  4,798 and significant value is 0,00 (3) Quality of service has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction with  and significant value is 0,00 (4) Commitmen, Communication, Quality of service and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  33,249 and significant value is 0,00. Keywords : Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Commitment, Communication, Quality of Service To Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of this study indicate that certification significantly influence the performance, motivation significant effect on performance, competence significantly influence the performance, and simultaneously there are significant positive and significant variables certification, motivation, and competence on the performance of Teachers Elementary School (SDN) in the District Pakisaji Malang. In this study can be interpreted that the higher the value of certification, motivation and competence the higher the value of the performance either individually among the independent variables on the dependent variable and simultaneously in the independent variable on the dependent variable Keywords: certification, motivation, competence, and performance

Abstract

Abstract            This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance structure, on the financial performance of the company. The population in this research is food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2015 as many as 20 companies. The sample in this research using purposive sampling technique as many as 18 companies. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression.             The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between managerial, institutional, independent commissioners and audit committees that affect the performance of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially Test results show that stakeholders are insignificant to company performance (sig 0,469), institutional institutions significant to financial performance (sig 0,010), independent commissioner is not significant to financial performance (0,976) and audit committee significant to financial performance (0,029). Keywords: good corporate governance, managerial ownership, accounting firm, independent commissioner, and audit committee.
