Abstract

ABSTRACTBidadari Salon and Spa is one of beauty and hair care service company inMalang City. Many service offered by Bidadari Salon is an affordable price, roomfor beauty care that is clean and comfortable. This study aims to determine theinfluence of price perceptions, brand perceptions, to re-buy interest with theperception of value as an intervening variable (case study on Bidadari Salon andSpa). Data were collected trough questionnaires and data were analyzed usingSPSS 16.0. Based on the result of the research can be seen that the perception ofprice affect the perception of value with significance of 0,498 (positive), andbrand perception does effect the perception of value with significance of 0,280(positive). Price perception has effect on repurchase interest with significantequal to 0,473, brand perception have an effect on to re-buy interest withsignificant equal to 0,280, perception of value does an effect to re-buy interestwith value significance that is equal to 0,990 . The perception of value is able tomediate the relationship between price perceptions of repurchase interest, and theperception of value is unable to mediate the relationship between brand’sperception of repeat interest.Keywords: Bidadari Salon and Spa, perception, significance, interveningvariable

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research are : 1). Effeck of Debt To Equity Ratio to Divident PayoutRatio. 2). Influence of Return On Assets to Divident Payout Ratio. 3). Influence of Return OnEquity to Dividend Payout Ratio.The sample in this study is the financial statements of real estate companies listing onthe indonesian stock exchanges obtained from debt to equity ratio, Return On Assets andReturn On Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio in 2013-2015, the data source used insecondary data obtained of records or annual financial statements that have been recordedand recorded on the stock exchange of Indonesian. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to get alternative strategy from result ofinternal factor analysis and external factor so get alternative of formula ofmarketing strategy that appropriately and can be applied for Classic ChocolateCafé Malang. Based on the results of research formulation of QuantitativeStrategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method, the alternative strategy is to improvethe management and cooperation capability for the company purpose, Improvingthe service quality to attract the consumers. Maintain an economical price andimprove product quality to increase consumer loyalty. Utilize a strategic locationand satisfactory facilities to add potential customers. The alternative strategy ismore prioritized because, for this strategy company can take advantage ofinternal strength in order to benefit from existing external opportunities. The mainpriority result of the analysis is the SO strategy with TAS (Total AttractivenessScore) of 6.716.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, IFE Matrix, EFE, IE, SWOT, QSPM.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPhenomenon that occurs when this location, completeness of the products and the prices ofmost major discussion in this study because it is able to contribute to the purchase of aconsumergood birthday are individually as well as collectively in doing marketing strategy.Research conducted at Hypermart Malang Town Square. Purposes of this research isto test and know the influence factors of location, price and product completeness againstrepeated purchases consumers partially or simultaneous.Variables used in the study wasthe location, the completeness of the product and the price as the independent variable andthe variable purchase re consumers as the dependentvariable. The samples used in thestudy was the unfortunate Hypermart consumer Town Squareas much as 99 respondentsusing a purposive sampling method. Data collection methods the research by disseminatinga questionnaire. The analysis used include: test instruments, test the assumptions ofclassical linear regression testmultiple hypothesis and test by using SPSS 14.0 program forwindows.The results showed a significant effect against the location of purchase consumerreset, completeness of influential products significantly to re-purchase consumers andprices do not affect significantly to restart consumer purchase, location, productcompleteness and simultaneous price effect on the purchase of ullang consumers.Keywords`: Location, Price, Product Completeness, Repeated Purchases ConsumersOcation, Price And Product Completeness Against RepeatedpurchasesConsumers

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to find out and to examine capital structure, firm growth, firmsize and profitability toward service firm value which were registered in IndonesianStock Exchange (BEI) along with its independent variable i.e. capital structure, firmgrowth, firm size, and profitability dependent variable on firm value.This study used purposive sampling as research method that is sampling method bythe certain criteria. The amount of the sample in this study is 14 service industrycompanies which registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Research conducted inthe period 2014-2016 so that the data obtained as much as 42 samples. The analysisused is double regression analysis which preceded by classical assumptions testconsisting of normal test, heteroskesdasticity, multikolinearity, and autocorrelation.Hypothesis analysis is done by using F test and T test.The result of the study represent that 1) capital structure negatively affects the firmvalue 2) capital structure positively affects the firm value 3) firm size negativelyaffects the firm value and 4) profitability negatively affects the firm value.Keywords: Capital Structure, Firm Growth, Firm Size, Profitability, Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research has a purpose to determine the effect of simultaneous andpartial credit risk, interest rate and capital adequacy rate on profitability atcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stocks ExchangeTe technique used is purposesampling with the criteria of banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in the period 2013-2015. Obtained a number of samples of 21 bankingcompanies.The method used in this research is deskriptif statistical test, normalitytest, multiple linear regression test, clasiccal assumption test that includesmultikolonierity test, autocorrelation test and heterokedastisity test andhypothesis test that includes partial and simultaneous test.The result of this study indicate that 1) credit risk has a significantnegative effect on profitability in banking companies listed on the IndonesiaStocks Exchange in 2013-2015, 2) interest rates have an insignificant negativeeffect on profitability on banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in 2013-2015, 3) the level of capital adequacy has a significant positiveeffect on profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia StocksExchange in 2013-2015.Keyword : Credit Risk, Interest Rates, Capital Adequacy and Profitability.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of total quality management(TQM), performance measurement system and reward system on managerialperformance. Population of this research is all employee CV. Singkong Arto Maswhich amounted to 215 employees. The sample in this research using purposivesampling technique as many as 55 respondents. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression.The results of this study partially total quality management (TQM) havea significant negative effect on managerial performance, while performancemeasurement system and reward system have no effect on managerialperformance. Simultaneously total quality management (TQM), performancemeasurement system and reward system have an effect on managerialperformance.Keywords : Total Quality Management (TQM), performance measurement system,reward system, managerial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current storage phenomenon, product mix and promotion become the main discussion topic in this research because it able to give contribution to purchasing decision of goods either individually or simultaneously in doing marketing strategy.The research was conducted in Malang Apparel Malang. Tujan this research is for more information and prefer mix, product and promotion for purchasing decision of goods in distros partially or simultaneously. Variables used in this study are attributes of stores, products and. As the dependent variable. The sample used in this research is 90% of noise consumers using accidental method. Methods of research data with questionnaires distribution. Analysis using SPSS 14.0 for windows program.The results of this study indicate a significant storage environment in purchasing decisions in the distribution of goods, a significant product to the decision of purchasing goods in distribution decisions and promotion mix of significant to the purchase of goods in distribution, shop atmosphere, product and promotion mix. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research has a purpose to determine the effect of simultaneous andpartial quality of service, location and price to customer satisfaction, case studieson the charm Soccer Zone Futsal. So that can be know how the effect of servicequality, location and proce to customer satisfaction. The technique used isexplanatory research with the number of population 4320 consumers starting withMarch-April 2017 obtained by the number of samples as much as 95 respondents.The method used in this research is instrument test that is validity test andreliability test, normality test, clasiccal assumption test that multikolonierity test,and heterokedastisity test and hypothesis test that includes partial, simultaneoustest and dete coefisient.The result of this study indicate that 1) service quality has a significantpositive effect on customer satisfaction on the charm Soccer Zone Futsal, 2)location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction on the charmSoccer Zone Futsal, 3) price has a significant positive effect on customersatisfaction on the charm Soccer Zone Futsal.Keyword : Service Quality, Location, Price and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis of the Level of Health of a Bank by Using the Methods of the CAMELin PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri(Case Study on PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Ambon)This research aims to find out and analyze the level of health of mandiri syariahbank. The method in use in the conduct of research that is by using the method ofCAMEL. Analysis of the the CAMEL has five aspects, namely the aspects ofcapital used CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), aspects of the quality of earningassets using the ratio of the KAP (Quality of Earning Assets), and PPAP(Productive Aseets Allowance), aspects ratio using management NPM (Net ProfitMargin),aspects ratio using earning ratios ROA (Return on Assets), and BOPO(Operating Income Against Operating Expenses), and aspect ratio using liquidityNCM-CA (Call Money to Current Assets), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio). Thedata is collected in the report balance sheet, income statement and managementreport. Based on the results of research thathasbeen done on PT Syariah MandiriBank value CAMEL in 2011 82,92 is HEALTHY the year 2012 80,47 isHEALTHY, the year 2013 92,47 is HEALTHY, in 2014 72,43 is QUITEHEALTHY, and the last one 2015 74,76 is QUITE HEALTHY.Keyword : the health of th banks, capital, assets, management, earning, liqudity
