Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study aims to determine the effect of Advertising and public relations on the decision of students to choose Unisma campus, through the image of campus institutions as an intervening variable. For the independent variables in this study are Advertising and Public relations, while the dependent variable for this research is the image of the campus institution and the decision to choose. For this type of research using empirical research which uses secondary data, obtained from the Unisma Malang campus (Source BAAK 2019 student data), and primary data obtained from questionnaire collection from each of the respondents that have been previously determined. The population in this study was the class of 2019 students, totaling 3,434 students. which has been determined with a total sample of 97 samples. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling in which proportional sampling has each criterion. To solve the problem in this study using the test instrument which the Validity and Reliability Test, Normality, Path analyst, Hypothesis Test and Sobel Test the test results of the analysis data show that: Advertising, public relations have a positive effect on the image of campus institutions and Advertising, public relation has a significant indirect effect on the decision to vote through the image of the campus institution as an intervening variable. Keywords: Advertising, public relations, image of campus institutions, decision to choose.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to identify and analyze the green marketing has a direct impact on directly affected the interest of buying buy water in the ades. Knowing and analyzing the brand image directly affected the interest of buying bottled water in the ades. Establishing and analyzing the influence of green marketing's indirect influence on purchasing interest via the brand image as an intervening variable. The population of this study is the owner of a yulia store that bought Bottled Water by 1229, while samples amounted to 93. Data analysis using path analysis. The technieque employed in this research is sampling techiques . Research has shown that green marketing is a significant and immediate effect equal to 0,842. But green marketing has a direct and significant impact on buying interest equal to 0,854. The brand image is devastating  equal to 0,854 and devastating for interest in buying and the brand image can mediate between green marketing's interest in purchasingKeywords: Green marketing, purchasing interests, brand image

Abstract

AbstractThe importance of discipline and employee motivation to improve employee performance is that by increasing discipline and work motivation, it is expected that production can run smoothly and labor productivity can be increased, so that production targets can be achieved and ultimately company goals can also be achievedit is expected that the workforce feels satisfied, because the work of the workforce is truly valued with rewards that are in accordance with the results obtained, so that the employee besides getting material and satisfaction in return for his salary, will also get psychological satisfaction, because it has received flattery or appreciation. To find out and analyze the effect of partially disciplined variables and work motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Jawa Berkat Utama.Based on the results of the study note that variable work motivation and work discipline significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

Abstract             The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Dividend Policy on Share Prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 28 companies, the sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method, the technique of determining the research sample using established considerations. So that a sample of 10 companies was obtained. The data source in this study is the financial statements of food and beverage sub-sector companies in the period 2016 to 2018. And the method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the Current Ratio variable had a negative and significant effect on the Stock Price, the Net Profit Margin variable had a significant positive effect on the Share Price. While the Dividend Policy has a positive and not significant effect on Stock Prices. Keywords: Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Policy and Stock Price

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research to analyze Brand Experience and Brand Commitment on Brand Loyalty with go-jek for the the study case in Dinoyo city, the variable used is Brand Loyalty for independent variable with Brand Experience and Brand Commitment for dependent variable, this research study type is explanatory research with quantitative approach which used questionnaire for instuments research and distributed to respondents which amounts to 96 people for sampel. Data in this research processing with SPSS 20 application for windows, The result of study in partially that conclude there are had influence between Brand Experience and Brand Commitment on Brand Loyalty with positive and significant, that result from regresion test, Brand experience and Brand Commitment on Brand Loyalty had signification score more than 0,05  and in simulanerous Brand Experience and Brand Commitment had influence effect on Brand Loyalty together that from result of regresion test that had signification score more than 0,05 and Fvalue 31,019. Keyword  : Brand Experience,Brand Commitment,Brand Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of independent variables, namely investment decisions, liquidity, profitability on the dependent variable, namely the value of the company in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. The method for sampling uses purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 71 manufacturing companies. The data in this study use multiple linear regression, classic assumptions and hypothesis testing.The results of this study as a whole or simultaneous independent variables namely investment decisions, liquidity, profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords: investment decisions, liquidity, profitability, firm value

Abstract

Abstract It was a quantitative type of study, by utilizing a secondary data such as the company annual financial reports. There were 11 companies became the samples of this company food and beverages in Indonesia listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchane, which were determined based on the purposive sampling technique during the periode of 4 years from 2015 until 2018. The results indicated that (1) the return on asset had an effect negatif on the growth profits but the return on equity had an effect positif on the growth profits, (2) the good corporate governance not could modernize return on asset and return on equity on the growth profits to a negative direction.Keywords: Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Good Corporate Governance, Growth Profits.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. The population in this study was less than 100 people. The number of samples in this study were all members of 65 people. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline had a good relationship to improve the performance of the employees of PT. Ledokombo jember. The known value of F> F table and significance> 0.05, shows that there is a direct and significant impact of organizational culture on employee performance and discipline. In adition there are also indirect impacts on the quality of human resources on employee performance. Employee performance will increase in PT. Ledokombo Jember. Abstract

Abstract This study tries to analyze Product Attributes, Value Perceptions, Consumer Experiences, Product Attributes, and Repurchase Interests of Xiaomi Smartphone Users in Dinoyo District, Malang. "The sample in this study was smartphone users in Dinoyo District, Malang. The data collection techniques of this study were with questions. Data analysis used in this study was quantitative descriptive using a Likert scale, path analysis, t test, sobel test, and tests using the program Based on the results of data analysis, Perceived Value, Customer Experience has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction on xiaomi smartphone users in the Dinoyo District, and the Perception Value, Consumer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction variables have a significant influence on repurchases on xiaomi smartphone users at dinoyo District, The product attribute has no significant effect on customer satisfaction on xiaomi smartphone users in dinoyo District, and the product attribute variable is not significant on the repurchase interest for Xiaomi smartphone users in Dinoyo District, Malang.  Keywords: Product Attributes, Value Perception, Consumer Experience, Repurchase Interest, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and leadership style on turnover intention in Coffee Shop Kopi Studio24. This research was conducted in Malang City which included 48 employees and several managers as respondents. This study uses a type of survey research that all employees can be sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and f test and processed using SPSS 16.0 to analyze several hypotheses.The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment has no effect on turnover Intention. Leadership style has a significant effect on turnover intention.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, leadership style and Turnover Intention
