The main purpose of individuals working is to make high rate money, this kind of matter is certainly makes interesting to migrate overseas to places where it has high standard wages, one of ways to take this matter is to be international migrant workers or Indonesian Workers. Economic disparity between countries is one of the most dominant reasons that encourage migration among Indonesians. Malaysia is one of the destination countries of Indonesian workers due to the stigma from the community that the same cultural factors, the cognate language, geography, security and of course the wages received. Malang Regency is one of the largest areas of Indonesian workers who contribute quite a large number of Indonesian workers abroad.This study aims to (1) know the things that are faced by migrant workers from Malaysia during pre-placement, placement and after placement (2) to know what is the cost benefit that will be borne by migrant workers from Malaysia.The results of the study indicate that: (1) There are a lot of Indonesian migrant workers involved in the problem, from the time of departure with less capital, the recruitment agency with the problem or the salary cut is too large, while in the destination country to get employer or less conducive work place and when returning to Indonesia with little money or fraud under the guise of travel, but there is also a successful salary and adequate remittance money. (2) Based on the calculation of Cost Benefit Analysis of 15 ex-migrants as a whole qualifies for priority, because in the Net Present Benefit (NPB) and the Method of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) all imply that the results of calculations feasible

International Migration can positively impact the formation of remittances. Remittance is one of the tools in the economic improvement of migrant families. Remittances are not only money or goods, but also ideas. Based on the priority of its use, there are several patterns of use of remittance that is productive pattern oriented to activities that can form the accumulation of assets in the future and will have an impact at the macro level on development in the area of origin and consumption patterns are more oriented to the short term that will provide micro impact. The purpose of this study is to see the characteristics of migrants that affect the level of delivery remittance and see usage patterns of remittances in District Bantur Malang. The analytical tool used in this study is the percentage of analysis and the results showed the level of remittance delivery is influenced by several characteristics of migrants, such as type of work, length of working and the destination country. The characteristics that can affect the level of the International Migration salary that can also affect the rate of delivery of remittances. Based on the priority of use, patterns of use of remittances consumptive in District Bantur Malang include expenses of daily necessities, purchase electronic goods, home renovation and pay the debt, and the usage patterns of productive in District Bantur Malang include investment in childrens education, the purchase of land (farm / Land), purchase of livestock and venture capital investment.

Kemajuan dan kemakmuran desa ditentukan oleh usaha penduduk desa selain tata geografinya. Desa yang memiliki banyak sumber daya alam tetapi penduduknya tidak cukup mempunyai keterampilan, Desa Jambangan merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Dampit, Kabupaten Malang. Dampit terkenal sebagai salah satu penghasil kopi di wilayah Malang selatan. Mayoritas petani desa Jambangan juga belum memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan semangat yang tinggi untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Sumber informasi yang digunakan selama proses pengabdian diperoleh dari para pelaku (actors)/informan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam memilih informan sampling adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan selama dan setelah pengumpulan data, baik itu data di lapangan (data primer) maupun data sekunder. Data-data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian ditabulasi secara sederhana. Setelah ditabulasi maka data-data tersebut dianalisis sesuai dengan metode analisis data yang sesuai. Berbagai macam kopi tertanam di desa Jambangan terhitung ada 20 macam kopi ditanam ditanah desa Jambangan dan yang paling terkenal adalah kopi lanang yang rasanya lebih keras dari kopi yang lain. Ada beberapa organisasi yang mewadahi para petani di desa Jambangan yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dan kelompok tani, dua wadah tersebut merupakan bentuk paguyuban yang ada di desa Jambangan dimana difungsikan sebagai wadah petani kopi untuk memberikan keluhan dan masukan demi kemajuan petani kopi. Di Desa Jambangan belum semua masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan baik. Dengan masalah ini desa harus memberi pelatihan tentang teknologi yang sudah modern. Sehingga masyarakat Desa Jambangan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dengan sebaik mungkin.

Industry is an important thing in development. It is based on the reasons, industrialization can increase income and prosperity quickly. Industrialization is also a factor that encourages people to migrate. The population prefers to migrate on urban areas which have a greater employment opportunities in the industrial sector. This study aims to determine the effect of industrialization and population growth on internal migration in Malang City. The analytical method is a multiple analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The results show that the industrialization has no a significant effect on migration, while the population growth has a significant effect on internal migration.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i1.2706

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji klasterisasi industri kecil melalui pendekatan tipology klassen. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk memetakan jenis-jenis industri kecil apa saja yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di Kabupaten Malang (ii) Merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan klaster industri yang potensial di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS Kab Malang dan Disperindag Kab Malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kontribusi, analisis Location Quotient dan juga tipologi klassen. Analisis Kontribusi menunjukkan Rata-rata kontribusi untuk Provinsi Jawa Timur sebesar 5,88% hasil ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan kontribusi Kabupaten Malang, dimana kontribusi terbesarnya masih tetap sama yaitu industri pengolahan sebesar 29,28%. Dilanjutkan Analisis LQ yang menunjukkan terdapat enam sektor yang memiliki nilai LQ lebih dari 1 yang artinya merupakan sektor basis dan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Sektor tersebut antara lain adalah sektor pertanian, industri pengolahan, pengadaan air, konstruksi, perdagangan besar dan jasa lainnya. Sedangkan tipologi klassen dengan hasil sektor maju dan tumbuh dengan pesat berada pada sektor pertanian, industri pengolahan dan jasa lainnya. Dengan hal ini strategi pengembangan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Malang dapat dilakukan dengan pemberiaan fasilitas pembinaan, pengembangan SDM, bantuan peralatan dan pemasaran.

Financial management is one of the main aspects for the progress of a company. Accounting is a process or way of producing financial information that can be used to make a decision for its users. Implementation methods of Community Service activities is carried out using presentation methods, tutorial systems, and mentoring. The results of the training and mentoring activities for making Islamic banking mudharabah financing proposal aimed at residents of Malang City Kasin Village who are also perpetrators or owners of MSMEs, have been evaluated based on the response and the results of the practices carried out by the participants and assistance for 3 days. This evaluation of community service activities was carried out through a questionnaire and the results of feedback on questions in the questionnaire relating to training and mentoring materials for making bank credit proposal and the enthusiasm of the participants in each question and answer session. The level of understanding of the participants in understanding the material that has been delivered is grouped on a scale of 71% -80.99%, then the community service activities are declared "quite good" and there are 3 mudharabah financing proposals available from the results of mentoring activities

The banking world is currently experiencing rapid growth, new banks have emerged such as Islamic banks, so it is inevitable that a competitive and tight banking business will emerge. This service activity is expected to provide provisions for the participants, so that they can improve the Islamic economy. Understanding of Islamic banking products will provide benefits for them in terms of the Islamic economy. The systematics of the implementation of this service activity are Socialization, Literacy and Implementation with the assisted subjects who are partners of this community service activity are Karang Taruna and Dinoyo Residents in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The activity is carried out in three stages, namely problem identification, activity implementation, and implementation evaluation. The result of the implementation of this activity was that the Participants expressed their gratitude to us for being given the opportunity to take part in the Islamic banking literacy and socialization activities so that they could open their minds who had so far felt that conventional banks and Islamic banks were the same. This shows that the literacy and socialization of Islamic banking in society is still not active enough so that activities like this should be carried out more frequently.

The MSMEs sector has a very important role in supporting the economy of Malang Regency. However, MSMEs have difficulty obtaining access to Islamic banking financing because of a few reasons: their management lacks a good financial administration system, business management is still manual and traditional, and most MSME owners are unable to separate the operational money for their households and businesses. These technical constraints make the owner think less about the goals or long-term strategic plans of his business. In Karangsuko Village, most of its population still rely on the MSMEs sector as a means of livelihood. This service aims to make MSMEs actors understand financial management, sharia accounts, financing rules from Islamic banks, preparation of financial reports, and drafting financing proposals to Islamic banks. This activity was implemented using the RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) method. With the systematic implementation of service activities by a team of lecturers at the Islamic University of Malang, the percentage of participants' understanding before and after the assistance was 18% and 87.20% respectively.

Abstract This research was conducted at PT Adhiguna Putera on Jl. Mawar No.03, Besuki, kec. Besuki, Kab. Situbondo. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, leadership and human resource development on job performance. The independent variables used are training, leadership and human resource development, while the dependent variable is work performance. The sample used in this study were 45 respondents who are employees of PT. Adhiguna Putera Paiton Probolinggo Branch. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that training affects work performance, leadership affects work performance and human resource development affects work performance. training, leadership and human resource development simultaneously affect work performance. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index listed on the IDX. This study uses profitability ratios with return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) variables and uses solvency ratios with debt to equity ratio (DER) variables as variables that show financial performance Based on predetermined sample criteria, the number of samples from companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic index, there are 11 companies that meet the criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In determining this sample researchers used a purposive sampling method. which is to determine samples with certain criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and Multiple Linear Regression namely with data of research in the form of panel data. The results of this study indicate that partially the Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have a significant effect on the stock price of company, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has no effect on the stock price.
