Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable for customers of Ahass Workshop, Wendit Branch. Population and sample are customers of Ahass Workshop, amounting to 83 customers. The data collection technique used in this study is to use a questionnaire or questionnaire data collection method. The tool used for data analysis in this study is to use a software application in the form of SPSS version 20. The method of analysis in this study uses path analysis. Path analysis or path analysis is the development of a multiple linear regression analysis model that is used to test the influence of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that trust, service quality and price have a direct effect on satisfaction, trust and price have a direct effect on loyalty, while service quality has no direct effect on loyalty, and satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty, trust has a direct effect on loyalty through satisfaction as a variable. mediation, service quality affects loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable, price affects loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable. Keywords: trust, service quality, price and loyalty satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at PT.Catur Mulia Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment, Reward and Punishment towards employee work ethic of PT. Catur Mulia Mandiri. The variables used are leadership styles, organizational commitments, Reward and Punishment nout as independent variables, while the employee work ethic variable is the dependent variable.The samples used in this study were 67 PT employees. Chess Mulia Mandiri uses the method of random stratification proportional.Data collection method by collecting primary and secondary data. The analyses used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test.               Research shows that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style, organizational commitment, reward and punishment towards employee work ethic at PT. Catur Mulia Mandiri.The research show that the leadership style variable has no significant effect on the employee work ethic of PT. Catur Mulia Mandiri.The variable of organizational commitment has a significant effect on the employee work ethic of PT.Catur Mulia Mandiri The Reward and Punishment variable has significant effect on the employee work ethic of PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Malang Uniccrab Seafood Restaurant in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, promotion on customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality, service quality, promotion, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who made food purchases at Seafood Uniccrab Malang. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, promotion partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality, promotion

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research was conducted at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work environment and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Investment, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower.          The variables used are communication, work environment, and motivation as independent variables, while employee performance variables are the dependent variable. The sample used in this study were 60 employees of the Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolinggo Manpower. The study used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test.          The results showed that the communication variables had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo Manpower, while the work environment and motivation variables did not have a significant effect on the employee performance of the Probolingo Investment Service, PTSP, and Probolingo employees.Keywords : communication, work environment, motivation, and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is used to determine how the influence of work discipline and work environment on work performance. In this study, there are three variables used, namely the variable work discipline and work environment which are independent variables, while work performance is the dependent variable. Whereas in this study the number of respondents was 44 employees. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline and work environment simultaneously had an effect on work performance. Work discipline affects work performance and work environment affects work performance.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Work Performance.
