Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted with the aim of analyzing investor reactions, to the announcement regarding rights issue, for companies that carry out rights issues in 2018 with five days upon to the date of rights issue and five days after the date of rights issue, the variabels used in this study are abnormal returns and trading volume activities. The sample used in this study was 26 companies that carried out rights issues in 2018 with the study period, wich was five days before the rights issue and five days after the right issue, based on the test results using wilcoxon sagned rank test showed that there was no differences in TVA and abnormal returns before and after the issuance of rights.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, brand image, brand trust, price and word of mouth on the purchase decisions of Nike brand shoes. This type of research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who were users of Nike brand shoes. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine whether the influence of venture capital and business duration on business income in creative economic actors in the fashion sub-sector in Malang City. The variables used by researchers are venture capital and business duration (dependent variable) and business income (independent variables) this study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling uses a saturated sample method. There are 43 business actors that meet the sample category. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis is used to analyze and test hypotheses with the t test with the help of SPSS version 14. Based on the results of the study indicate that business capital affects income. And the length of business has an effect on income. This explains that businesses can manage finances well and are able to maintain their business so they can increase income. Keywords: Business Capital, Duration of business, Operating Income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the development of globalization requires all companies to be more competitive. Every company must have excellence and competitiveness so that it can survive among other companies. The success of a company is also strongly influenced by human resources owned and can be seen from the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to find out to find out and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To find out and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To describe the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. With the population of this study were 150 employees. By using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were internal employees totaling 60 employees. The results of this study are known to be positive variables but not significant or it can be concluded that the assistant variable does not effect employee performance. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect, or it can be concluded that the work discipline variables affect employee performance. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is intended to determine the motives and roles of women in working towards performance. The population of this study was a female company at The Grand Palace Hotel Malang with a sample of 32 people, and a sample called a census sample. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, analysis in this method uses tabulation data. In the analysis, considering cultural, economic and educational motives greatly influences women in the company. Motives provide encouragement for women in the world of work specifically for employees of The Grand Palace Hotel, with the motive will provide encouragement for women who have good performance at work. Not only to make a living but also to improve their profession. In the role of the world of work, women will have several roles, namely productive roles, domestic roles, and social roles. The role includes the role of women in the world of work and women who act as housewives. Having this role is not an easy thing, but because it has a motive that supports women who have good performance at work and can manage the household well.Keywords: motives, women's roles, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out and analyze the online promotion of repurchase intention with consumer perception as a mediation for FEB Student Traveloka users in Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study were FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang in the 2015-2016 academic year who had used Traveloka with 85 people who had used Traveloka. In this study the technique used was purposive sampling technique or by using criteria. The data source used in this study is primary research with data collection conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study used validity, reliability tests, normality tests, path analysis, t test and sobel test.            The results of this study indicate that : 1) online promotion has a direct influence on consumer perception 2) online promotion has a direct influence on repurchase intention 3) consumer perception has a direct influence on repurchase intention and 4) consumer perception is able to be a good mediation between online promotion and repurchase intention.Keywords: Online Promotion, Repurchase Intention and Consumer Perception
