Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study is to influence brand reputation and product quality on consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Pepsodent Toothpaste in Wonorejo Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. The population of this study was consumers of pepsodent toothpaste in Wonorejo village, Singosari district. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula so that 90 respondents were eligibleas samples. This study uses primary data and path analysis methods.               The results of this study indicate that the Brand Reputation and Product Quality variables directly influence significantly the value of Consumer Satisfaction. Brand Reputation Variables have no direct significant effect on consumer loyalty while product quality has a direct and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The variable customer satisfaction has a significant direct effect on consumer loyalty. Variables of brand reputation and product quality indirectly influence consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: Brand Reputation, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction as Iintervening variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The intense competition in the banking world allows each bank to compete to attract as many customers as possible by building close relationships with its customers by providing a quality service that is good and different from other banks, to establish customer loyalty.The research aims to examine the effect of service quality on loyalty and the interaction between service qualty on loyalty moderated by costumer satisfaction. The population of this study was all costumers of BRI Bank UNISMA cash office. The sample used in this study is accidental sampling, namely, accidental sampling techniques with 96 respondents. The type of research is explanatory research. The data collection method used questionnaires so that anyone who come to the Bank would fill in the questionnaire that had been shared by the reshearchers.  The results of this study are that there’s a significant effect between service quality on costumer loyalty with the result of 0.001< 0.05, thus it can be said that the hypothesis is acceptable. And the second hypothesis has an interaction between service quality and loyalty with satisfaction as a moderator of variable with a significant value of 0.17<0.05.in this study using a test MRA ( Moderated Reression Analysis). Kywords : service quality, satisfaction, costumer loyalty.

Abstract

ABTRACKThe aims of recent study are to portray the workload, work stress, organizational climate, and employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera in Malang and to investigate whether workload, work stress, and organizational climate simultaneously and partially have effect on employee performance of CV Kampoeng Sejahtera or not. This study involved 98 out of 130 employees as the sample. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, in which takes consider on elements or categories in the population to be chosen as a sample. The instrument being used was questionnaire and document analysis. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The result revealed that (1) workload, work stress, and organizational climate had simultaneous effect to employee performance, (2) workload positively and significantly effected to employee performance, (3) work stress positively and significantly influenced on employee performance, as well as (4) organizational climate had positive and significant effect to employee performance. Keywords: workload, work stress, organizational climate, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect on transformational leadership variables, organizational culture, and commitment to employee engagement Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. For this reason, researchers took data from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah  Air Minum Kota Malang. This type of research is explanatory in view of the population taken from employees of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang, and the number of samples in this study was 223 employees. The acquisition of primary data is taken by distributing questionnaires to employees. the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which shows that simultaneously transformational leadership variables, organizational and organizational cultures are both positively and not significantly influencing employee engagement, while partially transformational leadership variables have an insignificant positive effect on employee engagement, Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee engagement and commitment has a significant but not significant effect on employee engagement in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. Keywords: transformational leadership, commitment, organizational culture and employee engagement

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shareholding structure, external factors and internal factors on leverage and the impact on company value on mining companies listed on the stock exchange for the period 2016-2018.  The purpose of taking case studies on mining companies in this study is because in the current era globalization mining companies are one of the drivers of economic development of a country, so reserchers conduct research whether there is an influence between the structure of share ownership, external factors and internal factors as independent variables and then leverage and company velue as the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The location in this study is a mining company listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the period 2016-2018. In this study the authors took a sampel using purposive sampling technique. In this study the population taken was 45 mining companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2018 and obtained a sampel of 27 companies so that the research data was 81 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and direct and indirect influences.                              The results in this study case study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period can be concluded, namely: variable ownership structure (X1), external factors (X2), internal factors (X3) does not have a significant effect on the leverage  variabel. While the structure of share ownership (X1), external factors (X2) does not have a significant effect on the firm value variabel and internal factors (X3) has a significant effect on the firm value variabel, then leverage variable (Y1) has a significant effect on the firm value variabelmemiliki ( Y2). Keyword: Stock Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Factors, Leverage, Company Value.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT       This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organiztional culture , and role conflict on the performance of UD. Pandang Laut employees both partially and jointly. The population and sample are all 40 production management employees. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using census methods and data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.       The results of the analysis show that partially organizational commitent has a significant positive effect on employee performance while organizational culture, has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and role conflict has a negative effect on employee performance. And together show that Organizational commitment, , Organizational Culture and Role Conflict no significantly influence employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Role Conflict and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to test and analyze the effect of Earning Per share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Return On Asset to Stock Prices. This study uses Explanative Research. The selection of this research sample uses the Purposive Sampling method using several criteria. From these criteria, 3 energy companies, 3 telecommunications and 5 transportation companies were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share has no significant positive effect on stock prices. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Return On Equity has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. Return On Assets has no significant positive effect on stock prices. Keywords: Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Return On Asset and Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the regional financial performance of the Lembata district government in 2013-2017. The results of the study show that in general the financial performance of the district government is good. This is shown by the low average degree of decentralization, the very high regional financial dependency ratio, the regional financial independence ratio is still low with an intructive pattern, the effectiveness of the local tax ratio is quite efficient, the local tax efficiency ratio is efficient, the efficiency expenditure ratio, operating expenditure ratio the total expenditure dominates the expenditure allocation compared to the capital expenditure ratio to total expenditure, the ratio of local revenue growth and the ratio of income growth to positive growth, the ratio of operating expenditure growth, and the capital expenditure growth ratio experiencing positive growth.Keywords: Financial Performance, Financial Ratio, Growth Ratio

Abstract

ABSTACT      This research was conducted at University Islamic of Malang. In this study, the aim is to find out the influence of brand origin, brand ambassadors and brand image on buying interest in axes on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Department of Management at the Islamic University of Malang. The variables used in this study are brand origin, brand ambassador and brand image as variables independent then buying interest as the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study includes the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows software.           Keywords: brand origin, brand ambassador, brand image and buying interest
