Abstract

AbstractEvery organization will always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. Employees who have commitment and culture towards the organization have the potential to improve performance. In addition, compensation is also one of the drivers for improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of the employees of PT Marinal Indoprima.This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study amounted to 52 out of 599 populations. The results showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational commitment influences employee performance. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on firm value. Knowing the direct effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on capital structure. Knowing the indirect effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Food and Beverage sub-sector. The population of this study is 26 food and beverage companies that have been listed on the IDX. While the samples in this study were 19 companies.The results showed that liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. While the size of the company has a significant effect on firm value. Liquidity has a significant influence on capital structure. Profitability has no significant effect on capital structure. The size of the company has no significant effect on capital structure. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Determinant of capital structure on firm value in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Food and Beverage sub-sector is liquidity while profitability and firm size are not determinants of capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Food and Beverage sub-sector in 2016-2018.Keywords: liquidity, profitability, company size, capital structure, company value.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Smart Digital Content Marketing on Consumer Purchasing Decisions Millennial Aneka Sport Malang. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample used was 100 respondents, namely millennial consumers who had bought shoes at Aneka Sport Malang and followed the @anekasportmalang account. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the quality of information, celebrity endorsers, and sales promotions on the purchasing decisions of millennial consumers in Aneka Sport Malang. While partially (t test) shows the quality of information (X1) and celebrity endorser (X2) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the sales promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Buying diecision, information quality, celebrity endorser, sales promotion.

Abstract

AbstractThe consumer goods industry is one of the companies listed on the IDX and its shares are actively traded. The purpose of this study was: 1) to find out the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; 2) to find out the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies; and 3) to find out the effect of Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies. By using a sample of consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the study period in 2016-2018. The data analysis techniques used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The results showed that Return On Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) negatively on stock prices and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on stock prices. Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Stock Prices.

Abstract

AbstractFinancial aspect is a measure of a company's success in its performance and one of the aspects that influences the company's survival. Companies that have healthy financial performance will be known from how the company's ability to obtain profits through profitability ratios. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of working capital management, company age, company size, and sales growth on profitability of companies listed on the IDX. The data collection method used in this study is documentation. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. the method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression. This study uses data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples were taken using purposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies. The results of this study are the Working Capital Management and Age of the company affect the profitability, and the variable size of the company and growth does not affect the profitability. Keywords: Working Capital Management, Company Age, Company Size, Profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to directly analyze product quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze service quality on customer loyalty, directly analyze customer satisfaction with customer loyalty and indirectly analyze product quality and service quality on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable to consumers Rei Adventure Store. This study uses a quantitative approach.Rei Adventure Store Dinoyo 5 months ago 450 research samples in this study were 82 consumers.With a purposive sampling technique sampling. Data analysis using Path analysis.by conducting an instrument test, a reliability test, a normality test, a hypothesis test, and a sobel test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between quality and service quality on satisfaction. There is a significant difference in service quality on loyalty. While product quality is considered insignificant on loyalty. Is a significant influence on satisfaction with loyalty. Satisfaction is not able to memdiasi influence of product quality and service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Product quality, service quality, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Abstrack            This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables namely brand equity, attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision at Matahari Departement Store Malang Town Square. The sample in this study was 95 consumers using purposive sampling method. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study indicate that brand equity variables, the attractiveness of advertising and word of mouth simultaneously and partially have an influence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze creative economic entrepreneurs of the fashion sub-sector to improve taxpayer compliance. The population is 60 fashion sub-sector creative economic entrepreneurs in Malang City. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling methods. Data collection was carried out using primary data through interviews, questionnaire and obserrvation. The data testing techniques used in this study include instrument data test, normality test, and simple linear regression analysis. By looking at the result of the analysis and discussion of the data, this research obtain conclusions that can be drawn from the research on the analyze creative economic entrepreneurs in the fashion sub-sector in order to meet taxpayer compliance in Malang city is still not high enough, because based on the results of the analysis show that the fashion sub-sector creative economic business significantly on negative affects taxpayer compliance with a t-count value of-0,518 and a significance value of 0,606. The significance of the negative coefficient means that there is a negative relationship between variable X and Y, the more the creative economy of the fashion sector (X) increases, the lower the taxpayer compliance (Y).   Keywords: creative economic, fashion, taxpayer compliance.
