Abstract

Abstract PT Matahari Department Store Tbk is the largest retail company in Indonesia and has been registered as the excecutant of creative economy in the fashion subsector. The rise of news about open-close outlets having done by the company makes researcher is very enthusiastic to examine how the actual financial performance and the potential for bankruptcy when it is viewed on their financial report. This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score method, the Springate method, and the Internal Growth Rate method on the retail company as the excecutant of creative economy in the  subsector of fashion, namely PT Matahari Department Store Tbk in the 2014-2018 period. The type used in this research is quantitative descriptive. There are three methods used in this research, which are Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Internal Growth Rate to analyze the ratio produced by using the methods. The results showed that PT Matahari Department Store Tbk did not have the potential to go bankrupt or be declared a healthy company during the period 2014-2018. This study also used the Kruskal Wallis Test to find out the comparison among the three methods used and the result showed that there is significant difference got from these methods. Keywords: Bankruptcy, Altman Z-Score, Springate, Internal Growth Rate, and  Creative Economy

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) on purchasing decisions.This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. The population in this research were students of FEB UNISMA (Islamic University of Malang). The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria of FEB UNISMA students (Islamic University of Malang) who have made a purchase at the Malang Pesen Kopi Branch, Sigura-gura Malang. The sample was 91 respondents with a questionnaire collection technique. Technical data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove that the first hypothesis tests the relationship of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) to the purchase decision simultaneously. The second hypothesis examines the relationship of marketing mix (product, price, promotion, location) partially influential, which results in the product and place having a partially insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Price and promotion have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place), Purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Information Quality and Brand Image on purchasing decisions, the sample of this study is the number of Mamoru Store followers. For data collection using a questionnaire, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistical test and t statistical test, the coefficient of determination test in the IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which are promotion variables, information quality and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions. While partially the promotion variables, information quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion; Information quality; Brand Image; Buying decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population is consumers who make purchases at the Crown Gresik supermarket. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 27.120 + 0.399 X1 + 0.434 X2 + 0.230 X3 + 0.428 X4 + 0.684 X5 + e, and the test of this study used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially Product Quality, Price, Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Service Quality Against Purchasing Decisions at Mahkota Gresik Supermarkets. Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted on Indonesia Stock Exchange which aims to determine the influence of dividend policy, book value per share (BVPS), leverage on stock price volatility. The research time used for 3 years is 2016-2018.Research populations on cigarette companies wich listing On Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. Samples taken using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples there are 3 companies and the data used is secondary data. The method used is double linear regression with a level of significant of 0.05.The results of this study: (1) Dividend policy affects positively and significantly against stock price volatility. It is present with T count value of – 1,505 And significance value of 0.035 (smaller than 0.05). (2) Book Value Per Share (BVPS) Insignificant effect on the stock price volatility. It is indicated by the calculated T value of-0.548 and the significance value of 0.147 (greater than 0.05). (3) Leverage has no significant effect on stock price volatility. It is indicated by the calculated T value of-0.935 And significance value of 0.188 (greater than 0.05). Test result F count has a value of 6.049 with a significance of 0.041 and an adjusted value of R-square of 0.654. It can be explained that the ability of independent variables in dependent variables is 65.4% of the remaining 34.6% described by other independent variables outside of this research model. Keywords: Dividend, Book Value Per Share (BVPS), Leverage, stock price volatility.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. The analasis method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the motivation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang, this can be seen from the results of the study. T-test significant level of work motivation is 0.804> significant level α = 0.05, which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of multiple regression data analysis obtained are Y = 12,276 + 0,353 X1 + 0,038 X2 + 3,159. The results of this study indicate that the variables of leadership style and work motivation have a significant and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of Sardo Swalayan Malang. Keywords: leadership style, motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the malang city environment office staff. The population in this study amounted to 207 and the sample taken amounted to 69 respondents. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this study used spss version 16. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods and the data testing techniques used are validity test, class assumption reliability test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The analysis shows that leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance, partially leadership style and work motivation have no effect, but work discipline has an influence on employee performance of employees of the office of the city of malang. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Discipline And Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research uses descriptive research method. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, which is an analysis used to describe the characteristics of the study, the respondents studied and the data collected. After that the discussion is done descriptively. In this study the independent variables consisted of Emotional Intelligence (X1) Spiritual Intelligence (X2), and Motivation (X3) while the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). To determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable there is a dependent variable, then testing the hypothesis proposed in this study. The testing method for the proposed hypothesis is tested simultaneously using the T test, F test, and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT.
