Abstract

Abtract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity and Liquidity (CR) on Capital Structure during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were tekstil and garment industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020 period. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the criteria for this study consisted of 11 companies during the study period of 1 year. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation of the financial statements of tekstil and garment industry companies which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the f test and t test. The results showed that the simultaneous test on the Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity (CR) variables had a simultaneous effect on the capital structure (DER). Whereas in the t test the Profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) variables had a significant effect on the capital structure (DER), while the Growth Opportunity variable had no significant effect on the Capital Structure (DER). Keywords : Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, and Likuiditas

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine 1.) Description of recruitment, selection, commitment, work discipline and employee productivity, 2.) Effect of recruitment, selection, commitment and work discipline on employee productivity, 3.) Effect of recruitment on employee productivity, 4.) Effect of selection on employee productivity, 5.) Effect of commitment on employee productivity, 6.) Effect of work discipline on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 33 employees at the Village Unit Cooperative Pakis, Malang Regency. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the data analysis used was instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 as a tool. The results showed that 1.) Recruitment, selection, commitment, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee productivity, 2.) Recruitment has an influence on employee productivity, 3.) Selection has an influence on employee productivity, 4.) Commitment has no effect. influence on employee productivity, 5.) Abstract

AbstractThe culture of drinking coffee in Indonesia has been developing for a long time, since the first time the forced cultivation system was initiated by the Dutch government, at first drinking coffee was a habit practiced by the Dutch government, along with its development the Indonesian people began to like to drink coffee.This study aims to determine the direct effect of price, promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions and brand image as an intervening variable. The population used in this study are people in Malang City who still subscribe to or who have visited the Pesen Kopi Shop in Malang City. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, which was taken with certain criteria, namely 107 respondents. Using path analysis, and the research results show that price and promotion have a direct effect on brand image, price has no effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a direct effect on decisions and brand image variables are able to mediate prices and promotions on purchasing decisions. Keywords : price, promotion, brand image and purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze Service Quality and Prices on Customer Loyalty in 916 Futsal Field Consumers, either partially or simultaneously. This researcher uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers in the 916 field. Samples were taken as many as 74 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Yamane approach. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis processed with SPSS 2020 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that service quality partially significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, price has an effect, but not partially significant, on customer loyalty. And, service quality and price have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Keywors: Service Qualty, Price and Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review, CelebrityEndorser, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of products skincare Ms Glow to Ms GlowAesthetic Clinic Malang Customers. This research uses explanatory research and quantitativeapproaches. The population and sample of this study are 90 customers of Ms Glow AestheticClinic Malang. In this study informasi collection techniques used in the form of questionnairesand interviews. To solve the problem in this study, using the validity test, reliability test,normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysistest, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test. Research using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that the OnlineCustomer Review, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Image variables influence PurchasingDecisions simultaneously, partially the variabels Online Customer Review affect the PurchaseDecision while the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image partially does not affect the PurchaseDecision of products skincare Ms Glow to customers of Ms Glow Aesthetic Clinic Malang.Keywords: Online Customer Review, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Turnover Intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Determination of the sample in this study is using saturated samples, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 63 respondents according to the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that salary satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Salary satisfaction variable has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Job satisfaction variable has no effect on turnover intention at PT. BMI in Dampit City. Organizational commitment variable has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention at PT. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on the composite stock price index. The population in this study were all state macroeconomic data, namely data on inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates as independent variables and IHSG as the dependent variable. The samples taken are monthly data from each variable, namely inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates, and the composite stock price index January 2016 to December 2019. The results of this study indicate that partially inflation and interest rates have a significant negative effect on the stock price index. combined, the exchange rate has a significant positive effect on the composite share price index and simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on the composite share price index. Keywords: inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates: composite stock price index

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on stock prices in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The population used in this study is a manufacturing industry company in the food and beverage sub-sector with a purposive sampling technique, namely the 2017-2019 period. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) Profitability (Return on Assets) has a significant positive effect on stock prices. (2) Liquidity (Current Ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Abstract

Abstract At this time, the competition faced by a company is getting tougher. Management within the company is required to be more careful in determining its business strategy, not only that, but company management is also expected to increase sales. Because the competition is getting tougher. be a challenge or a threat to business people. Like during this Pandemic, almost the entire world was affected by significant losses, with a decline in the world economy, and an increase in basic prices in various countries, including Indonesia, which is currently facing a critical period from the impact of Covid-19. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is quite high, for companies that do not call for government regulations, companies are threatened with being closed until legal procedures are revoked. This caused a lot of companies to go out of business because they could not comply with the applicable procedures. As well as the decline in purchases of a company's product. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Covid-19 pandemic era in Malang Coffee turbo, and the partial influence of Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount on purchasing decisions at the Covid pandemic era. -19 on the poor Coffee starbuck. This research is an explanatory study (expanatory record) with a quantitative approach. In this study, the sample used was 100 respondents who visited and bought Starbucks products. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount variables on the purchasing decision of Starbuck Coffee Malang on consumers of Starbuck Coffee Malang. It is known that partially there is an influence between Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Price Discount variables which have a partial effect on purchasing decisions of Starbuck Coffee Malang on consumers of Starbuck Coffee Malang. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing, Price Discount and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the Stock Selection, Market Timing Ability and Fund Longevity of the performance of Islamic equity funds registered with the OJK in 2017-2019. To measure stock selection and market timing ability variables using the Treynor-Mazuy model. While to measure the performance of Islamic equity mutual funds using the Sharpe model. Population in this research Islamic equity funds year 2017-2019 amounted 43 company. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method and 21 Islamic equity mutual fund companies were selected that met the criteria. This research method uses multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that stock selection and market timing ability have a significant effect on the performance of Islamic equity funds. On the other hand, fund longevity has no significant effect on the performance of Islamic equity funds. Keyword: stock selection, market timing ability, fund longevity, performance of Islamic equity funds.
