Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions, analyze the partial impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions and to analyze among retail store services, product diversity. , and the promotion of variables that have a dominant influence on unplanned purchasing decisions. The population is buyers at Sardo Swalayan with a total sample of 90 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: At the Sardo Malang store, retail services, product diversity, and promotions simultaneously affect unplanned purchasing decisions. Analysis of the partial impact of retail store services, product diversity, and promotions on unplanned purchasing decisions at Sardo Malang stores. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of service quality, trustworthiness, and price on customer satisfaction using J&T Express expedition services to study FEB Unisma students. This research is an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 75 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of service quality, trust, and price had an effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a partial influence between the variables of service quality, trust, and price on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, trust, price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzed qualitatively the evaluation of the application of digital marketing as a solution to increase sales of Sarijan Cofee Malang MSME during the covid 19 pandemic. The data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the use of social media whatsApp, Instagram, facebook and tiktok as well as the shopee marketplace well. The use of Sarijan Coffee UMKM Digital Marketing such as the use of Instagram and Facebook social media makes it easier to share information, becomes an efficient promotional media, becomes a medium for interaction with consumers and can expand reaching consumers. The use of chat media makes it easier for consumers to communicate with sellers, to communicate products, promote and order products and increase loyal customers. The use of the shopee marketplace makes it easier to reach consumers, makes it easier for consumers to see products, communicate, and make it easier for consumers to get our products by ordering online and not having to leave the house. At this time, many consumers prefer to use the Shopee marketplace in their transactions. By selling digitally, it really helps increase revenue which is also automatically accompanied by an increase in sales as well. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Commitment, Communication, Morale and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Executive Board of Unisma Students for the 2020-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 80 administrators and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. Against Performance. The results of this study conclude that the Commitment Variables, Communication, Work Spirit, have a partial effect on Performance, and Work Discipline had a partial effect on the Performance of the Student Executive Board of the Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 Period. Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Communication, Morale And Work Discipline.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price discount and product quality on online purchasing decisions at Shopee with hedonic shopping motivation as an intervening variable for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. This type of research is using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 85 students of Management Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2018 as many as 85 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, path analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, t-test, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test. The results show that price discounts have a direct effect on hedonic shopping motivation, product quality has a direct effect on hedonic shopping motivation, price discounts have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, hedonic shopping motivation has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, hedonic shopping motivation can mediate price discounts on online purchasing decisions, and hedonic shopping motivation can also mediate product quality on online purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price Discount, Product Quality, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Online Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influencer Marketing, Brand Image, Product Design, Product Quality on Purchase Intention during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Brand Erigo in Malang City). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale given to respondents who intend to buy products from the Erigo brand. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents. Research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study found that the variables of influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchase intention. The results of this study also found that the influencer marketing variable had no effect of 0.540 on purchase intention. The brand image variable was found to have an effect of 0.019 on purchase intention. The product design variable was found to have an effect of 0.005 on purchase intention. The product quality variable was found to have no effect of 0.054 on purchase intention. Based on the results of this analysis, the Erigo brand should use influencer marketing with a positive and strong appeal and select prospective influencer marketing who have credibility that can represent the product. Second, the Erigo brand is expected to improve the quality of Erigo products in terms of materials. Third, the Erigo brand is expected to always try to maintain and improve the company's brand image for its products and is expected to continue to innovate in product design so as to increase the purchasing value of consumers to buy Erigo products, because design is one of the important tools to face the rapid market competition in the business world. Keyword: influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality, purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This pandemic phenomenon makes it a challenge for business actors to maintain income and economic growth, one of which is Clodia Outfit in running their business. During the COVID-19 pandemic, employees remain at home, but in this case it doesn't make Clodia Outfit not run its business. The purpose of this study is to simultaneously analyze the influence of social media, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of UNISMA students at Clodia Outfit Malang. This research design uses a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis conducted in November 2021. The sample used is a purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression test resulted that there was an influence between social media on purchasing decisions (sig. = 0.000). There is an influence between brand image on purchasing decisions (sig = 0.000). There is an influence between product quality on purchasing decisions (sig = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that social media, brand image and product quality have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for UNISMA students at Clodia Outfit Malang. Clodia Outfit must continue to provide consistent prices so that it can increase sales, continue to serve well, create or make something different from the others that can attract the attention of consumers, and still maintain the quality of its products. Keyword :  Social Media, Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase  Decision
