Abstract

This paper aims to determine the synergy of culture, Islamic education and national character development. Culture is the first step in shaping the character of students (younger generations) from the perspective of the people who own the culture. Meanwhile, Islamic education forms the character of students (younger generations) through the transmission of knowledge based on the values of universality of Islamic education and learning interactions. Thus, the two of them can create synergy to shape the character of the nation for students (younger generations) in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the transformation and quality of Islamic education in Bitung City. This research method uses literature study. The results show that the transformation of Islamic education is urgently needed to improve its quality. In addition, Islamic education needs to improve its quality and must develop all the elements that support it as a characteristic of advanced educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about leadership management and its influence, in order to create in Islamic educational institutions. Leadership has a very strategic and important role in creating good quality education. Therefore, education and training are needed for leaders to strengthen their leadership management in each agency. This study uses a survey type quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was tested to test the validity, reliability and objectivity of the instrument, using the total item correlation technique which is the basis of the Pearson correlation. From the survey results, seven interval classes were obtained with the highest significant gain in class 4 (32.50%) and the lowest in class 7 (2.50%). The survey instrument includes 4 aspects of implementation, 1) guidance, 2) supervision, 3) assessment, and 4) monitoring. The results of the study indicate that it is very important to carry out education and training in order to improve the quality of leadership management in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The car is one of the most common vehicles used to meet transportation needs around the world. In the development of technology in cars, one of the influencing factors is the body design of the car. When designing a car, there are several aspects that need to be considered, one of which is the drag coefficient. In this study, a car body shape will be designed for further simulation and analysis with the help of the ansys 2020 software. Comutational fluid dynamics can analyze or predict the fluid flow in the car body. The formation process includes Preprocessing, Solving, and Postprocessing. The analysis was carried out on three-dimensional (3D), steady, turbulent flow. The variable is used to analyze the speed of the wind that will be passed by the car body, with a range of 15m/s, 30m/s, and 45m/s.

Abstract

This study aims to narrate or inform the reader about change management. The type of research in this study is expanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research method used is the method of collecting data from various sources on the internet, by combining these sources into one. The data collection technique used is to find the required information. Change is commonplace at any time. Therefore, we need things that can regulate these changes to become more organized and achieve the goals of an organization or company. This is called Change Management. In change, there must be resistance, both individually and in groups within an organization or company. Change management is needed to overcome the resistance that occurs within the organization.
