Abstract

Perencanaan pembelajaran merupakan bagian penting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan di Sekolah. Melalui perencanaan pembelajarn yang baik, guru akan lebih mudah dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan siswa akan lebih mudah terbantu dan mudah dalam belajar. Perencanaan pembelajaran dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa, sekolah, matapelajaran. Standar proses dalam penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak pernah mendapat perhatian oleh karena itu perlu menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan standar proses.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru matematika tentang pemanfaatan perangkat lunak tinkerplots untuk analisis data eksploratif dalam pembelajaran statistika. Peserta pengabdian adalah perwakilan guru-guru matematika dari 15 SMP/ SMA di Gunung Sari, Lombok Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi statistika. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran statistika adalah perangkat lunak tinkerplots. Tinkerplots dapat digunakan untuk analisis data eksploratif dan pemodelan. Hasil pengabdian memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru bagi guru-guru matematika di Gunung Sari, Lombok Barat tentang media yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran statistika.

Abstract

Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) adalah rencana kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka untuk satu pertemuan atau lebih, dimana setiap pendidik berkewajiban menyusun RPP secara lengkap dan sistematis. Kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi guru-guru gugus II Ampenan Utara ini perlu dilakukan karena terdapat permasalahan diantaranya para guru masih belum sepenuhnya bisa menyusun sendiri RPP karena belum memahami sepenuhnya rambu-rambu penyusunan RPP sesuai Permendikbud No. 22 tahun 2016, para guru lebih banyak hanya mencopy-paste RPP yang sudah jadi, para guru masih kesulitan merancang pembelajaran yang mengkondisikan siswa belajar dalam suasana yang menyenangkan, sesuai dengan standar proses yang ditetapkan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah a) Memberikan penjelasan tentang rambu-rambu penyusunan dan pengembangan RPP sesuai Permendikbud No. 22 tahun 2016, b) Memberikan pelatihan tentang cara menyusun dan mengembangkan RPP sesuai Permendikbud No. 22 tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi, serta praktek menyusun RPP. Dari hasil kegiatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang bagaimana rambu-rambu yang tepat dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan RPP secara lengkap dan sistematis serta semakin baik dalam menyusun RPP agar pembelajaran berlangsung secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. The digital era presents not only new opportunities but also complex challenges for educators, particularly for Generation Z. This research aims to explore the roles and challenges faced by Generation Z as educators in the digital age. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, specifically library research. The findings indicate that in the digital era, Generation Z plays a crucial role as educators by leveraging their familiarity with technology to create interactive and relevant learning experiences. They encourage collaboration among students through projects and game elements, as well as linking the material to current issues. However, the challenges they face include a lack of experience in classroom management, difficulties in balancing teaching tasks with administrative duties, and high expectations from parents and schools. To address these challenges, Generation Z utilizes personal experiences and self-directed learning while collaborating with fellow educators. Enhanced training in technology and classroom management is essential to support their effectiveness in fulfilling their roles as educators.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the preliminary analysis on the development of game media and see the student's preliminary response to the developed game-based mathematics learning media that is oriented to the learning outcomes of junior high school students. Several previous research results have shown that game-based learning media can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. The development of learning media is based on the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The respondents in this study were junior high school students totaling 122 people. Students are given a questionnaire related to game development. The questionnaire consists of 5 closed statement questions, with 4 answers on a Likert scale, namely strongly agree, agree, disagree, strongly disagree. The results show that most students agree that game learning media is needed in number topic, game learning media that can be played on mobile phones will make students easier to learn, the display of the game media is attractive, the color combination in the game media is interesting, and the characters in the game media are interesting.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about leadership management and its influence, in order to create in Islamic educational institutions. Leadership has a very strategic and important role in creating good quality education. Therefore, education and training are needed for leaders to strengthen their leadership management in each agency. This study uses a survey type quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was tested to test the validity, reliability and objectivity of the instrument, using the total item correlation technique which is the basis of the Pearson correlation. From the survey results, seven interval classes were obtained with the highest significant gain in class 4 (32.50%) and the lowest in class 7 (2.50%). The survey instrument includes 4 aspects of implementation, 1) guidance, 2) supervision, 3) assessment, and 4) monitoring. The results of the study indicate that it is very important to carry out education and training in order to improve the quality of leadership management in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of school principals and organizational climate on teacher work productivity in elementary schools in Cakranegara District. This research is ex-post facto research, in this research there is no treatment of any variables studied by the researcher. The method used in the research is a quantitative approach with an influence test to explain the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. To determine the influence of the role of the school principal and organizational climate in this research, several factors are considered, including: leadership, atmosphere, incentives, work schedule, organizational structure, technology and materials on the organizational climate in the form of openness of behavior, health, interpersonal influence and humanism.

Abstract

Compensation is a fundamental factor in improving the performance of a teacher or lecturer. In order to create good management, universities must be able to manage well and fairly. Good management will create good human resources, and vice versa. If management is not good, human resources will not function properly. This research aims to find out how monetary funding improves the performance of lecturers at Islamic boarding school-based universities (Studies at the Sibawaihi Mutawalli Jerowaru College of Science). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research results in this study are that funding was funded directly by the foundation management on the recommendation of the chairman of the Sibawaihi Mutawalli Jerowaru Tarbiyah College of Science which was seen based on the lecturers' working hours or workload. Compensation management at the Sibawaihi Mutawalli Jerowaru Islamic Tarbiyah College. Includes planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of school principal leadership and implementation of strategic planning to improving the quality of learning outcomes in Cakranegara District schools. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and staff involved in the learning process. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify main themes related to leadership, strategic planning, and the quality of learning outcomes. The research results show that effective principal leadership, characterized by a clear vision, good management of resources, and the creation of a collaborative atmosphere, has a positive impact on the quality of teaching and student motivation. In addition, the implementation of thorough strategic planning increases the efficiency of resource management, thereby contributing to improving the quality of education. However, budget constraints and external support remain major challenges. This research concludes that synergy between school principals, teachers, parents and government is very important to achieve better quality education on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of deep learning technology in primary school education in Mataram City. Deep learning, as a branch of artificial intelligence (AI), has the potential to enhance learning effectiveness through personalized teaching materials and in-depth data analysis regarding students' development. The study focuses on four primary schools in Mataram City, namely SDN 45 Ampenan, SDN 18 Cakranegara, SDN 24 Cakranegara, and SDN 22 Mataram. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving interviews with teachers and school principals, as well as direct observations of the implementation of deep learning in the learning process. The results show that, although deep learning technology is still applied on a limited scale, its impact on improving the quality of learning, such as increased student motivation, better understanding of the material, and more accurate analysis of student development, is quite significant. However, the implementation of this technology also faces various challenges, particularly related to infrastructure limitations and the need for ongoing teacher training. This study recommends the need for improved infrastructure support and continuous training to maximize the potential of deep learning in primary education.
