Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics at PT. Mahesa Energi Persada Jakarta as a competitive strategy. Given the rampant unfair competition carried out by companies engaged in the solar sector. This type of research uses qualitative research. The type of data used is primary data obtained by observation, interviews and documentation, secondary data is obtained from books and journals. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the implementation of Islamic business ethics by PT. Mahesa Energi Persada by applying the principles of Islamic business ethics including the Principle of Unity, the Principle of Balance, the Principle of Free Will, the Principle of Responsibility and the Principle of Virtue, it can be concluded that PT. Mahesa has applied Islamic business ethics as a competitive advantage. As for suggestions from the author, it is expected that PT. Mahesa Energi Persada istiqamah in applying the principles of Islamic business ethics, increasing the quantity and quality of Human Resources management and the need to increase company capital by finding investors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of the creative economy of Islamic boarding schools through the empowerment of student (santri) entrepreneurship towards the digital era 5.0. This research data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely to analyze qualitative data that is described through words or sentences to obtain a conclusion. The balance in era 5.0 provides graduates with successful and quality human resources (HR). Islamic boarding schools are not only religious-based educational institutions , but can be said as a place to give birth to a generation that has Islamic character and as an economic institution for the welfare of students and the community. Based on the results of the study, to prepare students who have expertise competence and entrepreneurial spirit, Islamic boarding schools take several approaches, including: (1) First, the pesantren curriculum, guidelines for teaching and learning activities in Islamic boarding schools, focusing on developing human resources (santri) through the provision of training, and entrepreneurship education. (2) Second, qualified teachers, Islamic boarding schools prepare teaching staff who have competence, expertise in their fields and experience, so that with the knowledge, skills possessed by teachers, they can encourage enthusiasm and provide direction to students, (3) Third, strategies or learning models that focus on the skill competence of students..

Abstract

The development of Islamic economics in society provides a central and influential role in the new economic order system with business models and innovations that are continuously updated by adjusting conditions without reducing the value of the Islamic economic system. This study aims to analyze the digitalization of Islamic banking in the VUCA era. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the digitalization of Islamic banking must always harmonize with the development of increasingly developing technology and the presence of various kinds of application features that are offered to the public and are easy to use. In addition, digitalization in the VUCA era requires Islamic banks to innovate services in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work processes and improve the quality of user or customer services. In an effort to achieve success in facing digitalization in the VUCA era, Islamic banks pay attention to several pillars, including 1) reducing costs in all operational activities offered, 2) implementing transparency and competitiveness in the face of business changes and 3) providing 24-hour customer service.

Abstract

The research method used in this study is a qualitative research, with the type of research being a literature review of several previous studies. The method of data collection is through secondary data obtained from various scientific works such as journals and articles, as well as books, documentation and the internet. Based on the results of the research that the Islamic economy and the halal industry are sectors that have opportunities, opportunities and contribute to added value to the economy through fulfilling market demand. In supporting the development of the sharia economy, one of the efforts is through strengthening the halal value chain which includes a number of industries related to the needs of halal products and services. The halal industrial ecosystem must be strengthened and developed in order to be able to master the potential of the global market. In addition, efforts to develop a halal value chain in the development of the halal industry start from the input to outcome, especially in facing the era of society 5.0. The strengthening of halal value chain includes several sectors including (1) the food and beverage industry consisting of raw materials, manufactures, retailers, financing, distribution channels and technology. (2) stakeholders , namely (a) government, (b) consumers, (c) industry and (d) investors. Stakeholdersa role as facilitators and catalysts that connect demand and supply in the halal industry..

Abstract

Islamic Boarding Schoolentrepreneurship. This is one of the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate. The method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that entrepreneurship education carried out in Islamic boarding schools was very important to be given to students, this was as a provision of knowledge and skills of students. In practice, Islamic boarding schools seek to improve the abilities of students through empowerment programs. This program is an effort in addition to training and developing children's talents, in entrepreneurship there are also character values ??that can educate students to become students with good character. The implementation of empowerment developed through entrepreneurship is also said to be a strategy in forming an attitude of independence. This attitude is a provision that must be possessed by students when they face the world outside the pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of MSMEs on the income of the community in an Islamic perspective, and also find out how the strategies of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can survive in the Covid-19 pandemic. This study was a field research based on qualitative methods. The results showed that MSMEs in Telukpinang village are able to contribute to the surrounding residents, namely by providing jobs. This clearly gives welfare to the community in general and especially to the owner. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a strategic economic sector and involve the livelihoods of many people, thus affecting the national economy. In the Islamic economic perspectives, UMKM is a legalized economic activity. There is no prohibition as long as the business being carried out does not deviate from the Islamic religion. The sustainability and existence of the MSME business is influenced by two factors, namely internal factors in the form of economic motives while external factors in the form of the economic environment which are usually used as a person's life theme. In addition, during a pandemic like today, business owners must have a strategy so that their business continues and does not suffer too large losses. No exception sharia business owners must also have a strategy so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are able to recover economic shocks during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

TikTok is a platform that is currently popular, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. TikTok media sosial is a place to share varied content, be it videos, songs, dancing, singing and other things that require creativity. This research aims to increase knowledge and skills about the process of buying and selling followers on media sosial TikTok according to Islamic business ethics which is now widely known by the public. The research method used is a qualitative research approach that uses a natural setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various existing methods. The population that will be used as research is sellers and buyers at Fathcloth MSME in Cibolang Village, Bogor Regency. The sample is one MSME owner and three of his employees as sellers followers and 10 buyers, each of whom has an online shop account and a personal account. The instruments used were direct observation and interviews with MSMEs selling followers. The results of this study are that in the implementation of sellers and buyers both know the interests of the followers who will be traded and there are no elements of fraud or against legal sources that already exist in the Koran and Sunnah, from various sources nas-nas The Qur'an and Hadith and the logic of fiqh rules that have been studied, the law of buying and selling followers on TikTok is permissible as long as it is not misused for fraudulent facilities and in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely openness in buying and selling followers on TikTok media sosial in Cibolang Village, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Ecovillage is a village with an environmental culture where the people are able to manage the environment well. Ecovillage as a form of human interaction with the environment to achieve sustainability, with development activities. A village that aims to facilitate the community in managing environmentally friendly waste crushing machines and facilitating the waste management process that does not pollute the environment. With the application of the ecovillage concept, it can be seen that people's behavior in creating a better environment, community cooperation is formed, and there is a sense of care for the environment with the existence of the waste crushing machine/machine. This study aims to examine the ecovillage program as an effort to change people's behavior in environmental preservation according to an Islamic perspective. This study takes an ecovillage case study in Banjarwaru Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the object of this research is the waste crushing machine, the person in charge of the ecovillage, the village staff, the Head of RW 5, and residents around Banjarwaru Village. The primary data collection technique was carried out using purposive sampling through interviews, observation, and field practice. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that environmental conservation studies based on ecovillage have good value in the ecological, economic, and social dimensions of society. Factors that need to be improved may be socialization to the local community so they care more about the condition of the surrounding environment. The ecovillage program held in Banjarwaru Village is good enough to be introduced to a wider audience.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze strategies for improving the MSME economy during the new normal period due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The objects in this study are MSME actors who use business marketing strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from this research show that it is necessary to take quick, precise and real steps from the government or business actors to overcome the losses that have occurred due to the pandemic and to carry out updates and evaluations over the business cycle to explore the conditions that are currently in place so that businesses can continue to survive and grow.

Abstract

Skin crackers are one of the UMKM in Indonesia which are engaged in the food sector. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is very large, even UMKM are the main drivers of the community's economy in meeting their daily needs. With the existence of UMKM, an independent economy is increasingly created by developing. Skin crackers are one of the UMKM in Indonesia which are engaged in the food sector. The number of UMKM in Indonesia is very large, even UMKM are the main drivers of the community's economy in meeting their daily needs. One of the existing UMKM is skin crackers in the Bogor Regency area. The business has been around for a long time and this paper prepares a strategic analysis related to how to develop a business run by a leather cracker business owner at one point, which is in the Bogor Regency area, West Java Province. The method used in designing this scientific paper is to conduct interviews, surveys, observations and identification of the UMKM in question, as well as various information related to the business development strategy of leather cracker UMKM in Bogor Regency. The results of writing this scientific paper conclude that the strategy that needs to be improved from these SMEs is to improve the quality of human resources both knowledge and capability in advancing the business according to the times. Conduct product innovation and product differentiation.
