Abstract

Digital marketing is a combination of all marketing activities carried out through electronic media and the internet. Some of the digital marketing activities include SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and more. Facebook Instagram with the advent of the Internet in the 1990s, digital marketing has become widespread on the internet through marketplaces or social networks such as Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of digital marketing and digital marketing expertise, especially with social media access, to increase sales and profits for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Telukpinang Village. The research approach used consisted of a qualitative method using a triangulation model that combined in-depth interviews and observations with the chairman of the Teluk Pinang village MSME Forum, Bunda Wilis Sugiarti, and several MSME stakeholders in the forum discussing the economic situation of MSME stakeholders after the COVID-19 pandemic and several MSME marketing strategies in Teluk Pinang village: based on the results of the study, one of the challenges experienced by some MSME business actors is Product Marketing. After the implementation of extensive social restrictions (PSBB) and community activity restrictions (PPKM) in 2021 is still ongoing, agents are trying various ways to market their products to keep their business running. Therefore, these MSMEs need to be educated about the importance of using digital marketing to improve their marketing system. Thus, MSMEs can expand the scope of their business objectives and show better sales activity. Digital marketing makes it easy for MSME players to provide information, interact directly with consumers, increase understanding of digital marketing strategies, and increase MSME awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze people's knowledge and skills about digital marketing, especially in social media platforms for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) actors who can increase sales and profits. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The object of this research is the SMEs in Ciherang Pondok Village, Caringin Subdistrict. The results of this study indicate that there are still many factors that hinder the people of Ciherang Pondok Village from using digital marketing. Marketing through online can increase and marketing profits. From the results of the study it was found that only a small proportion actively used social media as a means of promotion, the use of accounts was not separated between personal and shops. This also causes a lack of customer convenience in visiting the store. The reason for this is due to the lack of community guidance regarding the understanding and use of technology, especially in digital marketing techniques. Even though many people show great interest in using social media for shopping, because it is practical in its use, so do sellers who show an interest in using digital marketing but are hampered by their knowledge

Abstract

The opening of opportunities and opportunities for women in various fields and aspects makes it easier for women to increase competitiveness. PC Fatayat NU Bogor City has a big role in the effort to create strong generations of Indonesian women. Women are the hope of the nation as a superior and competitive generation. This research focuses on how to empower women through Fatayat NU which is needed to support professionalism and competitiveness in facing world competition. The design in this study uses a qualitative research type, with data taken through interviews by researchers to key informants regarding related problems and becoming the focus of systematic and in-depth discussion. The results of the study indicate that Fatayat NU has a major and important role in cultural change with the capabilities possessed by the chairman as its leader. The empowerment of women or PC Fatayat NU members in Bogor City is carried out through various activities carried out. Through the role of PC Fatayat NU, Bogor City is expected to produce strong and superior women to answer and face world competition as a form of women's progress

Abstract

Reinforcement learning (RL) models, a practical application drawn upon deep neural networks, are among the models examined in to identify its applicability to solve various problems related to financial areas including stock markets, portfolio management, forex markets, bankruptcy and insolvency, financial crisis, and cryptocurrency. A comprehensive introductory text focusing on financial applications of RL is rare if not difficult to find. This essay is aimed at presenting a short yet concise one-stop-resource that covers: (a) few important basics of RL, (b) types of problems it can address, (c) how it works, (d) its strength and limitations especially when compared to other approaches, (e) scopes within which the use of RL is recommended, and (f) examples of its applications in finance. Getting this writing to be comprehensive and effective in practice is a much more ambitious attempt, but it does highlight what it makes to work in practice. sample/object of research, research instruments, and research results

Abstract

Dengan adanya digitalisasi pada zaman ini, segala aspek dalam kehidupan manusia telah berubah mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, termasuk dengan kegiatan jual-beli dengan dampaknya kepada bisnis UMKM. Dengan itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara mengintegrasikan UMKM dengan digital marketing yang berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, serta mencari relevansi dari kegiatan jual-beli secara konvensional di era digital saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengkaji topik ini adalah dengan melakukan analisis literatur dari fatwa-fatwa DSN-MUI, data statistik UMKM dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jakarta, serta penelitian terdahulu terkait moral hazard dalam kegiatan jual-beli. Adapun metode lain dalam melakukan observasi di Mangga Dua Square dan membandingkannya dengan keadaan sebelum tahun 2019. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam analisis antara lain DSN-MUI sudah membuat fatwa terkait digital marketing pada fatwanya tentang penjualan langsung berjenjang syariah. Kemudian ada penemuan dalam penelitian-penelitian terdahulu bahwa digital marketing masih memiliki potensi dalam melakukan kejahatan dalam kegiatan jual-beli. Data statistik dari industri mikro dan kecil di Jakarta pada rentang tahun 2019 hingga 2021 menunjukkan sebuah pola perkembangan di mana jumlah industri mikro yang menurun di 2020 kembali meningkat di tahun 2021 dengan jumlah melebihi tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan jumlah industri berskala kecil tumbuh stagnan dari 2019 ke 2020, namun menurun di 2021. Dalam data tersebut juga ditemukan pada tahun 2021, pemanfaatan internet dalam pemasaran adalah sebesar 53,7% sehingga dapat diasumsikan digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap unit usaha mikro. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan di Mangga Dua Square menunjukkan sudah sepi pengunjung akibat kurang mampu menghadapi gelombang penggunaan e-commerce.

Abstract

Garbage that accumulates will cause a lot of losses for us, therefore we need Waste Management. If we are able to manage waste properly, we will get a positive impact on the environment and also benefits in the economic aspect. To overcome the problem of waste, it is necessary to make changes that view waste as a resource that has economic value and can be utilized. Which was originally just throwing garbage frivolity place changed to waste management by applying 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). One of the efforts in waste management in a good and right way is to use the Ecobricks concept which is able to reduce the amount of plastic waste that is difficult to decompose. The aim of writing this scientific work is to find out the causes of the accumulation of waste and to find solutions to the accumulation of waste in Banyuwangi Village. This research was conducted using qualitative research. This is because qualitative research methodology is a scientific research that aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of in-depth communication interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon under study. One of the goals of Ecobricksing is to change habits that have not previously been a special concern in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This can be used as an opportunity and make it an alternative solution for the people of banyuwangi village in developing and improving knowledge about plastic waste management and the creativity of local residents in utilizing materials that exist in the surrounding environment that have a positive value in the lives of residents, such as utilizing plastic waste to make it a valuable product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of dodol products by Mrs. Wiwin, a micro-business owner in Caringin Village, Caringin district, can contribute to the growth of the creative economy based on Islamic economic principles. Sharia economics, which is based on Islamic principles, encourages justice, ethics, and sustainability in the economy. This object is interesting to study in the context of the development of the local creative economy. This study uses qualitative research methods that involve in-depth interviews with Ibu Wiwin and members of the local community, participatory observation, and analysis of documents related to Islamic economics. The results showed that dodol products made by Ibu Wiwin have properties that are in accordance with Sharia economic principles such as halal, justice, and sustainability. This study also found that management based on local wisdom and environmental concerns is the main focus in the production process of dodol. The income of the people of Caringin village has increased since Ibu Wiwin implemented the concept of sharia economics in the management of dodol. Community involvement in the production and marketing of dodol has increased local economic participation, which helps to reduce economic disparities. This study emphasizes how important it is to combine the concept of creative economy with the principles of Islamic economics to produce innovative solutions for the sake of local economic growth. This study shows that other micro-business actors can use this method to increase the income and welfare of the community in various places.

Abstract

Islamic economic principles through online business training to SR12 product entrepreneurs in Klapanunggal sub-district, Bogor district. This research was conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The object of this research is SR12 product business actors in Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. With the existence of a business training program through online media, it is hoped that it can 1) help increase people's income in Bantarjati Village, Bogor Regency, because it does not require a lot of capital so it can be accepted by the community at the same time, 2) increase understanding of Islamic economic principles in business, 3) can help Marketing SR12 herbal products is better known to many consumers, and 4) can help develop more attractive and innovative products. Based on research results, business training based on Islamic economic principles is very important to be implemented in various fields, especially SR12 products, especially after Covid-19. Business actors receive online business training by creating a TikTok or using TikTok social media. This training implements the principles of Islamic economics, namely 1) product transactions are permitted based on Islamic law, 2) transactions must be based on benefit and justice, and 3) no usury element. Online business makes it easy for SR12 product entrepreneurs to market products to various regions, therefore it is necessary to understand how to implement online business in accordance with Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

In this era, sellers can take advantage of many technological developments, such as online sales transactions. Business actors need to be reviewed and analyzed in terms of the practice of buying and selling online with the reseller system and the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling online with the reseller system in Indonesia has been implemented properly and correctly. In this study, data was collected through a questionnaire which was distributed to 10 people where the respondents had been involved in the online reseller sales system. The results of the responses to this questionnaire will be collected for observation and analysis in more detail and depth. The results of this study indicate that, of the 10 informants buying and selling online with a reseller system, at least there are still those who have not implemented Islamic business ethics. This can be seen from the explanation of shop operating hours and delivery of goods, responsibility for the products sold and complaints from consumers, and being honest in selling does not display images that are not from the product itself. Business actors must understand, understand and apply Islamic business ethics in order to create a sense of justice and protect consumer rights in buying and selling transactions online. Islamic business ethics includes four aspects, honest and trustworthy, disciplined, responsible and grateful.
