Abstract

This study was made to examine the determinants of online buying behavior (e-commerce). Factors such as perceived benefits and risks, psychological factors, hedonic motivation and website design are factors that influence the online buying cunsumer behavior. The research method was carried out using a quantitative approach, with collecting data using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The respondents used were 100 FEB UPR students in Palangka Raya. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The Result perceived benefits have a significant effect on Online buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The perceived risks that is accepted has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Hedonic motivations has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Psychological factors have a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. Website Design has a significant effect on Online Buying Consumer Behavior is accepted. The variables of perceived benefits, perceived risks, hedonic motivations, psychological factors, and Website design simultaneously have a significant effect on online consumer buying behavior

Abstract

global market, where a variety of businesses and companies are in it. To be able to improve the achievements of every peer, it is necessary to have good human resources and have high potential to be able to increase the productivity results of a company.The purpose of this study was to determine the Impact of Work Period, Work Experience, Work Ability on the Performance of Employees of PT Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Singaraja. The analysis techniques used in this study are the validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis, F-Test and T-Test. The results showed that Work Experience had an effect on Employee Performance at PT Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Singaraja of 0.177 units or 12.8% with a correlation value of 0.609 and the results of hypothesis testing with the T-Test test found that t-count> t-table ( 2,045> 1,687), Work Ability on Employee Performance at PT Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Singaraja has a regression value of 0.319 units or 29.0% with a correlation value of 0.798 and the results of hypothesis testing with the T-Test test found that t-count> t -table (2,563> 1,687), Working Period influences Employee Performance at PT Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Singaraja of 0.367 units or 33.7% with a correlation value of 0.807 and the results of hypothesis testing using the T-Test show that t-count> t-table (2.969> 1.687), with the results of the F-count> F-table, (33.819> 3.25). The results of this study indicate a positive influence of the Working Period, Work Experience, Work Ability on the Performance of Employees of PT Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Singaraja

Abstract

This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the effect of good corporate governance and leverage on profitability in banking companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative research approach. The unit of analysis of this research is banking companies registered as participants of the CGPI program from 2014-2018 with a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using panel data regression analysis, the software used was Eviews 10. The results showed that good corporate governance has no effect on profitability, leverage has a positive effect on profitability and good corporate governance and leverage has a simultaneous effect on profitability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the management of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) in the Pedawa Traditional Village LPD through the Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (KAP) and Cost. Operational Operating Income (BOPO), the sample used in this study is financial reports for 36 months. The research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods. The results of this study explain that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant negative effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (KAP), and Operational Income Operational Costs (BOPO) have a significant effect. positive for Non Performing Loans (NPL)

Abstract

The Influence of Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Palangka Raya Post Office. This study aims to determine the effect of Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and the Work Environment on Employee Performance of the Palangka Raya Post Office. The research method used an explanatory approach with survey techniques, the number of samples in this study were 45 respondents, the sampling technique used the Census technique. Data collection methods used interview techniques, observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies, while the data analysis techniques used in this study were using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis techniques.The results showed that Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Environment had a significant effect on Employee Performance Performance at Palangka Raya Post Office. And the results of the descriptive analysis state that the respondents agree with the indicators proposed

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception and level of consumer buying interest on the quality of Lifebuoy soap products. The variables used are perceptions and consumer buying interest. The number of samples to be used is 100 respondents who are still loyal to using Lifebuoy soap. This research uses qualitative analysis. The result is that consumers' perceptions of the quality of Lifebuoy soap products are good, especially in the variables of performance, features, conformance to specifications, durability, reliability, serviceability, aesthetics and perceived quality. The level of consumer interest in Lifebuoy soap products is also quite large because Lifebuoy soap products can provide the best for consumers who consume them

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of customer interest in deciding to save at PT. BPR Prima Multi Makmur and to find out which factors are the most dominant in determining customer interest in deciding to save at PT. BPR Prima Multi Makmur. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method, namely by analyzing respondents' answers with questionnaires that had been distributed. Then the results of these answers will be grouped based on existing criteria and the results of each statement answer are added up in the form of percentages then analyzed and draw conclusions from the research conducted. The results of the analysis using a Likert scale on thirty questionnaires for respondents' responses that have been distributed, the researchers set the indicator to get an average value of 3.07 in the "Neutral" category
