Abstract

The proximity of Batam City to Singapore and Malaysia makes Singapore and Malaysia very popular tourist destinations for the people of Batam. The increase in the population of Batam creates a greater potential for people to travel abroad. This research intends to determine the factors influencing the intention to revisit neighboring countries such as Singapore and Malaysia. The objects of this research include all residents of Batam who have traveled to Singapore or Malaysia, without being limited by gender, age, occupation, education level, or income level of the respondents. The samples were taken using the purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms to 170 respondents. Data in this research was collected for the last year before the research was conducted, from 2022 to 2023. The collected data was then processed using SPSS software. In this research, it was found that destination image, service quality, price, and experience significantly influence the revisit intention. At the same time, perceived satisfaction does not have a significant influence and is different from the initial hypothesis of the test.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a person's ability to create jobs by combining creative and innovative sides that are useful for society. Cheese Roll is a type of roll cake or bread filled with cheese. The food business is one business that is said to never “die” because everyone is always looking for it to meet their needs. In this day and age, there are many opportunities to set up businesses, both individuals and franchises, especially food businesses, which are quite easy for prospective business people who have a culinary hobby to do. This can be seen from the various types of food, from main dishes to snacks, and the prices vary from cheap to expensive. Business owners who are interested in opening a business in the form of snacks are businesses in the food sector that offer the latest innovations in the types of snacks commonly known as desserts. This effort began with the course in the Economics study program with the idea of ??introducing students and the public to real-world business practices. This business offers other commonly found dishes and flavors of desserts.

Abstract

Personal branding is used by make up artists to achieve their success carrier. The strategy uses the characteristics of personal branding and impression management as an effort made interestingly by way of a variety of creative content that shows their expertise all about make up and personalities. Instagram was chosen as the best media to display photos, videos and other features that support each of their content posts. Research on personal branding make up artist via instagram uses a qualitative research method of the constructivism paradigm and a case study approach that describes clearly and in detail and obtains in-depth data from the case under research. Data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation and literature. while the data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, and data validity using triangulation. The results of this research are the personal branding strategy used by make up artists, there are elements of personal branding and impression management that exist in their creative content, in fact those elements are only partially used, the results have not been maximized. An interesting finding from researchers is that the use of instagram only functions as a digital portfolio, unconsciously that the most effective marketing technique is word of mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the ability to pay customers on rainbow tours from the ticket prices and facilities provided by the tour, and find out how the willingness to pay customers on rainbow tours from the tickets and facilities provided by the tour. The method used by researchers is descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, literature study and distributing 100 questionnaires to rainbow tourism customers. The analytical tools used in this study are Ability to Pay and Willingnes To Pay. The results of the analysis show that the customer's Ability to Pay is greater than Willingnes To Pay (willingness to pay) because customers feel dissatisfied with the facilities provided by Pelangi Tours in Timika City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Potential Added Value of Waste Management of CV Makmur Timika's Sago Factory. The research method used in this research is exploratory method. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical instrument used is the analysis of the cost of production. The results of this study indicate that the cost of production for briquettes is IDR. 10,654/kg and an added value of IDR. 267,200, while the cost of production for animal feed is IDR. 13,915/kg and an added value of IDR. 54,250.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction at mulo coffee shops, the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at mulo coffee shops and the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at mulo coffee shops through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were mulo coffee shop consumers with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Path analysis technique. The results showed that the marketing mix (product, promotion, price and place) had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the mulo coffee shop, namely the price variable with a value of tcount (3.033) ? ttable (1.985). The marketing mix (product, promotion, price and place) that has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Mulo coffee shop is the price variable with a tcount of (3.093) ? ttable (1.986). None of the four marketing mixes has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction at the mulo coffee shop.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and the work environment on the morale of employees at PT. Healthy Irian Jaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method, a descriptive research method, namely a research method that describes systematically, factually and accurately about facts, the nature of certain populations or tries to describe phenomena in detail. In this study the techniques used were interviews, case studies and observation. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment have a significant influence on morale. The conclusion based on the results of the study shows that companies can pay attention to the factors that affect employee morale, namely compensation and work environment factors so that employees feel comfortable at work to achieve the company's goal of increasing daily turnover.

Abstract

The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this study is secondary data, in the form of financial report data (balance sheet and income statement) related to the variables in this study. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover has a significant negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, accounts receivable turnover has a non-significant negative effect on profitability. The results of the study simultaneously show that cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover have a positive and significant effect of 12.9% on profitability and the remaining 87.1% are influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Demographic Segmentation Analysis of Credit Taking Customers at the Koppontren Annisa Savings and Loans Cooperative. To Group Customers. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method, namely a research method that describes a situation or event of a phenomenon. In this study, the data collection method used was documentation, interviews, questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is grouping analysis which is often known as cluster analysis. The results of this study indicate that customer demographic segmentation is divided into 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 based on age and income variables, cluster 2 based on gender variables and cluster 3 based on the last education variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on Grab consumer satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The population in this study is all consumers who use the Grab application, namely 100 for 3 months. The sample in this study is all users of the Grab application for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University Class of 2018. Overall this research shows that the respondents' assessment of this research variable, namely Service Quality (X), is generally good. This is indicated by the many agreeing responses from respondents to the research variable, namely the independent variable Grab service quality on consumer satisfaction in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on Grab consumer satisfaction in 100 respondents at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University.
