Abstract

Marketing strategy is a process that is able to deliver the organization/company to a large market opportunity to increase sales and achieve the expected advantage. Marketing strategy is also an important tool so that companies are able to win the competition and be able to survive, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is not just a health catastrophe, it has caused economic chaos. The object of this research is UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of stationery products carried out by UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what is the most appropriate strategy to increase sales of stationery products at UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company's marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan has implemented a product, price, place and promotion marketing mix strategy before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the IFAS matrix score is 3.37, this indicates that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan is in a strong internal position and the EFAS matrix score is 3.38, this shows that UD.H. Muslan Pulungan responds to opportunities very well and tries to avoid the threats that come. The right marketing strategy to increase sales of stationery products on the Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in quadrant I, which is to support an aggressive strategy. This position is very profitable for UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Where the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is to take advantage of technological developments to provide complete and up-to-date products, maintain good relations with customers, and design stores as attractive as possible by utilizing technological developments to be able to attract customers.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation mechanism of the CSR program of PT. Agincourt Resources in improving the welfare of the Kec. Batang Toru, and to find out the impact of implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program carried out by PT. Agincourt Resources Kec. Batang Toru in improving people's welfare in the fields of economy, health, and education is reviewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics which leads to the conclusion whether the implementation of the CSR program has been successfully implemented in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Economics and whether the CSR program can improve the welfare of the community or not. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that in general, PT. Agincourt Resources has succeeded in implementing the CSR program in accordance with the study of the Islamic Economic perspective and is considered to have been able to improve the welfare of the community, this can be seen from the company's Annual Report and Sustainability Report which always reports on the results of every community activity program as well as from several interviews with CSR program recipients. Nevertheless, the company is expected to continuously improve its CSR programs in order to be able to provide the widest possible benefits and be able to create a prosperous and independent community, especially in the Kec. Batang Toru.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is belief in the organization and plays a role in realizing organizational goals and has a desire to continue to be in the organization, performance is the result of work done by someone in his business. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression. Based on simple linear regression equation analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that there is an influence between organizational commitment (X) and employee performance (Y), this is proven by a simple linear test which shows that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance in the Secretariat office. From the t-test, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, the f-test also shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Secretariat office. And the result of the determinant coefficient explains that 30.8% of employee performance is influenced by indicators of organizational commitment.

Abstract

controls that help assess the possible outcomes of various activities and actions that can be followed up. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the internal control system on cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Raja Marga. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the internal control system applied to PT. Raja Marga has been running well in accordance with the elements of COSO's internal control which can be seen from the organizational structure of PT. Raja Marga in the division of authority and functional responsibilities has been carried out according to their respective duties. The conclusion that can be drawn is that PT. Raja Marga has carried out internal control properly in accordance with COSO elements. Companies must maintain this so that internal control of cash receipts and disbursements continues to run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of employee perceptions of CSR on the organizational commitment of PT Raja Marga. The type of method used is quantitative through data collection using a total sampling technique, namely taking data from the entire population of 98 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire research instrument (questionnaire) with a Likert scale and data analysis through simple regression analysis with SPSS program tools. The results of the analysis show that partially there is a significant influence on employee perceptions of CSRto organizational commitment at PT. Raja Marga by looking at the significance value (sig) is smaller than the probability, namely sig = 0.001 <0.05 and the t value count is greater than t table, tcount 4.754 > ttable 1.987. Coefficient value = 0.191 or 19.1%. This shows that employees' perception of CSR is one of the factors that influence organizational commitment

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Meidy Fashion Store's marketing strategy in maintaining business during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Meidy Fashion Store marketing strategy in maintaining business during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that presents an analysis of the Meidy Fashion Store marketing strategy in maintaining business during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out by the Meidy Fashion Store was through a product strategy, namely making product innovations by selling clothes that were needed at this time. The pricing strategy is to give discounts. The place strategy is switching to online sales and promotion strategies by utilizing social media. The inhibiting factors for Meidy Fashion's marketing strategy are the presence of competitors who sell the same product but at a price far below this store's product, the scarcity and increase in the price of raw materials from producers, market closing policies, and the information provided is not conveyed properly to customers. The supporting factors for Meidy Fashion's marketing strategy are by always maintaining the characteristics and quality of the products sold to customers, providing promos in the form of price discounts, and evaluating published advertisements so that information is conveyed properly to customers.

Abstract

Increasingly competitive business competition requires small businesses to have a competitive advantage. The competitive advantage of SMEs can be achieved by developing products so that they are unique. Like the business of Rayna Juice as one of the SMEs that have competitors located on Tuasan street 65 Sidorejo Hilir subdistrict Medan Tembung district North Sumatera, which is still standing today. The purpose of this research is to implement the strategy used by Rayna Juice bussines Tuasan street 65 Sidorejo Hilir subdistrict, Medan Tembung district, North Sumatra. This researc uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Primary data collection techniques through observation, interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from literature study and documentation. To analyze the data, the SWOT analysis method (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats) was used, namely by identifying internal and external factors, using the IFAS & EFAS table and the SWOT matrix. Based on the internal and external analysis and diagram of the SWOT matrix (Strenghth, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) conducted by researchers, rayna’s juice was in favor of the aggressive (quadrant 1).Whereas rayna juice has a force of 2,36 greater than 0,43 weaknessses and the opportunity of 2,65are greater than the threat of 0,45.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze financial ratios in measuring financial performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Analysis of the company's financial statements can be used as a reference for assessing the company's financial condition. With the analysis, it can be an indicator of a company to make the right decisions so that the company's performance will be better in the future. The instrument for assessing the good or bad condition of the company's finances is ratio analysis. Financial ratios have various types, namely liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) based on financial ratio analysis. The analytical method used is quantitative method and descriptive analysis . The data and information in this research use secondary information obtained through the company's official website in the form of a financial statement document of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) using the measurement of liquidity ratios (quick ratio, current ratio, and cash ratio) as well as one of the ratios, namely profitability (return on assets). , NPM, GPM, and ROE). Based on the liquidity ratio , namely the current ratio can not be said to be good , while the cash ratio analysis shows an increase over the last 3 years so that the condition of the company is categorized in good condition . Meanwhile, based on the profitability ratio, it describes the decline and instability so that it has not yet reached the industry standard that has been set.

Abstract

The government in regulating and controlling budget funds must of course look at budget performance which aims to assess and measure the amount of budget realization contained in the financial statements. The Central Statistics Agency of West Aceh is an analysis unit in this study and the 2018-2021 budget realization report is the observation unit. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods that are processed using shopping performance analysis tools including shopping variance analysis, growth analysis, shopping harmony analysis, and shopping efficiency ratio. The results of his research are (1) When viewed from the Variance of Spending from 2018 to 2021, the Central Statistics Agency of West Aceh Regency has made good budget savings and the realization of its budget has never exceeded the budget given; (2) Budget performance in terms of the results of the expenditure growth ratio at bps in West Aceh is not good because the results of the analysis from 2018-2021 showed negative results; (3) In view of the analysis of spending harmony at the Central Statistics Agency of West Aceh Regency during the 2018-2021 fiscal year, the largest use of the expenditure budget is allocated to operating expenditures; (4) Judging from the expenditure efficiency ratio at the Central Statistics Agency of West Aceh Regency during the 2018-2021 fiscal year, it is included in the efficient criteria.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the application of the swot blue ocean strategy method at PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk. Meulaboh Branch. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that tries to find out what types and models of strategies are used by Mandala Multifinance in an effort to increase the company's sales. This type of data collection technique is carried out by means of observation and interviews. From this research, we find out what types and models of strategies are being used by Mandala Multifinance to increase sales of its products. The analysis is carried out using four-step work such as the elimination process, so there are no factors that need to be eliminated. For the step of reducing it is also concluded that there are no factors that need to be reduced. For steps to improve, the company needs to increase product innovation and promotion. For the step of creating, the company needs to create several factors such as accepting design suggestions from customers and being able to provide unique forms of service as well as creating new types of multi-finance products that are in great demand by customers.
