Technostress is defined as the stress experienced by individuals due to their use of information systems and represents a phenomenon that examines how and why the use of information systems causes individuals to experience various demands that they find stressful. This research develops a framework for looking at the technostress experienced by individual civil servants at the Nagan Raya District Social Service. This research first reviews and critically analyzes the current state of research on technostress reported in journals from management disciplines studying stress in organizations (eg, organizational behavior and psychological stress). This study outlines 3 key ideas embodied in the existing technostress literature. First, it develops the argument that technostress can lead to positive outcomes such as greater effectiveness and innovation in the workplace. These two things show that instead of limiting the role of information systems technology to being a stressor in the technostress phenomenon this should be expanded to increase the positive effects and reduce the negative effects of technostress through proper design. These three matters lay the groundwork to guide future research in technostress through an interdisciplinary framework that enriches the human resources perspective of the psychological stress literature through discourse on potential disciplinary exchanges.

This article aims to discuss the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat. PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat is a state-owned enterprise business that is engaged in sending packages, documents and goods to various areas of West Aceh. In carrying out its activities, employee performance needs to be improved in order to increase the consistency of the company so that it can evaluate and change in an increasingly advanced era. The purpose of this study intends to determine and determine the influence of environmental factors and work motivation obtained by employees on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questions) to employees and then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests through the SPSS version 25 tool. The results showed that environmental variables and work motivation at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat were able to have a positive impact and had an impact significantly to employee performance by 87.2%.

PT. POS Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise that serves delivery of goods, packages and documents. Pos Indonesia can be accessed in all regions of Indonesia. People, groups or organizations that buy, receive, consume or use the goods or services offered are referred to as customers. This study aims to determine customer satisfaction and service quality at Pt.Pos Indonesia Cab.Meulaboh. Technique: customers are given a questionnaire to fill out, and data is analyzed using SPSS version 25, multiple linear regression test. The study findings show that services at Pt. Pos Indonesia Cab. Meulaboh high quality. The contribution of 97.3% to customer satisfaction shows that this will be very good.

Performance appraisal is something that is no doubt very necessary and in some theories it turns out to have close connectivity with motivation. In the conventional performance appraisal process, civil servants often feel that their performance is not being paid attention to and this will certainly reduce their level of ability to compete and excel. This study aims to see how attached the performance appraisal process is to the motivation of civil servants in maintaining their performance and theoretically form a new horizon regarding the performance appraisal process itself. This research is located at the Regional Secretariat office of Southwest Aceh District and was conducted for 3 weeks in October and November 2022. This research involved 84 respondents, all of whom were civil servants. The results of the study show that performance appraisal is necessary to increase work motivation

This article aims to discuss the effect of the inflation rate and the price of gold on rahn financing at Pt Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the world faced a period of economic inflation and rising gold prices. The economic downturn has forced a number of lending institutions to provide opportunities for business actors to obtain capital loans. PT Pegadaian Syariah which offers loans through Rahn financing. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the inflation rate and the price of gold on Rahn's financing at PT Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie. The sample consists of 30 people. The data collection technique was a questionnaire and the data was analyzed using statistical formulas through the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that partially the inflation rate has no effect on Ranh's financing at the Sariah Blangpidie Pawnshop and the gold price has a significant effect on Rahn's financing. Meanwhile, the inflation rate and gold price simultaneously have a significant effect on Rahn's payment at PT Pegadaian Syariah Blangpidie

This article aims to discuss the use of information technology in carrying out its duties and functions. The role of technology is needed in various companies, seeing that every company activity cannot be carried out quickly without technology. To overcome this problem, the West Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency needs to implement a web-based information system for submitting civil service pensions. The results of the evaluation show that employees applying for retirement at the West Aceh District BKPSDM no longer need to go to BKN Banda Aceh to apply for a pension, they only need to complete the requirements requested online. This information system is made by BKN people, while BKPSDM is only a user, and this pension application is divided into two, namely Document Digital and SKPK. With the application of web-based retirement applications, it is very helpful for those in charge of Procurement, Termination and ASN Information because it makes it easier. Then it also makes it easier for employees who apply for retirement because it will speed up the retirement process so that it will produce the right information, whenever and wherever it is up to date.

This article aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in PT. New World Meulaboh. Service quality is a major basis for determining the level of customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Dunia Barusa Meulaboh workshop. This study uses simple linear regression using primary and secondary data. This sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The results of this study show that the simple linear regression equation shows that service quality affects the level of customer satisfaction at PT.Dunia Barusa Meulaboh Workshop. Therefore, companies need to continue to strive to improve service quality so that customers are more satisfied.

This article aims to discuss the influence of the inflation rate on lending at PT Pegadaian Syariah Meulaboh Branch. PT. Pegadaian Syariah is committed to providing the best and most useful service for every customer which is manifested through the professional attitude and response of the company and its range of staff in serving customers. Pegadaian also guarantees the quality of service to every customer in a swift, responsive and reliable manner. Through various services, PT. Pegadaian Syariah helps consumers guarantee the quality and safety of their product risks and reduces and fulfills consumer expectations. Inflation is a scourge for many credit service providers to continue distributing their facilities. In this study, the purpose of the study was to see how far the credit service policy still applies to PT. Pegadaian Syariah even though inflation continues. This research took place at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Meulaboh Branch with 113 research samples and the results obtained were that PT. Pegadaian Syariah continues to process financial credit even though inflation occurs even under severe conditions.

This article aims to determine the effect of the use of electronic e-archives on the productivity of the employees of the West Aceh District Secretariat. Electronic archives can reduce the level of paper usage and also reduce the risk of leakage of confidential office documents. With the implementation of the use of electronic e-files, it can be a factor driving the productivity of working employees. There are a lot of documents managed by the West Aceh Secretariat Office or more precisely in the general section every day such as staff reviews, absences, incoming letters, outgoing letters or other documents that require good archive management so that they can be arranged neatly, even though they still use the e-system. -electronic archives continue to experience problems such as a network that is not smooth in the general section of the West Aceh Regional Secretariat. This type of research is associative using primary data sources from secondary data. The sample in this study were 62 employees using the slovin formula. The sampling technique of this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between the use of electronic e-archives on employee productivity, with a significant value of 0.000. Therefore it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis statement (Ha) from the use of electronic e-archives has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the Regional Secretariat of West Aceh Regency, is accepted.

This article aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work discipline on the performance of West Aceh Secretariat employees. Each employee certainly has different individual characteristics for each employee and requires optimal work discipline, in order to achieve better employee performance. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used was simple or random sampling by determining the number of other samples using the Oto Slovin formula and a total sample of 62 infected employees. Source of data obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression). The results of this study indicate that 1) there is an effect of individual characteristics on employee performance, 2) there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance, 3) simultaneously individual characteristics of work discipline standards influence employee performance in West Aceh Region. Secretariat. employees with Fcount (94.189) greater than Ftable (3.156) with a significant value of 0.000.
