Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the influence of leadership style and communication climate on work motivation in the Indragiri Hilir District Health Office. The unit of analysis in this study was employees at the Indragiri Hilir District Health Office. The population in this study were all employees as many as 60 people. The sampling technique is total sampling, i.e. taking samples from the population for the purposes of research. The data to be analyzed in the study were obtained from research subjects which could be collected using the questionnaire and documentation method. Data processing procedures in this study were done by scoring answers to the questionnaire, Recapitulation of values, Descriptive analysis, and summing the values of each variable. The results of the study and data analysis explained that the leadership style and the communication climate had a significant influence on the work motivation of Indragiri Hilir District Health Office employees. The coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.572 which means that 57.2% of employee work motivation can be explained by the leadership style and communication climate, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee work goals and work behavior on employee job satisfaction in the Inspectorate of Indragiri Hilir Regency. he unit of analysis in this study is the Inspectorate employee of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Inspectorate of Indragiri Hilir Regency as many as 52 people. The sampling technique is total sampling, which is taking a sample from the population. Results of the study and data analysis explained that 1) Partially the work objectives of employees had a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Partially work behavior has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Simultaneously employee work goals and work behavior significantly influence job satisfaction. The influence of employee work goals and work behavior on job satisfaction in the Inspectorate of Indragiri Hilir Regency by 57%. While the remaining 43% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the organizational climate and compensation for its effect on job satisfaction of civil servants in the Kateman sub-district office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The number of samples is 40 respondents. The results showed that the organizational climate had a partial effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the influence of organizational climate and compensation on employee job satisfaction by 85%, while the remaining 15% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of quality of administrative services for BPJS card holders in the General Hospital of Karimun District. The results of the study based on the quality dimension consisting of: Tangibles (direct evidence), patients stated that the officers in providing services were quite good with neat and polite clothing. Physical facilities such as waiting rooms are quite comfortable, queues are very organized, thus speeding up the service process. Reliability is quite good ie the patient is easy and the administration process is not complicated. Responsiveness (responsiveness) of employees to criticism and patient complaints, responded properly and immediately followed up. Besides that, employees are present at the service office on time, so that if there are patients who come directly served well. Assurance (discipline) is discipline, courtesy and friendliness of employees is quite good as evidenced by the patients who come welcomed by the employees to ask things they can help. Empathy of employees which includes attention to patients who come to the administration for patients BPJS card holders ask the needs of patients and provide explanations that are easily understood by the community at large.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of employees at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. The focus of his research is based on job analysis and workload analysis. From the results of research conducted showed that the needs of employees at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency Indragiri Hilir Regency have been met. This is based on the job analysis and workload analysis, where the level of competency suitability to the apparatus position is in accordance with the requirements in the job analysis, in addition to the workload and number of employees at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency Indragiri Hilir Regency it is quite balanced, and for the time being there is no need for additional employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Community Participation in Development in Khairiah Mandah Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results showed that community participation in development generally colored the community to participate in development. If the participation is ideally classified, there are four aspects which are the ideal form of community participation in the Khairiah Mandah Kelurahan Indragiri Hilir Regency in development, namely participation in the form of ideas / thoughts (non-physical), money (funds), material (goods), and direct participation (energy / physical). Channeling ideas and contributing ideas can be channeled through existing formal institutions. Participation in the form of money donations is the participation of community members who voluntarily contribute money for development. Participation in the form of goods is carried out directly which is used for physical development. Participation in the form of personnel referred to here is how the community is involved directly or physically in the implementation of development. This is due to differences in abilities, differences between community members with one another.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the training and work environment its effect on job satisfaction in the Kota Baru Health Center, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir District. This research approach is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The number of samples were 60 respondents, all employees of the Kota Baru Public Health Center, Keritang Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency were made respondents in the study. Results showed that the training had a partial effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a partial effect on job satisfaction. The F test results of training and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the effect of training and work environment on job satisfaction by 71%, while the remaining 29% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership of the sub-district head and the discipline of the employee's influence on the performance of the employees of the Pulau Burung sub-district, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The results showed that for the subdistrict leadership variable obtained a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore the sub-district leadership has a partial effect on employee performance. Employee discipline of the significance level of 0,000 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. Therefore employee discipline has a partial effect on employee performance. F test results obtained a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. This means that the sub-district leadership and employee discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the influence of sub-district leadership and employee discipline variables on employee performance by 52%, while the remaining 48% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that influence patients in the use of outpatient care at UPT Puskesmas Concong Luar. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The number of samples is 100 respondents. In this study the independent variables are Facilities, Doctor Services, Nurse Services or Midwives, Affordability of service costs, Ease of information and dependent variable utilization of outpatient services. The results showed that the facilities partially influenced outpatient utilization. Doctor services have a partial effect on the use of ambulatory care. Nurse services have a partial effect on the use of ambulatory care. Service costs do not affect the utilization of outpatient care. Ease of information affects the use of ambulatory care. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that the influence of Facility, Doctor Service, Nurse or Midwife Services, Affordability of service costs, Ease of information on outpatient utilization by 63.2%, while the remaining 36.8% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variables.

Abstract

The research objectives are to describe (1) the stages of implementing the Online New Student Admission Service (PPDB) for the Elementary School Level for the 2019/2020 Academic Year at the Gresik Regency Education Office; (2) Parents' Understanding of Online New Student Admission Services (PPDB) at Elementary School Level; (3) Utilization of Online New Student Admission Services (PPDB) at Elementary School Level by the Community. This research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the Online New Student Admission Service (PPDB) for the Elementary School Level for the 2019/2020 Academic Year at the Gresik Regency Education Office has been running well, in accordance with applicable rules and policies. In this Online New Student Admission Service Activity (PPDB), the local government's organizational culture is seen in the implementation stages, starting from the stipulation of the Activity Implementation Committee Decree, technical guidelines to the socialization of technical guidelines. The PPDB Online Technical Guidelines for the 2019/2020 Academic Year that have been set, are socialized to the public. With the aim that the public is better known and understands the policy, there are no obstacles when implementing PPDB Online. The PPDB Online system uses web-based technology so that it is easily accessible and transparent.
