Abstract

Abstrak. Pada makalah ini dikaji persamaan Schrodinger nonlinier diskrit nonlokal(SNLD-N) yang menginterpolasi persamaan SNLD kubik nonlokal dan persamaan SNLDAblowitz-Ladik nonlokal. Salah satu hal yang menarik dari persamaan ini adalah eksis-tensi solusi soliton yang dimilikinya. Solusi soliton pada persamaan SNLD-N ditentukandengan menggunakan metode aproksimasi variasional (AV). Solusi AV yang diperoleh se-lanjutnya dibandingkan dengan solusi numerik. Hasil-hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkanbahwa solusi AV valid dan mempunyai kesesuain yang baik dengan solusi numerik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the performance of Bolaang Mongondow Regency KPU in applying Bupati and Vice Regent election of 2017 in order to get an overview on the performance of Bolaang Mongondow Regency KPU in implementing the election of Regent and Vice Regent Year 2017. This research uses input-output analysis approach. The input of this thesis is the result of the implementation of the stages of Regent and Vice Regent Election of 2017 conducted by Bolaang Mongondow District Election Commission. Output is the result of voting election of Regent and Vice Regent of Bolaang Mongondow Regency Year 2017. The result of research shows that the evaluation result of Bolaang Mongondow election in 2017 has been well implemented, and the voter procession is seen from the number of voters who attended reached 72% of the list of permanent voters (DPT). Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the environment, education and discipline on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. By using cross tabulation data which was analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools, it can be seen that the R value above 50% is equal to 95.7%. The value of simultaneous determination (R square) is 0.916, which means that variations in work environment, education and discipline on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office in Indragiri Hilir Regency changed 91.6% while the remaining 8.4% were produced by other variables that were not approved. In this study it can be seen that the variables of environmental motivation, education and discipline of participation together (simultaneous) on the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency produce Fcount values ÔÇïÔÇïof 112.359 and Ftables of 2.911. By using the t test, it can be seen all the independent variables of work environment, education and discipline related to the performance of employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency, while education is the most dominant variable compared to the employees of the Pelangiran Sub-District Office in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to study and implement education strengthening policies at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School, Taman, Sidoarjo, East Java. This study uses qualitative-descriptive methods with direct interviews, secondary data analysis, and field monitoring, which are crucially influencing the course of the implementation of policies based on Mazmanian and Sabatier theories. The results showed the problem character variables, the implementation of character education represented a problem that was quite difficult to implement. However, due to the importance of character education, this policy was implemented by SD Muhammadiyah 1 Park optimally. In the characteristic variable of policy, education policy is a government policy that is quite clear and has been approved by the applicable regulations, so it is very relevant to be implemented in Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School. While in the variable environment, the support of character education received very positive support from the community, making it very easy for Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Elementary School in implementing this policy. Obstacles in the implementation of character strengthening at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Park include family awareness, environmental factors, educator resources as an implementer of this character education strengthening program. Abstract

This study discusses to discuss the academic administration system, obstacles that occur in the academic administration system and efforts to overcome the academic administration system constraints at the Islamic University of Jember. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used in this study are: interviews, document studies and observations. The results of research on the implementation of the academic administration system at the Jember Islamic University show: (1) planning has not been formally carried out at the time of the implementation, (2) coordination has not been carried out programmatically among others, working less harmoniously, (3) monitoring and not carried out programmatically. The main obstacle in the academic administration system at the Islamic University of Jember is the lack of proper coordination and evaluation in every activity.Keywords: academic administration system, Islamic University of Jember

Abstract

This study studies the description and effect of both the discipline and leadership of school principals on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Balung. Furthermore, to find out the disciplinary and leadership variables of school principals, the dominant influence on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative analysis, with 32 teachers as respondents. The results showed the presence or absence of headmaster's leadership on the performance of the teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. Simultaneously the variable of discipline and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers of SMAN 1 Balung, Jember Regency. The dominant variable is the principal's leadership variable, because it has a t-test greater than the t-count of the disciplinary variable.Keywords: discipline, principal's leadership, teacher's performance

Abstract

The purpose of the BLU (Public Service Agency) is to improve services to the community in order to advance general welfare by providing flexibility in financial management based on economic and productivity principles, and the application of sound business practices. Improving service performance is one of the main requirements for changing the status of government institutions to BLU. Research to describe the evaluation of Public Service Agency Governance Patterns at Sumberglagah Mojokerto Leprosy Hospital. The social, political and economic conditions have been considered by the hospital as a Regional Public Service Agency at the time of the hospital's business plan development for development plan policies. Implementer disposition has been implemented well. So the implementation of Public Service Agency Governance Pattern in Sumber Lepah Leprosy Hospital has been implemented optimally. Even though the hospital has implemented it as a Regional Public Service Agency, it still needs subsidies from the local and central government to meet budgetary needs. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of career development, career commitment and internal control on the performance of public services partially or simultaneously at Puri Husada Tembilahan District Hospital. The study population included all employees of Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional Hospital totaling 218 people, taken as many as 141 employees. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially career development, career commitment and internal control significantly influence the performance of public services. Career Development is the dominant variable influencing the performance of public services at RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. Simultaneously career development, career commitment and internal control significantly influence the performance of public services. Organizational goals will be easily achieved if the organization can develop career and career commitments for employees and improve internal control so as to improve the performance of public services. Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of service in the Mandah District Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative researched only one variable about the quality of service. The results of the study are based on the quality dimension which consists of: Tangibles, the community states that the officers in providing services are quite good with neatly dressed and polite. Physical facilities such as waiting rooms are quite comfortable, queues are very organized, thus speeding up the service process. Reliability is quite good, that is, the community is easy and the process of arranging services is not complicated. Responsiveness of employees to criticism and complaints of the community, responded well and immediately followed up. Besides that, employees are present at the service office on time, so that if there are people who come directly served well. Assurance is discipline, courtesy and friendliness of employees is quite good as evidenced by the service users who come welcomed by employees to ask things they can help. Empathy of employees who include attention to the community who come to the public service unit asked their needs and provide explanations that are easily understood by the community at large.
