Abstract

The development of strategies and approaches in the fiqh learning process in madrasas aliyah through a contextual approach is expected to create an active learning process that fosters student enthusiasm and interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, management and evaluation of the implementation of fiqh learning by Islamic Religious Education Teacher by using a contextual approach in Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Jatuh. Descriptive method with a qualitative approach is used through observation and interview techniques to fiqh teachers. The results showed that learning planning has been carried out with good preparation, including by formulating a complete component: objectives, materials, strategies, methods, techniques, tactics, syllabus development and learning preparation; The management of learning has been carried out in accordance with the implementation of contextual approaches, namely through the stages of constructivism; Inquiry, Questioning, Learning Community, Modeling, Reflection, and Authentic Assessment; The evaluation of learning uses classroom-based assessment. This is in accordance with the demands of implementing the curriculum 2013.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the scientific implementation in fiqh learning for students' activeness and understanding, obstacles and solutions at MIN 21 Hulu Sungai Tengah. The implementation of this research applies a descriptive type using qualitative methods. The data obtained with qualitative techniques are the results of observations and interviews. Based on the data that has been found, this study will review the implementation of fiqh learning by implementing scientific activities for students' activeness and understanding which are already going quite well, where the teacher applies let's observe, ask, try, collect problems, associate, and communicate. Through the application of this scientific approach it can be concluded that it can influence the development of students' skills including critical thinking, skilled in communicating, and skilled in collaboration and investigation. Obstacles were found in the scientific implementation of this learning process in the form of a lack of interest and asking students and the lack of utilization of existing facilities and infrastructure. The solution that can be done by the school is to seek educators to take part in training and teachers insert the use of learning media in certain materials.

Abstract

The learning carried out by good Islamic religious education teachers is expected to support a better Islamic religious education learning process. This statement can be formulated as the focus of this research, which is about learning Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Jaro, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning of Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Jaro, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. This research is a field research. The subjects in this study were 1 Islamic religious education teacher and students at SMAN 1 Jaro, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The object of this research is learning Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Jaro, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data display, and data verification. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning of Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Jaro, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency is going well.

Abstract

Management of facilities and infrastructure is an activity of managing facilities and infrastructure carried out by schools in an effort to support all activities, both learning activities and other activities so that all activities run smoothly and with the aim of using and maintaining facilities and infrastructure effectively and efficiently and always in ready condition. wear when required by all school personnel. This study aims to describe the results of research regarding: 1) planning of facilities and infrastructure; 2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure; 3) Maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Awayan. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach research method. The subjects of this study were the school principal, school treasurer and deputy for school facilities and infrastructure. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, document study. Test the validity of the data with method triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the research results show the following; First, the planning of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Awayan does not always take into account the existing needs. Schools do not always see the needs that exist. In the two stages of procurement, in this stage SMAN 1 Awayan always adjusts to the plans that have been prepared. The three stages of maintaining facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 1 Awayan are checking the existing facilities and infrastructure, to see the condition and condition of the facilities and infrastructure that they feel need to be repaired.

Abstract

Principal leadership is a person's ability in the process of influencing, guiding, encouraging, moving and directing others in terms of learning and can run effectively. Work motivation is something that creates enthusiasm or encouragement to work. Teacher performance is also a factor that determines the quality or not of a school institution. From the explanation above, the author writes the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of transformational leadership of school principals and work motivation on teacher performance in religion-based schools at SMAN 2 Halong. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher performance in a religion-based school at SMAN 2 Halong. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The purpose of quantitative research is to develop and use mathematical models, theories and hypotheses related to natural phenomena. As for the population in this study, all teachers were used, and the sample used in this study was a saturated sample, namely all teachers at SMAN 2 Halong. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple regression analysis with multiple regression, t test and F test. The results show that there is an effect of transformational leadership on religion-based schools at SMAN 2 Halong, that the results of the X1 variable test on Y show the result t count is 2.047 > t table 1.66 with a significant level of 0.043 <0.05, Transformational Leadership (X1) has a partial effect on religion-based schools (Y).

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that; 1) The process of internalizing religious culture by aqidah morals teachers to foster a noble attitude at MIS Bina Dharma Parit Wednesday class v for the 2022/2023 school year, namely: a) The value transformation stage, at this stage the teacher teaches religious values to foster a noble attitude in the learning process; b) Value Transaction Stage, at this stage the teacher gives examples of religious values to cultivate a noble attitude by applying smiles, greetings, politeness; c) Transinternalization Stage, at this stage the teacher provides habituation and exemplary to cultivate a noble attitude by getting used to time discipline. 2) The application of religious culture by aqidah moral teachers to foster a noble attitude at MIS Bina Dharma Parit Wednesday class v of the academic year, namely: a) The teacher implements a religious program, namely reciting the Koran together before starting learning; b) The teacher provides habituation and example to students to foster a noble attitude by applying smiles, greetings, being polite, and getting used to time discipline behavior. 3) Inhibiting and supporting factors of religious culture to foster a noble attitude at MIS Bina Dharma Parit Wednesday class V for the 2022/2023 academic year. The inhibiting factor is the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in religious culture programs to foster a noble attitude. While the supporting factors are: a) The readiness of teachers in instilling a religious culture to foster a noble attitude, b) Collaboration between teachers and parents.

Abstract

The concept of Education Management and Christian Leadership in Era Society 5.0 combines religious principles with technological advancements to shape an education centered on character development, spiritual growth, and service-based leadership. Christian values such as love, justice, and integrity serve as the foundation for making impactful decisions in education and society. Through technological integration, Christian education can offer personalized and adaptive learning experiences that enable students to better develop their potentials. Meanwhile, Christian Leadership in Era Society 5.0 emphasizes leadership based on service, collaboration, and the cultivation of strong character. Abstract

The progressive theory developed by John Dewey has become a fundamental cornerstone in modern education. This theory emphasizes experience, reflection, and learning that is relevant to everyday life. In the context of Christian religious education, the application of progressive theory raises questions about how these principles can be integrated into religious instruction that encompasses spiritual and moral dimensions. This research analyzes the implementation of John Dewey's progressive theory in the teaching of Christian religious education. A qualitative approach is employed using a case study method in several Christian religious educational institutions. Data is gathered through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as content analysis of instructional materials. The results of the analysis demonstrate that the application of progressive principles in Christian religious education can yield positive impacts. The use of experimental and interactive methods enables students to develop their understanding of Christian teachings through direct experiences. Problem-based learning triggers profound reflections on the moral implications in everyday life, while a collaborative approach facilitates rich discussions on religious issues. The analysis also indicates that the implementation of John Dewey's progressive theory in teaching Christian religious education holds the potential to enhance student comprehension and engagement. However, a careful balance between empirical experience and spiritual dimensions is necessary to achieve a holistic Christian religious education goal. Further research could explore concrete strategies to address these challenges and develop a balanced holistic approach to instruction.

Abstract

Differentiated learning has become a crucial aspect in the implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum, developed with inspiration from the thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The focus on learning that takes into account individual differences in learning styles, pace, and needs is essential in creating an inclusive and relevant learning experience. This article discusses the application of the concept of Differentiated Learning in the curriculum of the subject of Christian Religious Education. With the backdrop of Ki Hajar Dewantara's progressive views, this study analyzes how the principles of the Free Learning Curriculum, such as granting learning freedom and personalized learning, can be integrated into Christian Religious Education. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves literature study and analysis of methods, strategies, and implementation of learning that considers individual differences in the context of Christian religious education. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Differentiated Learning in the subject of Christian Religious Education results in a more inclusive and adaptive learning environment. Varied teaching methods and the use of diverse materials provide space for students with different learning styles to achieve deeper understanding. Granting learning freedom allows students to explore their faith personally, while individual support aids students with special needs in achieving learning goals. This research demonstrates that Differentiated Learning in Christian Religious Education can enhance teaching effectiveness, accommodate student diversity, and facilitate the achievement of optimal learning outcomes in line with the principles of the Free Learning Curriculum.
