Abstract

Maritime security in Indonesia is an indicator of the success of the Government in managing the sovereignty of the State because two-thirds of Indonesia is sea, so Indonesia is called a maritime country. This study aims to predict the number of law violations in Indonesian seas. Predicting events is a strategic step to set the next security operation strategy. The method used to predict violations of law at sea in Indonesia is Fuzzy Double Exponential Smoothing, the Fuzzy method is used to normalize violation data and the Double Exponential Smoothing method is used to predict future events, a combination of fuzzy and double exponential smoothing methods was developed to improve some previous research which only use exponential smoothing only in making predictions. The data processed is data on violations of law at sea in Indonesia from 1996 to 2019 from the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency. The results obtained from this study are the data smoothing constant value (α = 0.81), the trend smoothing value (γ = 0.08), the mean absolute percentage error value (MAPE = 21.78%) and the root mean value average error (RMSE = 60.72). The results of this study predict that the number of violations of law at sea in Indonesia in 2020 will decrease to 98 cases, this is due to several factors, including the focus of the Government on carrying out security operations in Indonesian seas in an integrated manner involving many institutions. The research contribution can be considered by Indonesian Maritime Security Agency to improve Indonesia's maritime security by involving institutions that have legal authority in Indonesian seas

Abstract

One indicator to improve the quality of a university is the number of students who graduate on time. But the problem that often occurs at Bhayangkara University in Surabaya is the number of students entering and the number of students graduating unbalanced. Therefore this research was made to classify the period of study of students by using variables in the form of social studies semester 1-4, school origin, work status, morning / evening class status, and sex. This study aims to classify the length of time a student studies on time or late using the naïve bayes method. The results of this study indicate that the system is able to classify training data and test data on experiments conducted in each batch, the highest accuracy results are 59% and the lowest accuracy results are 56%.

Abstract

The granting of scholarships to students is carried out by universities based on their achievements. In awarding scholarships, universities often have difficulty in determining prospective scholarship recipients, so it is found that the distribution of scholarships is not precisely due to a manual system for determining scholarships. Decision support system is an information system intended to assist the University in solving the problem of awarding Academic Achievement Scholarships. One method that can be used in a decision support system is Fuzzy Analitycal Hierarchy Process ( F-AHP) with the Chang model approach (1996). The criteria used are GPA, Achievement, Parents' Work, Parental Dependents and Semesters. From the results of experiments conducted the results of calculations from the application and manual checking from the ubhara get 100% presentation in determining the recipient of the scholarship. Resulting in the ranking of student grades, ten students with the highest grades in each faculty will receive an Academic Achievement Improvement scholarship.

Abstract

Javanese is a language used by Javanese ethnic groups in Central Java and East Java, learning Javanese should be done by Javanese people to carry on the language of ancestral heritage so that Javanese language will not disappear in the future. To support effective and flexible learning tools, learning evaluations are needed so that teachers know the extent of students' understanding of Javanese language, the purpose of this research is to make it easier for students to learn Javanese in the learning process and in order to make teachers evaluate. From these problems led to the idea to create a web-based application in which it can carry out an accurate assessment process using the Cumulative Votting method with a Likert Scale. The programming language uses PHP and the database uses MySQL. From the test results using a Likert Scale manual values tested at 3 places found the results, namely, Gresikan Village Elementary School students get an interval value of 67.5% with a "Good" Scale, Rautlatul Jannah Islamic Elementary School students get an interval value of 61.5% with a "Good" Scale, SDIT Nurul Fikri Students get an interval value of 61.5% with a "Good" Scale.

Abstract

Adipura is an award for Indonesian cities that succeed in cleanliness and management of the urban environment. Adipuraisorganizedby the State Ministry ofEnvironment.Adipurais actually usedasatool to encourage the motivation of government officials and the community to improve and improve environmental hygiene conditions in Indonesia. The problem istodeterminetherecipient ofAdipuratakes2weeksto selectRegenciesandCities in all regions of Indonesia, in this study there were 374 Cities and Regencies collected. Clustering is a method of grouping based on the size of closeness (similarity). Clustering is different from a group, if a group means the group is in the same condition, if not, then definitely not the group. One method that can be usedin clusteringis fuzzy c-means. In the concept ofFuzzyC-Means firstdetermine the center of the cluster, which will mark the average location of each cluster which is then carried out the process of repairing the cluster center and the degree ofmembership of the point to theminimization of objective functions that describe the distance from the data points given to the center of the weighted cluster by the degree of membership of that point. From the results of testing a regional clustering systemthat deservesAdipura with the result that each cluster in each processgets avalue that is always changing, so it cannot determine the labeling of a patent. Data greatly influences the time for application processing. The more data it will take more time for the fastest time is in the Big City category while the longest application execution time is in small cities with a total data of 273.

Abstract

The growth of organizations in the field of literacy is very good for the development of children's interest in reading and insight at an early age, especially in the city of Surabaya. Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM) is an organization that has an important role to support and facilitate the community in seeking knowledge in the field of literacy in particular. The addition of TBM in Balai RW, Kelurahan, Kecamatan, and in the corners of community crowds is a tangible manifestation of the role of the Surabaya City Library and Archives Service as the authority that intersects directly in the field of literacy to facilitate the reach of the public in finding quality sources of information. However, several technical factors influence the selection of TBM addition locations that are still very objective. And the limited budget for the establishment of TBM also affects the number of TBM founding locations

Abstract

Indaily distribution activities, GED is a shipping service company. Always associated with couriers as inter mediaries. Where each courier will send a packagetoseveraldifferent places.Surely they(couriers)want to immediately complete their tasks,by findingor determining the path that is traversed in order to shorten the work and return to the office and then make a report. This case is commonly called the Traveling Salesman Problem, which can be solved by several methods. One of them is by optimization of Genetic Algorithms. Genetic Algorithm methods can provide solutions to these problems by providing input (input) fromseveral addresses that they will (courier) distribute. Then the input will be processed with several stages starting from initialization, selection, crossover, mutation and regeneration. The results are then displayed in graphical form which links the shipping addresses. The results of the study, obtained the fastest route with a maximumof 10 points or shipping address, which can be used by the courier in its distribution. In this study, the objective valueisthe value of the length of the road section taken from the Google Map. With termination rules or conditions that state that the smallest and largest fitness values must be the same or 60% of the fitness of the genetic algorithm population shows the greatest fitness. This rule will give the same and accurate results even though the number of generations produced is different.
