This research aims to improve activity and learning outcomes basketball passing (chest pass and bounce pass) trough the implementation cooperative learning model type numbered head together (NHT) on student class VIII SMP N 7 Singaraja school year 2017/2018. This study is an class action researchers wich is conducted in two cycles, consist of action planning stage, implementation of the action, observation/evaluation and reflection. Research subject is student of class VIII SMP N 7 Singaraja which amounts 38 persons consist of 26 men and 12 women. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Learnig activity data in cycle 1 classically is 7,98 and learning research of cycle 1 achieve 52% in the category of fairly good. Learning activity data in cycle classically is 9,3 and learning research of cycle achieve 100% in the category of very good. Bused on analysisdata result and discussion, concluded that activity of learning outcomes basketball passing techniques increased through the application of cooperative learning model type (NHT) for student in class VIII SMP N 7 Singaraja school year 2017/2018. Adviced on penjasorkes (spot) teachers can apply cooperative learning outcomes basketball passing techniques.

The study aimed to determine (1) the effect of Made Or Run Drill training on shooting skills, (2) the effect of ten free throwing a row drill training on shooting skills, (3) differences in shooting skills between treatment groups made or run drill and ten free throws in a row drill. The sample of the study was 30 students of the SMAK TI Bali Global Singaraja basketball extracurricular students. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with the design of the modified pre-test-post-test group design. Data collection tests use the free throw shooting skill test. Data analysis uses t-test (t-test) statistical calculations at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training made or run drill have an effect on Basketball shooting skills, with the results of thit = 5.850> ttab = 2.145, (2) ten free throws in row drill training affects Basketball shooting skills, with results thit = 4,610> ttab = 2,145, (3) there is no difference in effect between training made or run drill and ten free throws in a row drill on shooting skills, with the results of thit = 0,000

This article was written to (1) the effectiveness of training 3x a week and 4x a week based on the training process at the fitness center and sports club. (2) the difference in the effectiveness of weight training with a frequency of 3x a week and 4x a week. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the effectiveness of weight training with 3x workouts a week and 4x week training on muscle hypertrophy.The approach used in data retrieval is a literature review approach with descriptive methods. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that weight training with a frequency of 4 times a week of exercise is more effective than the frequency of 3 times a week training based on public exercises and exercises carried out in training programs carried out in official sports development.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether through teaching variation strategies can improve chest pass learning in basketball games. With research subjects 36 students. This research is a CAR research. Samples from this study were 36 students 18 male students and 18 female students. Based on data processing that researchers have done in class X Science 7 of SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, from a total sample of 36 students, it was concluded that in this study a complete 33 students with a percentage of 91.7% and an incomplete number of 3 people with a percentage of 8.3%. Based on the results of the research data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of variations in teaching in the learning process can improve the skills of basketball pass chest pass in class X Science 7 students at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Kerinci.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of the command method and exploration method as well as basic skills of playing football. Population of this study was football player of ssb binhar kerinci in totaling 90 people. sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. This technique was done based on consideration of the researcher. Total sample in this research were 48 people. to measure the ability of playing football which consists of four forms of the test were dribling, short passed test, shooting and ball control. Analyis research data showed that: There was no significance difference between players who were trained using command method with players who were trained using exploration method

The problem in this study is the students' dribble ability of extracurricular football at SMA Negeri 1 Puding Besar is still very slow.The purpose of this study was to find out which exercises were better between Dogging Run exercises and Shuttle Run Exercises on students' dribble abilities. Extracurricular at SMA 1 Puding Besar Bangka Regency. The research method used is the Experimental research method. The data source of this research is 20 extracurricular football soccer extracurricular members of the Pudding Besar High School in Bangka Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used an independent test.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of dogging run training on increasing the dribbling skills of extracurricular students at the 1 Puding Besar High School in Bangka Regency with a mean pretest of 11.96 seconds, posttest 10.66 seconds with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.012 smaller than 0.025 seconds there was no significant effect of Shuttle run training on increasing ball dribbling skills of extracurricular students at SMA 1 Puding Besar Bangka Regency with mean pretest 12.88 seconds, post 13.00 seconds with sig (2-tailed) value 0.912 greater from 0.025. There was a significant difference between Dogging Run training and Shuttle Run training on improving ball dribbling skills in extracurricular students at SMA 1 Big Puding, Bangka Regency

Umpan balik sebagai alat untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang suatu aktivitas, olahraga salah satunya. Umpan balik menjadikan aktivitas olahraga menjadi bermakna, tidak statisioner, melainkan menampilkan perubahan-perubahan terstruktur hingga menuju kepada standar ketetapan. Ada dua umpan balik yang lazimnya digunakan pelatih dan atlet dalam “mendramatisasi” proses latihan dan kompetisi, baik yang datang dari atlet sendiri berupa informasi-informasi yang real time (misalnya melewati pelari lainnya). Ataupun yang datang dari luar, misalnya jauh lompatan untuk atlet lompat jauh. Umpan balik positif mendorong atlet untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasinya. Prestasi-prestasi yang telah diukir atlet bisa dijadikan pula sebagai strategi umpan balik. Atlet semakin terobsesi untuk mempertahankan dan bahkan meningkatkan prestasinya dengan memecahkan rekornya sendiri. Selain itu, pelatih perlu mendokumentasikan setiap performa atlet dengan melakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan umpan balik yang berorientasi kepada prestasi sehingga tumbuhnya sikap optimistik pada kemajuan. Karena setiap atlet berbeda satu sama lain, pelatih mesti mengenali emosi setiap atletnya. Sehingga saat memberikan umpan balik tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman antara pelatih dan atlet untuk tujuan prestasi olahraga yang akuntabel.

Abstract: The study used a Class Action Research design which was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were Class V Students of SDN 43 / II Tanjung Belit, Jujuhan District with a total of 20 students. Data on the results of soccer learning are obtained through performance tests, observation sheets are used to collect data on student activities in following the learning process of Football Ball Control Through Wall Media.The results of this study were obtained based on an assessment of three aspects, namely psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. From the results of the assessment, there was an increase in learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the first cycle 55.00% in the complete category, the number of students who completed was 11 students. In cycle II there was an increase in students in the completion category by 85.00%, with the total number of students completing 17 students out of the total number of students. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that learning Soccer Ball Control Through Wall Media can improve student learning outcomes in Class V SDN 43 / II Tanjung Belit Jujuhan District. And for Physical Education teachers in Elementary Schools can apply learning with Wall Media in Physical Education lessons especially in soccer learning.

This study aims to discuss the role of athletes' internal motivation needed in achieving achievements in badminton. Achievement is the highest dream of an athlete that can be achieved with high motivation. This motivation can come from the athlete's self or outside encouragement. This research focuses on the invasion of badminton athletes to excel. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data source in this study is the badminton athletes who are in the club under the guidance of PBSI Bungo district. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that, athletes who are in PBSI fostered by Bungo district are so motivated to excel in badminton. This motivation arises from the desire to become like a champion, so that life can prosper like an idol athlete and want to enter print or electronic media.

This study aims to determine how the level of physical fitness in basketball extracurricular students at Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru High School students. The population and sample in this study were 14 people while the sampling technique in this study was total sampling. From the results of tests conducted in the field there were 3 people or 21.42% classified as good condition level, 3 people or 21.42% were classified as moderate, 7 people or 50% were classified as less, and 1 person or 7.14 were classified as very poor. Based on the results of research and analysis of data that has been revealed, the physical fitness score was obtained 14.21 in the percentage of 21.42% so that it can be concluded that physical fitness in extracurricular students of Al-Azhar men's basketball Syifa Budi Pekanbaru is in the Medium category.
