Abstract

Pada analisis Putusan Nomor: 669/ PDT/ 2016/ PT. DKI serta Putusan MA No: 3203 K/ Pdt/ 2017 ialah Putusan dari permasalahan yang sama ialah perbuatan malpraktik medis yang sudah dicoba oleh Drg. Yus Andjojo D. H dimana yang bersangkutan melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan gigi yang bukan ialah kompetensinya dan melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan gigi serta mulut dengan tidak membagikan uraian yang jujur, etis serta mencukupi kepada penderita ataupun keluarganya cocok dengan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia No 3203 K/ Pdt/ 2017 yang melaporkan kalau Drg. Yus Andjojo D. H dinyatakan bersalah dalam melaksanakan aplikasi medis, melaksanakan tindakan kedokteran gigi invasif dengan tidak melaksanakan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran secara tertulis sehingga dengan tindakannya ini, Drg Yus. Andjojo D. H di adili dengan membayar ubah rugi kepada penderita sebesar Rp. 100.000.000, - (Sera|tus Juta| Rupia|h).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the results of several journals related to the use of jobsheets with the help of demonstration methods on the basis of concrete stone practice. This study was conducted to see the differences in the results of validation of the feasibility of the learning methods and media used. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Data collection in this study can be done by collecting relevant books and journals. Then the data is analyzed by reading previous research and recapitulating the results of the research seen from the effectiveness of student learning outcomes after applying the methods and media used. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, the use of this demonstration method is very helpful for students in understanding the basic practice steps of concrete stone in the jobsheet. So that the demonstration method with this jobsheet media can improve student learning outcomes in the basic practice of concrete stone.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL), is a learning model that is able to provide experience and an innovative learning model that can provide active learning conditions for students to solve a problem through the stages of scientific methods so that students can learn knowledge related to the problem as well as have the skills to solve problems. The subject of Engineering Mechanics is one of the productive subjects of several expertise programs related to the field of civil engineering. This subject is an applied subject that discusses the basic concepts of calculation – calculation of building structures that must be mastered by students This article aims to analyze the Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning model in engineering mechanics subjects to improve student learning outcomes in vocational schools, Data is taken based on literature from research related to the application of Problem Based Learning Model Based Analysis Results. Abstract

This article discusses the Analysis of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the course of Concrete Practice in Civil Engineering. Project Based Learning is one of the learning methods that can be applied to the Concrete Practice course, which is a practical course. Project Based Learning is a method of learning that utilizes projects/activities as a medium. This method demands students to explore and generate various learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to address the lack of results obtained from the Concrete Practice course. The method used in this research is literature review, focusing on examining and analyzing several journals and articles related to the title that I have provided. Through comprehensive analysis of several relevant journals and articles, this article identifies the positive and negative impacts of PjBL on the Concrete Practice course, aiming to provide insights for educators and researchers in determining effective learning models.

Abstract

Learning technical drawing is very important to develop students' understanding of basic engineering design concepts, such as 2D and 3D modeling. Students must understand these concepts well beyond just learning theory; they must also be able to use their knowledge in real situations. PjBL emerged as a learning method that can integrate theory with practice to provide students with a broad and challenging learning experience. This research will explore the role of PjBL in improving student learning outcomes regarding technical drawing. By analyzing various international and national accredited journals, this research will evaluate how well PjBL improves students' understanding of technical drawing concepts and their ability to apply these concepts in the real world.

Abstract

One learning model that focuses on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is a project-based learning model. This model involves students participating in solving problems in several structured stages, both individually and in groups. This research aims to analyze the impact of project-based learning (PJBL) on teaching Structural Reinforced Concrete (SBB) in an educational context. This research focuses on the influence of PBL on student learning, especially in terms of understanding practical problems, understanding knowledge, and improving practical and problem-solving abilities. The study also explores cultural differences in educational approaches, emphasizing the importance of project-based learning in Asian countries, where educational cultures emphasize discipline, order, and respect for teachers. This research further examines the impact of PBL on student learning in various subjects, such as engineering and technology disciplines, and the benefits of PBL in developing practical skills and an innovative spirit. This research also discusses the specific process of project-based learning, including identifying the goals and scope of the project, as well as the teacher's role in providing support and guidance. The findings of this study will contribute to the understanding of the effectiveness of PBL in SBB teaching and provide insight into the potential application of PBL in other educational contexts.

Abstract

The teacher is a facilitator when class is in progress, but when learning is taking place the teacher is often ignored by students. Therefore, education will increasingly experience developments, especially in learning methods. With this article the author aims to add insight into educational innovation in peer tutoring learning methods. Peer tutoring is an active learning method that encourages students to learn well and can be a resource for other students. Peer tutoring can aim to increase student participation and development in Engineering mechanics subjects. So that teachers can have a reference for the character and communication found in each student. This article was created using a literature review method which combines information on research from each journal and articles for MEN in the Engineering mechanics subject and the use of peer tutoring methods in the Engineering mechanics subject.

Abstract

By using the Student Centered Learning (SCL) approach, the "Freedom to Learn" curriculum is an effective curriculum that requires students to become subjects who have the potential to explore their abilities and knowledge so that they can become more active, creative, and independent in learning activities. Therefore, especially in the Building Materials Science course, teachers must be able to choose the most effective learning techniques in order to motivate students to learn more actively, creatively, and independently. In the project-based learning paradigm, students actively participate in the creation of a project or final product that is appropriate to their level of ability. This study aims to assess the impact of project-based learning strategies on Building Materials Science courses in building construction vocational education. The research technique conducted by the author is to conduct a literature study, focusing on reading and reviewing several journals and articles related to the author's topic. Through detailed analysis of several related papers and articles, this report identifies the good and bad impacts of PjBL on the Building Materials Science course, providing insights for educators and researchers in assessing successful learning models.

Abstract

Public areas are public areas in airports. The airport security unit plays a role in maintaining security in this area. Maximum performance is an important aspect in order to meet work targets. In addition, it also provides a sense of security and comfort for airport service users. This research was carried out from August 6, 2023 to March 30, 2024. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method that collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The validity of the data is carried out through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study show that the performance of airport security officers is considered to be well implemented. However, there are several obstacles in the implementation of tasks such as limited communication tools, facilities, and the number of personnel. The solution sought is the use of alternative tools, the implementation of a rotation system, and regular coordination. Therefore, it is important for companies to improve the required work equipment as well as meet the needs of personnel.

Abstract

PT Najwa Roti is a company engaged in the distribution of bread located in Bekasi Regency. Based on interviews with the manager of PT Najwa Roti, it is known that currently the bread delivery process is not optimal. In this study, route optimization will be carried out by minimizing the distance of bread delivery done by PT. Najwa Roti using the stepping stone method. The stepping stone method is used to solve transportation problems with operating costs (factory and transportation) so that the shipping costs are relative. The business still uses a manual system to ship goods, but the computer system handles the data of shipping goods so that shipping goods can be done quickly and precisely. From our group discussion it can be concluded that the optimization of shipping costs from 8800 to 6770 which is the final result of optimizing the shipping costs.
