<![CDATA[solutions. Gene therapy has shown significant potential as a promising alternative in addressing cancer, transforming the traditional treatment paradigm that is limited. The goal of this article is to thoroughly examine the role of gene therapy as an alternative cancer treatment. The methods employed include a literature study with data analysis using qualitative content. More than 23 articles from 2012 to 2023 were used as literature sources. The research results indicate that the genetic engineering process in gene therapy technology includes the following steps: isolating the target gene, inserting the target gene into a transfer vector, transferring the insertion vector containing the target gene into the body requiring treatment, and transforming cells from the target organism. The target gene inserted into the body for treatment will be able to replace the function of abnormal disease-causing genes in patients. Another implementation of gene therapy in cancer treatment involves tumor suppressor genes, such as p53. Gene therapy has been used in cancer treatment for quite some time, including CAR-T gene therapy. CAR-T stands for chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy, where T cells are extracted from the patient and then genetically modified to recognize cancer cells, returning the modified T cells to the patient's body.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the form of distribution of social assistance funds for communities affected by Covid-19, whether they are in accordance with the regulations for managing social assistance funds during the Covid-19 period, and to find out prevention efforts to prevent criminal acts of corruption against managers of Covid-19 social assistance funds. . This research uses normative and empirical legal research types with a social and statutory approach. Types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis will be analyzed and processed using qualitative methods then presented descriptively which is then combined prescriptively. The results of the research show that we can see that the form of distribution of social assistance funds for the community in the central government is that the form of distribution of social assistance funds is divided into two, namely there is cash social assistance and there is social assistance for basic necessities, whereas if we look at regional governments the form of distribution of social assistance funds is only in cash, such as aid. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) and sub-district BLT (Direct Cash Assistance) assistance. The regulations for managing social assistance funds during the Covid-19 period are appropriate because we refer to the Minister of Social Affairs' Decree No. 54/HUK/2020 concerning the implementation of basic food social assistance and cash social assistance in handling the impact of the 2019 corona virus disease (Covid-19). Efforts to prevent criminal acts of corruption from occurring in the management of Covid-19 social assistance funds are by supervising planning, implementation and utilization. Supervision is an effort to ensure that something is carried out in accordance with established regulations.]]>

In-depth analysis is conducted on political, economic, social, territorial changes, and power shifts that shaped the dynamics of the empire's destruction. The research also focuses on the impact of the Safavid downfall on the political structure and regional geography, including the formation of new nations. The literature review method is employed to construct a comprehensive historical narrative. The findings provide profound insights into the historical journey of the Safavid Empire and its significant consequences for the regional history of Persia.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of parents in forming character is very important, and influences children's character education. Parents in this role also experience difficulties. Researchers want to study two things further: first, what is the role of parents according to Ephesians 4:2 in teaching children's character? Second, how do parents face the challenges of teaching children's character? The purpose of this writing is to increase our understanding of children's character which must be applied in the family according to Ephesians 4:2. The type of research used is the library research method. The approach chosen is qualitative description. By paying attention, educating and accompanying children from an early age, parents can help build their child's character. In Ephesians 4:2 it is an example in building children's character so that parents are role models for their children, for this reason parents should be good examples for their children.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is intended to critically analyze the issue of the dual function of ABRI that occurred in Indonesia. The method that we use in this research is descriptive method with Bibliographic Writing Technique (Literature Review). Based on this technique, we found that the role of ABRI that dominant in the government cause a negative effect to civilians. The solution to this problem was remove the dual function of ABRI under Abdurrahman Wahid presidency, as one of the reform efforts in Indonesia.]]>

At the beginning of colonialism, the Dutch implemented policies that supported the success of their expansion in Indonesian territory, including the expansion of government areas. The Islamic kingdoms in the archipelago can be said to be maritime kingdoms, because their centers of power were in port cities. <![CDATA[The concept of dignity is the fundamental basis for all human rights and is the basic basis and value inherent in every individual. While it cannot be denied that this concept is a topic of controversy among experts in various circles it is important to analyze the basic principles that guide this process. Some scholars argue that the concept of human dignity which is considered vital in Islam is wrong. On the other hand, there are also those who reject the existence of human dignity. Controversy among Muslim scholars has permeated discussions regarding the basic principles of Islam. This article aims to analyze contested features of intrinsic human dignity in human rights discourse and Islamic literature. The first part of the study explores the notion of dignity inherent in international and regional human rights instruments. The next part of this dissertation will discuss the meaning of human dignity as outlined in the declaration of human rights in Islam. The third part will specifically examine the meaning of dignity originating from the Al-Quran and other sources of Islamic jurisprudence. In the end, this research concludes that the study of the theoretical foundations of human dignity in Islamic thought will make a real contribution to the development of universal human rights norms and the growth of basic human rights standards in the Islamic world.]]>

<![CDATA[Ty-Syar milk shop is a shop that sells formula milk. This milk shop wants to forecast sales for the next year. The aim of this research is to determine the sales forecast for formula milk. The method used to find out sales forecasting uses the Moving Average. The results of this research using Moving Average obtained MAPE 2,691, MAD 21,852, MSD 741,975. So the average obtained using the Sigle Moving Average is 775, this is the average value of the movement of milk sales during 2022.]]>

<![CDATA[The drug problem in Indonesia is still something that is urgent and complex. In the last decade this problem has become widespread. This is proven by the significant increase in the number of drug abusers or addicts, along with the increasing disclosure of drug crime cases with increasingly diverse patterns and increasingly massive syndicate networks. Indonesian society, and even the world community in general, is currently facing a very worrying situation due to the widespread use of various types of illegal drugs. This concern is increasingly sharpened due to the rampant illicit trafficking of narcotics which has spread to all levels of society, including among the younger generation. This will greatly influence the life of the nation and state in the future. The behavior of some teenagers who have clearly ignored the values, norms and laws that apply in society is one of the causes of widespread drug use among the younger generation. In everyday life in society, there are still many teenagers who still abuse drugs.]]>

There are many MSMEs that produce cassava chips as a business, this can result in an increase in the selling value of the cassava or cassava plants. . In order for the value of sales of cassava chips to increase, it is necessary to improve the quality of the cassava chip products. The increase in cassava chips can result in increased satisfaction from consumers who buy the cassava chips product. This can ultimately have an impact in terms of increasing sales of cassava chips.
