Abstract

From the results of research conducted on Tokopedia users in Semarang, there are several problems that researchers can take into account, namely the influence of digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and marketplace features on buyer decisions. This research aims to find out what factors can influence Tokopedia users in determining their purchasing decisions for goods or services available on the marketplace. The population in this study is unknown because there is no certainty about Tokopedia users in Semarang. Therefore, researchers used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 75 respondents. The data collection method was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that partially, digital marketing variables have a positive and significant influence on buyer decisions. Meanwhile, from the results of the simultaneous test its is known that all variables have a significant influence on buyer decisions. Based on hypothesis testing, its is also known that the marketplace feature variable is the most dominant variable in buyer decisions.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the transaction system from cash to cashless transactions. However, the current use of QRIS is not quite familiar among MSMEs and there are still many MSMEs that have not implemented QRIS digital payments as a record of sales turnover. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss QRIS digital payments to increase MSME sales turnover. The research data uses multiple linear analysis which aims to test how much influence QRIS has on sales turnover. The nine independent variables are QRIS user literacy, QRIS implementation, QRIS usage, QRIS user capability, QRIS user convenience, QRIS user service prices, QRIS user satisfaction, QRIS user efficiency improvement, QRIS user strategy and increased sales turnover as dependent variables. The value of the R2 coefficient of determination of 0.159315 or 15.93% shows that the nine variables used together can be significant sales turnover as dependent variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumers to provide reward programs based on their satisfaction and loyalty in shopping centers [Malls]. The research was carried out by collecting data, then analyzing the results using relevant clustering methods. Regression analysis shows a strong relationship between these variables, and this research provides strong evidence for shopping centers and similar companies, to use this method to increase their customer satisfaction. These results can help companies design reward strategies that are more effective and in line with consumer preferences. This research contributes to the literature on customer management and marketing strategy by investigating their role in increasing satisfaction and loyalty. The practical implications of this research can help companies to maximize the benefits of their investment in rewards programs, by ensuring that the programs are not only attractive to customers but also effective in creating long-term loyalty.

Abstract

The management of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) of the East Java Provincial KPU began in July 2023, marked by the formation of a team based on the decision of the East Java Provincial KPU Number: 18/HK.03.1-Kpt/Prov/30/07/2023 concerning the composition of the Legal Documentation and Information Network (JDIH) team in the Bengkulu Provincial KPU. The Legal Documentation and Information Network is a decision on the management of legal documentation and information on technical guidelines for managing legal documentation and information within the KPU (Regency/City) to date, the number of legal products that have been uploaded to the JDIH of the East Java Provincial KPU from 2013 to 2021 is 191. The system used in the sub-section of technical implementation of elections, participation, public relations and human resources has been well-programmed. On the JDIH website of the East Java Provincial KPU, there are KPU regulations, decisions which include (Provincial KPU decisions and Regency/City KPU decisions). The data collection technique in this journal is obtained from literature and participatory activities in the East Java Provincial KPU office. The results obtained from this activity can determine the comparison of the number of viewers and the number of PKPU that have been established

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity ratio as measured by current ratio (CR), solvency ratio as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) and profitability ratio as measured by net profit margin (NPM) on financial performance as measured by return on assets (ROA) in telecommunication companies listed on the IDX for the period 2021-2023. This type of research is quantitative and the population in this study are all telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period, totaling 22 companies with purposive sampling techniques with certain criteria totaling 20 companies for 3 years of observation, totaling 60 samples. This study uses secondary data, namely the financial statements of telecommunications companies for 2021-2023 obtained through the official website www.idx.co.id. The statistical data analysis method used is multiple linear regression which is processed using IBM SPSS Stastistic software. The results showed that current ratio (CR) partially has a significant effect on financial performance, debt to equity ratio (DER) partially has a significant effect on financial performance, and net profit margin (NPM) partially has a significant effect on financial performance in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. The adjusted R square value is 38.6%, which means that the variation in financial performance as measured by CR, DER and NPM, while the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other variables outside the research model used in this study
