Abstract

In general, business fields have the goal of improving people's welfare, the formation of business fields will create jobs so that the unemployment rate will decrease. The business field is an important thing in an area where currently it is related to economic growth, this business sector has a major impact on the economy. The business sectors are agriculture, processing industry, electricity, gas and drinking water, buildings, trade, hotels and restaurants, transportation and communications, finance, leasing and corporate services, as well as other services. From these sectors it is clear that this cannot be separated from the factors of the progress of a regional economy. The benchmark for the success of the business field is seen from the growth and structure of the business field. Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI) is ranked the 6th most densely populated area in the province of South Sumatra with a population of around 731,721 people, all of them need jobs, if there are few business fields, the poverty and unemployment rates will increase. And it is certain that the field of business is very important to support the prosperity of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the business performance of BRI KUR customers, Pattimura Branch, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the number of samples taken was 140 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that own capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (5.694) greater than a t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.000) is less than the minimum significance level of (0.05). People's business credit capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (2.077) greater than the t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.040) smaller than the minimum significance level of (0.05) . Length of business has a positive and significant effect on business performance with a t-count value of (4.676) greater than the t-table value of (1.656) and a significance level of (0.000) less than the minimum significance level of (0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the use of information technology and information systems in organizations with the environment. This research is a literature review, with a descriptive approach. The results of the theoretical analysis and studies of relevant previous studies are that information technology can be placed/treated as a mediating (intervening) variable in the relationship between environmental attributes and organizational structure attributes. This is due to the high level of utilization/use of information technology in companies and the application of information technology is an important requirement in managing the company's business activities. The role of technology in the relationship between environmental attributes and organizational structure attributes is information technology as a mediator in this relationship. Information technology has become an important element in achieving organizational goals to overcome environmental uncertainties. The existence of information technology is needed to create the structural response desired by management in anticipating environmental changes

Abstract

Sea crossing transportation is a link for community activities in Balikpapan Bay by ordering speedboats and klotok boats. The Goship application is an information system in the form of an android-based application that is used to facilitate sea crossing transportation services to run effectively and efficiently. The Goship application offers direct booking services between drivers and passengers only via smartphones in the application. . Passengers who are going to cross can be made easier by simply using the application on their smart phone by clicking GO and can order the type of ship and the desired destination. The estimated time for designing and making this program is about four months. It is estimated that the costs incurred in the process of this program are around Rp. 2,600,000, -. the energy needed in making this program is two people and one programmer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accreditation and reference group on the decision to continue collage. Population in this study were students of SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan which amounts to 150 students while the technique of sample sampling by randoms sampling with sampling technique using slovin method. So the sample in this study amounted to 35 people. This type of research is a quantitative research. Quantitative research is a research that aims to determine the degree of relationship and pettern/shape of infuence between two or more variables, which with this research will be built a theory that serves to explain, predict and control a symptom. The result of determination coefficient with correlation regression value equal to 0,802, meaning that together accreditation and reference group on the decision to college at SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan have contribution to the strong level. Then coeficient of determination Adjusted R Square ( aqual to 0,621 (62,1%). So it can be said that 62,1% variation of bound variable that is accreditation and reference group have contribution to decision to continue collage at SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan while the rest of 37,9% have contribution by other variable outside model.
