Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significant influence between halal labels, and price perceptions of Wardah's cosmetics purchasing decisions on Wardah counter consumers in the ADA Semarang supermarket. This study used descriptive quantitative methods. The population used is all consumers of the Wardah Swalayan ADA Semarang counter, with a total sample of 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed through regression analysis using SPSS version 22. Results of the regression analysis in this study are Halal labels have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions and price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The business group of cemilan makanan ringan Mlati Lor Kudus is a small industry category or home industry. In the past, the number of entrepreneurs cemilan makanan ringan is quite a lot, but recently they moving in another business, because the manufacturing process is still using human labor in the processing and packaging of products, thus making the saturation of the workers. This would result in a fairly risky to the domestic industry that still uses the traditional system both economically, socially and most importantly the impact on the product. In general, the industry of cemilan makanan ringan is still using muscle power, does not have the records or the calculation of how the number of inputs (raw materials, manufacturing process, labor costs, and overhead costs of production) the truth true for every stage of the process manually. So several  household industry most of the lack of attention to the cause of the decline in the quality, how alternative steps and actions to be undertaken and effective how the process production, packaging and marketing of products. On the other hand they are also less concerned about the problem of space layout work and the production of space layout is seen quite chaotic and dirty so sometimes causing environmental impacts of production resulting in lower production quality. The application of science and technology activities conducted through in Four Phase which is the unity of a series of activities, namely: Phase 1: the manufacture of tools, PHASE 2: Activity Frying, during the second phase of activitiesundertaken is revamping the layout understanding of the frying pan and safer. Abstract

Organisasi yang baik adalah yang memiliki tujuan jelas berdasarkan visi dan misi yang disepakati pendirinya. Untukmewujudkan tujuan tersebut dibutuhkan cara untuk mencapainya yang lazim disebut sebagai strategi. Selanjutnyadisusun rencana (plan) , kebijakan (policies) hingga pencapaian dan program aksi. Dalam penerapannya, bisa sajaunsur diatas mengalami perubahan sebagai akibat dari tidak terpenuhinya asumsi-asumsi yang dipakai dalamperencanaan, misalnya karena sumber daya yang didapat tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Bisa pula disebabkan olehtujuan yang terlalu abstrak sehingga sangat jauh dari apa yang diharapkan. Setiap organisasi tentu memilikiperencanaan, dan bagi lingkup perusahaan kita mengenal istilah perencanaan stratejik, dimana perencanaan stratejikini dapat membantu kita mengevaluasi secara berkala untuk mencapai tujuan, membantu perusahaan untuk maju danberkembang, memperbesar pangsa pasar di tengah persaingan usaha yang semakin tajam. Tujuan yang hendakdicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : (a) Menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor lingkungan terhadap perencanaanstratejik. (b) Menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor kultur/budaya organisasi terhadap perencanaan stratejik. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and price on interest in purchasing Samsung smartphones at FEB PGRI University Semarang. The population in this study were all students of FEB PGRI University Semarang, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. In conducting research data collection using a Likert scale with 5 assessment criteria and to measure 17 statement items. The sampling technique in this research uses a type of probability sampling. Abstract

The low level of public knowledge about fish processing causes fish to have less high economic value and less use as an alternative source of protein other than meat, significantly as an alternative solution to strengthen family income. Especially for milkfish, which has many thorns, causing people to be reluctant to consume and make processed milkfish a product of business choice. This phenomenon has led this service activity to introduce another alternative processing, namely thorn-pulled milkfish. Besides being comfortable, the tools used are relatively easy to get, and the price is not high. The processing of thorny milkfish can also be used as an alternative to increasing the economic value of milkfish, contributing to an increase in family income when engaged as a business route. The implementation of this thorn milkfish business management training activity showed that the participants had high enthusiasm. This was shown by the activity that the participants could independently remove or separate the milkfish from their spines. There is a growing desire to utilize thorns pulled milkfish as a source of family protein. Besides, the analysis of the thorn-pulled milkfish processing business also shows a potential opportunity as an alternative business in the context of strengthening the family economy.

Abstract

The marketing ability of a company can affect its financial capabilities. One of the company's benefits can be generated from the demand for products and / or services, and other business functions will not run if there is no demand. a company must obtain revenue if it wants profit. One of the elements to get income is from marketing products and / or services. The marketing mix is a collection of controlled tactical marketing tools that companies combine to produce the responses they want in the target market. The marketing mix consists of all the things a company can do to influence the demand for its products. These possibilities can be grouped into four groups. Among them are Products (Price), Price (Price), Place (Place), and Promotion (Promotion). In this study 100 respondents were used. Determination of sample size using simple random techniques. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Regression Analysis method. Data processing using the SPSS program. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at UKM Sentra Bandeng Tawang Mas Semarang. SME entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of important factors that determine the performance of their businesses, while still making improvements to the factors that are still lacking in implementation, in order to get better performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students 'knowledge, perceptions and environment on students' interest in becoming the BEM FEB UPGRIS management. Respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Semarang with a sample of 267 students. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form media to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from class 2017-2020. This research is using quantitative methods. Methods of data collection using stratified random sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this study used IBM SPSS 22 tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge on student interest, and perceptions do not have a positive and significant effect on student interest, and the student environment has a positive and significant effect on student interest. Knowledge, perceptions, and the student environment together have an effect on student interest. knowledge has an effect of 63% on student interest, perception of 0.29% and student environment by 31%. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.740 or 74%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of time management on student academic success, analyze learning motivation on student academic success, analyze procrastination behavior on student academic success, and analyze time management, learning motivation, and procrastination behavior on student academic success. The research unit is student employee class semester III and V FEB PGRI University of Semarang academic year 2020/2021. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form, with a total of 80 students as respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that time management on student academic success had a positive and significant effect. Learning motivation on student academic success shows a negative and insignificant effect. Procrastination behavior on student academic success shows a negative and insignificant effect. Then simultaneously time management, learning motivation, and procrastination behavior on student academic success have a positive and significant effect of 15.6%.)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Desa Bringin Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan wanita yang sudah menikah di Desa Bringin. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu 99 karyawan wanita yang bekerja di Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di desa Bringin. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 99 responden di ambil dari keseluruhan populasi dengan menggunakan sampel sensus. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dengan 11 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di UKM Desa Bringin Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati dengan nilai sebesar -3,530 dan nilai signifikasinya 0,001. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di UKM Desa Bringin Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati dengan nilai sebesar -5,186 dan nilai signifikasinya 0,000. Work family conflict dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di UKM Desa Bringin Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati dibuktikan dengan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,396. Karyawan wanita yang sudah menikah di harapkan mampu menyeimbangkan peran keluarga dan pera pekerjaan dan berani mengungkapkan pendapat serta keluhan untuk tidak memaksakan diri dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi kinerja karyawan yang menurun. Abstract This study aims to idetermine the effect of work ifamily iconflict and workload on the iperformance of female iemployees in Small and Medium Enterprises, Bringin Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. This research was conducted on married female employees in Bringin Village. The population of this study were 99 female employees who worked in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Bringin Village. The isample of this study is 99 respondents taken from the entire population using census sample. In collecting the data, this research uses a Likert scale with 11 indicators. The data analysisi technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple lineari regression analysis. The iresults iof the analysis state that work family conflict iaffects the performance of female employees in UKM Desa Bringin, Juwana District, Pati Regency with a value of -3.530 and a significance value iof 0.001. Workload affects the performance of female employees at UKM Bringin Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency with a value of - 5.186 and a isignificance value of i0.000. Work family conflict and workload simultaneously iaffect the performancei of female employees at UKM Bringin Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency as evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.396. Married femalei employees are expected to be able to balance family roles and work roles and dare to express opinions and complaints not to force themselves to complete work. This aims to reduce decreased employee performance.
