Abstract

Over the last years, the data indicate that in east java province, the population of women is larger than the population of men. This current condition is something that makes the business person who has a business in the field of cosmetics sell them. It cannot be denied, that cosmetics have been improving and growing rapidly. On another hand, this business gets into the emergence of business in the form of multi-level marketing. The faculty of economics and business Islam is faculty that has had female students as the majority. That’s why the researcher was so interested to analyze consumption patterns among the students related to the use of cosmetics. The method that is used in this research is binary logistic regression and the variables observed by the researcher are the decision of purchasing beauty products that are influenced by the marketing mix included of the product, price, promotion, and place of purchase of the product. With a sample of 440 respondents, the appropriate model in the results of the analysis is the second stage model and the results show that the variables that influence the decision of purchasing beauty products are the price and availability, and affordability of the place of purchasing beauty products.

Abstract

PT Raja Indonesia Perkasa is engaged in the manufacturing industry in the textile sector by producing equipment and wholesale trade in household appliances and furniture trying to evaluate the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the strategy according to the vision and mission applied to PT Raja Indonesia Perkasa using the balanced scorecard concept. Strategy evaluation in the company is useful for assessing the performance of a company, knowing the company's position in an effort to achieve its goals. The increasingly fierce competition in the 21st century and the economic turmoil during the global pandemic due to Covid-19 require PT Raja Indonesia Perkasa as a company that also carries out exports and imports to stay afloat. Descriptive quantitative research methodology with two sources of primary and secondary data. Data processing method using Balanced Scorecard analysis. The researcher chose this method because, from a subjective point of view, the researcher saw the success of the business run by the company PT Raja Indonesia Perkasa which is getting more and more enthusiasts or consumers in the midst of fierce competition in the business world that is happening today. The results of this study indicate that the indicators for measuring the performance of the financial perspective are the best with a score of 145,06%, followed by the customer perspective on average 55% said to be good, the business perspective on average 31.19% said to be good, growth and learning an average of 2.4% is said to be less good.

Abstract

The covid-19 virus that spreads in various countries around the world is one of the causes of the decline in the world economy, including Indonesia. This has caused many people in Indonesia an economic decline and even loss of their jobs due to a reduction in the number of workers in companies affected by this pandemic. Therefore, special strategies and solutions are needed to deal with the current economic downturn in society. One of the solutions is through the use of unproductive narrow land for oyster mushroom cultivation. The research objectives are 1) knowing the condition of the unproductive narrow land 2) implementing unproductive narrow land use in oyster mushroom cultivation, and 3) evaluating changes in unproductive narrow land and yields of oyster mushroom cultivation in the society of Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. Qualitative research method with the type of research PAR (Participatory action research). The result of the research is that narrow unproductive land can be used for oyster mushroom cultivation, encourage economic independence by increasing people's income, and open new insights about resilience to pandemic situations, and this can be done by several layers of society both young people and housewives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy for the culinary business in Waroeng Qita Pekalongan, to find out the marketing strategy for the culinary business in Waroeng Qita Pekalongan according to the perspective of sharia Marketing and to find out the variables that support and hinder the culinary business marketing development strategy in Waroeng Qita Pekalongan. Sources of data used in this study are primary data sources, secondary data sources, and purposive samples. Primary data sources are interviews with traders and buyers in Waroeng qita kedungwuni Pekalongan and secondary data sources are obtained from the document archives of culinary business managers. In collecting data the researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study for culinary entrepreneurs in Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency are expected to adhere to the values or rules set by Islamic law and must always adhere to Islamic business ethics under any circumstances. It is recommended that all culinary entrepreneurs, especially in Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency, try to apply Islamic business ethics as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. And it is better for culinary entrepreneurs in Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency not only to prioritize world profits but also to prioritize final profits.

Abstract

The research aims to see the extent of public perception of Indonesian Islamic banks. The object of this research is the customers of Islamic banks in the city of Kediri. By using a qualitative and descriptive approach, as well as perception theory, this study concludes that the function and existence of Islamic banking is not only a place for saving or Islamic transactions but also a place to increase worship values. This public perception can be seen in people's understanding of the relationship between Islam and Islamic banking. The public can understand the involvement of Islamic teachings in every activity in Islamic banking. Public perception of the decision to choose to bank is a process of interpreting the object of perception, namely Islamic banking, whether concrete or not, and this is influenced by knowledge in the form of information, experience, motivation, and desires according to their needs.

Abstract

Based on the regulation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the implementation of risk management in Islamic microfinance institutions, including the management of credit risk and liquidity risk. Credit risk (financing risk) is a risk that occurs due to the inability of the borrower and/or others to pay dependents to financial institutions. Whereas Liquidity risk is the risk that occurs as a result of NBFI liquidity management (Non-Bank Financial Services Institution) which failed. The purpose of this research is to know the application of risk management in providing financing to members. In this research, the author used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and type of case study research on the object. With this methodology, the author describes the application of management credit and liquidity, methods of financing decisions, and integration of risk management in financing. The research results obtained are: (1) The application of risk management is to reduce financing so that NPL (Non-Performing Loan) financial institutions remain below standard; (2) In making financing decisions, the marketing department is required to: observe the main principle, namely 5C which relates to the overall state from prospective members, including character (character), capital (capital), capacity (ability), collateral (guarantee), and condition of the economy (state of the economy); (3) In the implementation of day-to-day operations of risk management integration credit and liquidity are indispensable in providing loans and financing to members. This is due to integration in implementation risk management for credit and liquidity risk can have implications for the liquidity position of BMT.

Abstract

The MSMEs of definas banana chips have to be able to survive and compete during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify the implementation of the 4P marketing mix in an effort to increase sales volume of Definas banana chips during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as analyze effective and efficient marketing strategies to be able to compete with competitors. The method uses descriptive qualitative through observation, document study, and in-depth interviews with business actors and several consumers of Definas banana chips. The results showed that the marketing strategy in the form of a marketing mix consisting of product, price, place and promotion carried out by Definas banana chips was able to survive the covid-19 pandemic. There are still several strategies that must be improved related to products and promotions in order to increase the competitiveness of Definas banana chips products.

Abstract

Of course, in an era like today, knowledge management is a crucial thing, where the development of knowledge management is currently very fast. Several proposals for the classification of the main approaches to knowledge management are considered and their relationships and differences are discussed. Three main groups emerge: measuring knowledge, managing knowledge (either with a greater emphasis on human factors or on information technology), and creating knowledge. The main contribution of this study is the compilation of literature on knowledge management and creation, together with an analysis of the researchers' own proposals for the classification of different approaches, depending on their more descriptive or more normative perspective.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the concept of a solution to help alleviate poverty and economic hardship in the Covid-19 pandemic season through infaq media. LAZISNU as one of the ZIS charity institutions in Indonesia which has an infaq management program, namely the NU Peduli Coin Program. The purpose of this study was to find out how infaq management was carried out by LAZISNU MWC Ngronggot Kediri through the NU Peduli Coin Program. This study used descriptive qualitative methods to provide an overview of program management using interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of this study reveal that the NU Peduli Coin Program strategy has a flow concept starting with fundraising management followed by fund management and ending with the management of distributing infaq funds to those in need. This program had a positive impact on both LAZISNU and mustahiq elements. It is also known that the LAZISNU MWC Ngronggot Kediri management as amil in managing this program is voluntary without being paid a penny as a form of dedication to Nahdlatul Ulama.

Abstract

The current unstable economic conditions force entrepreneurs to survive and live on in managing and maintaining their businesses. The role of human resources is very important in a company. Human resources in question are people who provide energy, thoughts, talents, creativity, and business in carrying out company activities. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with causal research techniques. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gunawan. The sample used is 40 respondents. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software for windows version 23. The conclusions of this study are (1) Job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction at PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (2) Compensation affects job satisfaction at PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (3) The work environment affects job satisfaction at PT. Gunawan Nganjuk. (4) Work stress, compensation, and work environment simultaneously affect job satisfaction at PT. Gunawan Nganjuk
