Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine the role of the Librarian in the process of optimizing performance and also to find out the quality and quality provided in library service at IAIN Kediri, East Java. This type of research is conducted using qualitative research. This research uses observation and interview techniques with the resource persons, the librarian who is also the head of the IAIN Kediri library. In this study, the results are obtained regarding the fact that good management and management of a librarian in providing library services is very important and gives a very big influence on the satisfaction of users and the achievement of the goals of a library. Like a librarian who must always be friendly and provide the best service and always be innovative in managing library materials in the library. Thus the suggestion for the head of the library is to 1) always provide quality and accurate library materials, 2) the user as a source of information must be able to maximize the use of available resources in order to provide the best and optimal service performance.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is a very new thing in the field of entrepreneurship, in the concept of social entrepreneurship an institution tries to combine two aspects, namely social and profit. Establishment of a promatic workshop as an effort to institutional independence and as a space for updating automotive training after motorcycles as a place of training and work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management carried out by the Dompet Dhuafa Independence Institute in the promatic workshop business unit as a social enterprise. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method with an approach to be able to analyze in detail and depth. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. In analyzing the data, researchers tried to use data analysis techniques by Miles and Hubermen, namely by collecting data, coding data, and analyzing data. Then the theory used in this study as an analytical knife uses management theory put forward by George R. Terry with an emphasis on aspects of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The results of the study show that the Promatic workshop organized by the Independence Institute fits the main characteristics of a social enterprise. Then the four aspects of management were also carried out well to build the Mandiri Institute's confidence to open and manage new business units in other fields of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of using digital marketing by the traditional medicine industry during the Covid-19 pandemic compared to conditions before the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative research with a case study approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of  sales reports (turnover) in the period 2014 to 2021 obtained from the traditional medicine industry in Malang, East Java. From this data, it is then processed and analyzed using tables and graphs to provide a descriptive picture related to the problems in the study as well as conducting normality tests, homogeneity tests, and different tests (independent sample T-test) using SPSS Ver.19 software to produce a conclusion. study. The results show that the traditional medicine industry can develop during the Covid-19 pandemic by utilizing digital marketing as a sales system as evidenced by an increase in average sales (turnover) during the Covid-19 pandemic by 173% compared to the period before the pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

This article is based on research into the growth of women entrepreneurs in Nepal, with a focus on motivation to start small firms and digitalization methods in their operations. The study was based on a review of the literature and a short field survey of women who own small enterprises (MSMEs) in Kathmandu. Many respondents claimed that their initial purpose in starting their enterprises was to earn more revenue in finance, as per the data from the interviews. As seen, dealing with digitization is an issue that cannot be ignored as an entrepreneur in the new normal period i.e., after the Pandemic. To improve its business operations and income, it implemented a number of changes and tactics. They were optimizing digital marketing, discovering commercial prospects, developing new markets, and putting the marketing strategy into action.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The practice of Musyarakah financing contracts at PT. BPRS Tanmiya Artha Kediri includes musharaka with syndication and 2) The practice of musyarakah financing contracts in the perspective of DSN-MUI Fatwa Number: 08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 at PT. BPRS Tanmiya Artha Kediri, both general muyarakah and syndicated musyarakah. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study. The results obtained are 1) The form of the Musyarakah financing contract is working capital on housing projects, electrical installations, agriculture, and car dealerships. Syndicated financing is carried out by inter-Islamic banks only, the average number is 2 to 5 banks that participate in financing in one syndication. The calculation of profit sharing is carried out using a revenue sharing system. The growth of musyarakah financing contracts rose very high at the end of 2019 due to syndicated financing between other Islamic banks. The first Musyarakah financing contract in 2019 was the result of a syndication with PT. A for housing project development, 2) Syndication of PT. A by using the musyarakah financing contract, he has complied with the rules contained in the DSN-MUI Fatwa, namely qabul consent, guarantees, capital, profits, dispute resolution, and a clear division of labor and is stated in writing in the agreement.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly rapid and unstoppable, making all aspects of people's lives inseparable from digital activities. Likewise, the world of commerce has begun to shift from offline activities to online activities. Digital marketing aims to promote products and increase sales with various digital marketing techniques. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the aim of knowing the use of Tiktok social media as a means of promoting oyster mushroom chips. The results of this study that CV. Ardhanafood has used a TikTok account with the name @ardhanafood as a means of promoting oyster mushroom chips with 12.9K followers. Compared to other applications, tiktok currently has several advantages, including no need to have tiktok to view videos, that is, everyone can see videos on tiktok without having a tiktok account, has various filters so that they can be as creative as they want, to attract viewers who see, have challenges. , free to use background music that is currently viral or that is being widely used so that it can attract more viewers, as well as to attract new consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in this article is to cultivate livestock to obtain optimal benefits and breeding results. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with field research data collection, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. This study describes the management of laying hens in Ngrembang Hamlet, Kayunan Village, Plosoklaten District, which includes maintaining, caring for, regulating, maintaining the health of livestock, and taking benefits from livestock. The location of the farm is quite strategic and in accordance with the regulations for the establishment of laying hens. The facilities and infrastructure are fully available, the income obtained increases after the feed is measured according to the brochure from the breeder. In the management of laying hens farms there is no strict supervision, resulting in feed theft, theft of chickens that are ready to lay eggs, and employees when sorting eggs mixing eggs of good quality with eggs of poor quality. Farm owners do business not only to enrich themselves but for reasons of charity by giving more salary or eggs, then empowering the surrounding community by recruiting as employees, and always distributing eggs to all villagers every year.

Abstract

Abstract This paper examines the effect of change management on value creation and organizational effectiveness of Culinary SMEs in Greater Bandung moderated by firm age. We utilized a quantitative approach and a descriptive survey method by questionnaire to get the data from the café owners as respondents. The population (and also the sample) was 98 café owners of the SMEs in culinary sector. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) and regression analysis with PROCESS Procedure to measure mediation and moderation effects. The findings of this research are that value creation and organizational effectiveness are strongly influenced by change management. Value creation can function as mediating variable for the relationship between change management and organizational effectiveness. The variable of firm age has a moderation effect on the influence of change management on organizational effectiveness, but do not have moderation effect on the influence of value creation on organizational effectiveness. Abstract

Management of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh funds includes fundraising and distribution. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh fundraising is an activity or process of how to collect Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds from muzzaki. This study aims to find out how the zakat collection strategy is carried out by the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LAZIS) Al- Haromain, the branch of the city of Kediri. This research is a field research, namely research conducted or held in certain places using descriptive-analytical methods. Data obtained through interviews with informants and document review. As for the results of this study it can be concluded that the Amil Zakat Infaq and Shodaqoh Institution (LAZIS) Al-Haromain uses its strategic position and takes advantage of technological advances to improve the perfoemance of collection and distribution of Zakat Infaq and Shadaqoh.

Abstract

Koperasi Syariah Serba Usaha (KSSU) Harum Dhaha Kediri in its operations has financing products and savings products. The changing times have an impact on the behavior of people today who want to save but don't have time because of their busyness. So that KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri applies Pick Up Service, in order to help busy members keep saving so that member interest can increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the Pick Up Service Strategy in increasing the interest in saving members of KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri from Sharia Marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data sources of this research are directors, employees, and members of KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri. Checking the validity of the data with techniques of extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate in increasing interest in saving members at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri using the Pick Up Service strategy, the strategy of convenience in transactions without having to come to the office. This cooperative, using a family approach by applying aspects of the marketing mix to create the characteristics of the services offered. While the Pick Up Service strategy in increasing the interest in saving members at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri in terms of Sharia Marketing is appropriate.
