Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Use of the Human Resources Recruitment System on Employee Performance at PT Maju Pamor Mas" and aims to determine the effect of the recruitment system on employee performance in the company. Using quantitative methods and in-depth interviews. The research results show that an effective and efficient recruitment system has a positive impact on employee performance, increasing motivation and productivity. Factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, and employee development programs also play a role in improving performance. This research implies that companies need to continue to improve their recruitment systems and pay attention to other factors that influence employee performance to achieve optimal performance and compete in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline, employee motivation applied by the office of community empowerment of women and child protection of bogor city and to find out strategies for improving work discipline and motivation in improving employee performance at the office of community empowerment of women and child protection of bogor city. this research is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Based on the results of the interviews, the majority stated that the discipline shown by management had a big impact in encouraging other employees to imitate it. Based on the interview results, the majority stated that the ability to complete tasks quickly and on time is a sign of work motivation. Based on the results of the interviews, the majority stated that the approach to improving work discipline and motivation in improving employee performance at the Bogor City Office of Community Empowerment of Women and Child Protection involves creating a schedule of activities, using various schedules to maintain order, and creating a list of tasks based on deadlines. The implementation of these strategies assisted employees in managing time more efficiently, improving accuracy in completing tasks, and ultimately improving overall performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job training and career development on the performance of factory employees in 3 cutting sections at PT Pratama Abadi Industri at South Tangerang either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods, with a sample size of 90 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous correlation coefficient test, simultaneous coefficient of determination test. simultaneous, t test and f test. Based on the t test, the value obtained is tcount > ttable (3.586>1.987) and the significance value is 0.001 <0.05. This means that job training (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the career development variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (4.764>1.987) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that career development (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (267.128>2.710) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that job training (X1) and career development (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to examine several variables, namely the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, found in financial statements that influence the Net Profit Margin variable. The study was conducted on a construction company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2022. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with F-test and T-test. The R-squared value is 0.739 or 73.9% of the total profit. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio variable has an effect on the Net Profit Margin, with a t-value of 3.769 > t-table 2.364 and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, whereas the Debt to Asset Ratio does not have a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin, with a t-value of 0.633 < t-table 2.364 and a significance value of 0.547 > 0.05. All the independent variables used in this research, the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, simultaneously influence the dependent variable, Net Profit Margin, with an F-value of 9.885 > F-table 4.46 and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance in Employees of the Regional People's Representative Council of South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 20.173 + 0.491 X1, the correlation value of 0.467 means that both variables have a moderate relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 21.8%. Test the hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (3.089 > 2.007). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 26.095 + 0.372 X2, the correlation value is obtained at 0.578 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 33.4%. Test Hypothesis obtained t count > t table or (5.106 > 2.007). Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 14,700 + 0.332 X1 + 0.307 X2, a correlation value of 0.651 means that both variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 42.4%. Test the hypothesis obtained F count > F table or (18.737 > 3.18).

Abstract

In the current digital era, technological developments are indispensable in all sectors of work. Various positive and negative impacts are of course always balanced depending on us as users in using technology wisely, in this case especially for most companies, where technology can facilitate human activities. One of the implementations of information technology that is very widely applied to companies is information systems, where one of them is a system application that can support work needs, the impact of which is in addition to precision in workmanship, of course very efficient in processing time. There are various kinds of technology to help work, but there are also many companies that have not implemented these technologies into their work systems. One application that is needed in the company is bookkeeping and calculating employee salaries. Research on this application is felt to be very necessary, very very useful and provides convenience for companies so that they can do bookkeeping and salary calculations for their employees quickly. If you look out there, there are indeed many third-party applications that offer the system, but of course at a price that is not cheap, it is a consideration for the company to buy it, hopefully with research and the application of this system can provide answers to all existing problems. With this application, related companies can use it for corporate purposes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penempatan gardu distribusi listrik dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP). Penempatan gardu distribusi yang optimal sangat penting karena mempengaruhi keandalan pasokan listrik, efisiensi operasional, dan penghematan biaya bagi perusahaan distribusi listrik seperti PT. PLN Persero. Dalam manajemen distribusi listrik, pemilihan lokasi gardu distribusi yang tepat adalah aspek kritis yang melibatkan berbagai faktor seperti jarak ke konsumen, kapasitas distribusi, biaya instalasi, keandalan pasokan, dan dampak lingkungan. Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas dalam pengambilan keputusan ini, metode F-AHP digunakan, yang menggabungkan keunggulan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan pendekatan Fuzzy. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan utama. Pertama, dilakukan identifikasi kriteria penting dalam penempatan gardu distribusi, termasuk jarak ke konsumen, kapasitas distribusi, dan biaya instalasi. Kedua, data yang diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi kriteria tersebut dikumpulkan, seperti data geografis, kapasitas distribusi, dan data biaya. Ketiga, dilakukan perbandingan pasangan (pairwise comparison) untuk menentukan bobot relatif antar kriteria. Terakhir, metode F-AHP diterapkan untuk mengolah data dan menghasilkan prioritas lokasi gardu distribusi yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model penempatan gardu distribusi yang lebih efisien dan andal. Dengan penerapan F-AHP, diharapkan dapat diperoleh keputusan yang lebih akurat dalam menentukan lokasi gardu distribusi, sehingga PT. PLN Persero dapat meningkatkan keandalan pasokan listrik, mengurangi gangguan, dan menghemat biaya operasional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Es Teh Indonesia Cipadu Tangerang Branch. This research uses a quantitative method. The respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 26 program. The data analysis methods used are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of the service quality variable on customer satisfaction at Es Teh Indonesia Cipadu Tangerang Branch, as evidenced by the value of t_calculated > t_table (-1.902 > 1.660) with significance (0.060 < 0.1). (2) There is a positive and significant effect of the product quality variable on customer satisfaction at Es Teh Indonesia Cipadu Tangerang Branch, as evidenced by the value of t_calculated > t_table (10.069 > 1.660) with significance (0.000 < 0.1). (3) Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Es Teh Indonesia Cipadu Tangerang Branch, as shown by the result of F_calculated > F_table (63.545 > 2.36) with significance (0.000 < 0.1). (4) The results of the determination coefficient test show an Adjusted R square value of 0.558, which means that simultaneously, the service quality and product quality variables contribute 55.8% to the customer satisfaction variable, while the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build an Android-based Tarung Derajat martial arts application. Based on a survey conducted, many participants have difficulty in organizing training time due to busy schedules, family responsibilities, and far training locations. To overcome these obstacles, a martial arts application was developed with features such as training schedules, video tutorials, and registration. The research method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The MDLC method was chosen due to its systematic approach in the development of multimedia applications, which includes six main stages: concept, design, material collection, creation, testing, and distribution. This application is designed to assist Tarung Derajat practitioners in organizing training schedules, accessing video tutorials, and registering for classes more efficiently. The results showed that this application is able to overcome various obstacles that are often faced by participants, such as time constraints and distance to the training ground. The user survey shows that most users are satisfied with the features provided, although there are some technical issues that need to be improved. This application is expected to be an effective solution to increase participation and quality of Tarung Derajat training in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Product Variety and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Nako Yasmin Coffee Bogor both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach with a sampel 96 respondents where the data was processed using the SPSS 26 application. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between product variations on consumer satisfaction in Nako Yasmin Bogor Coffee,  this can be proven from  the simple linear regression equation Y=1,450+0,734X1. The correlation value of the product variation variable was 0.753 which means that the level of relationship is strong. The value of the determination coefficient was 56.7%. The Hypothesis Test was assessed at 11,101 > 2,366. There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and consumer satisfaction in Nako Yasmin Coffee Bogor,  which can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=2.538+0.525X2. The correlation value of the service quality variable was 0.835, which means that the level of relationship is strong. The value of the determination coefficient was 69.7%. The Hypothesis Test was assessed as 14,712 > 2,366. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between product variation and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Nako Yasmin Coffee Bogor,  this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=1.232+0.277X1+0.390X2,  The correlation value of the service quality variable is 0.855 which means very strong. The value of the determination coefficient was 73.2%. As well as the Hypothesis Test, the value  of Fcal was obtained 126.838 > Ftable 6.92.
