Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is the low ability of vocabulary students in English subject matter of vocabulary mastery. The purpose of this study is to improve students' vocabulary skills in understanding English vocabulary by using animation film. This research used PTK design. The Subjecs in this study students class VA SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate School Year 2016/2017 about 1 class of 34 students which consists of 17 male students and 17 female students. Implementation of the action is done for 2 cycles, where each cycle is done two meetings. In 2 cycles there are 4 meetings. In each cycle is done 4 stages of Planning, Action, Observation and Reflection. Instruments that is used in this research is the ability of vocabulary testand observation sheets.Keywords: media, animation film, english, vocabulary ability Abstrak: Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan vocabulary siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris materi penguasaan kosakata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan vocabulary siswa pada materi memahami kosakata bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan media film animasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas VA SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 1 kelas yaitu 34 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswa perempuan. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan selama 2 siklus, dimana setiap siklus dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Dalam 2 siklus ada 4 kali pertemuan.Dalam setiap siklus dilakukan 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, Tindakan, Observasi dan Refleksi.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes kemampuan vocabulary dan lembar observasi.Kata Kunci: media, film animasi, bahasa Inggris, kemampuan vocabulary

Abstract

Abstract: Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought changes in various aspects of human life. One of them is the education system. The problem is, what components of education are affected, and how to respond to these implications? This paper aims to explain changes and alignment that are required to be done in education so that the human resources produced by various educational institutions can compete and contribute globally. The type of research used is library research. The discussion shows that the development of current and future curricula must elaborate on the abilities of students in the academic dimension, life skills, and the ability to live together and think critically and creatively. Other invisible skills like interpersonal skills, global-minded citizens, and literacy of the media and information available. Also, the curriculum must be able to direct and shape students ready to face the industrial revolution era with an emphasis on the fields of STEM. Curriculum reorientation refers to ICT-based learning, the internet of things, big data and computerization, as well as entrepreneurship and internship; this needs to be a compulsory curriculum to produce skilled graduates in literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy aspects. The competencies that must be possessed by the teacher are educational competence, skill for technological commercialization, capability in globalization, expertise in future strategies, and counselor competence. In addition to these competencies, teachers also need to have skills and friendliness with technology, collaboration, creative and taking risks, having a good sense of humor, and teaching as a whole (holistic). The open learning platform is one way to be considered by the school and teacher in deciding how education and learning are held. Keyword: Industrial Revolution 4.0, Education 4.0 Abstrak: Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Di antaranya, dalam bidang pendidikan. Masalahnya adalah, apa saja komponen pendidikan yang terkena terdampak, dan bagaimana merespons implikasi ini? Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perubahan yang harus dilakukan pada sistem pendidikan sehingga sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan oleh berbagai lembaga pendidikan dapat bersaing dan berkontribusi secara global. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum saat ini dan masa depan harus melengkapi kemampuan siswa dalam dimensi akademik, keterampilan hidup, kemampuan untuk hidup bersama dan berpikir secara kritis dan kreatif. Keterampilan tak kasat mata seperti keterampilan interpersonal, berpikir global, dan literasi media dan informasi. Selain itu, kurikulum harus mampu mengarahkan dan membentuk siswa dengan penekanan pada bidang STEM. Kurikulum mengacu pada pembelajaran berbasis TIK, internet of things, big data dan komputer, serta kewirausahaan dan magang. Ini perlu menjadi kurikulum wajib untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang terampil di bidang literasi, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru adalah educational competence, competence for technological commercialization, competence in globalization, competence in future strategies, and counselor competence. Selain kompetensi ini, guru juga perlu memiliki keterampilan dan sikap yang bersahabat dengan teknologi, kolaborasi, kreatif dan mengambil risiko, memiliki selera humor yang baik, dan mengajar secara holistik. Open Learning Platform dapat dipertimbangkan oleh sekolah dan guru dalam memutuskan bagaimana pendidikan dan pembelajaran diselenggarakan. Kata kunci: Revolusi Industri 4.0, Pendidikan 4.0

Abstract

Abstract:Research objectives to improve the results of learning to write the description through learning brain-based learning. The subject of the grade three research in Elementary Islamic school Avicenna North Bekasi. As many as 30 students. data collection techniques used IE test and non-test (observation). Based on a comparison of the results of the final study on cycle I: cycle II as much as 67%: 100%. Comparison of the results of the study are based on an average cycle I: cycle II is 75:89. Comparative score maximum cycle I: cycle II is 82:94. Comparative score of at least cycle I: cycle II is 70:87. Based on a comparison of the results of each study cycle of an increase in the success of the study. Keywords : writing skill, description, brain based learning Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis deskripsi melalui pembelajaran brain based learning. Subjek penelitian  siswa kelas III  SDIT Avicenna Bekasi Utara. Sebanyak 30 siswa . teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu   tes dan non tes (observasi). Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil belajar ketuntasan pada siklus I : siklus II sebanyak 67% : 100%. Perbandingan hasil belajar berdasarkan rata-rata siklus I : siklus II adalah 75 : 89. Perbandingan skor maksimal siklus I : siklus II adalah 82 : 94. Perbandingan skor minimal siklus I : siklus II adalah 70 : 87. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil belajar tiap siklus adanya peningkatan keberhasilan belajar. Kata Kunci:  Keterampilan menulis, deskripsi, brain based learning

Abstract

Abstract:The problem in this research study is the low of the result of class V student at SD Negeri 21 Mendo West and the absence of media used in the lesson of Mathematics. The purpose of this study is to Determine the influence of Three Dimensional Media to improve student learning outcomes on the material of cubes and blocks in Class V Elementary School 21 West Mendo. This research uses quantitative research with "pre-experimental" method (The one group pretest-posttest design). The sampling technique used in this study saturated sampling. The sample of this study is the entire class V amounted to 34 students. Data collection techniques used in the form of a written test that consists of five essays namely pretest and posttest. The prerequisite test used is the Liliefors test to test the normality of the data. Based on test results Obtained Liliefors that the the data is normally distributed. Based on hypothesis testing analysis of data from the result of t-test pairwise the data related with tcount> TTable (11.95> 2:03), hence can be interpreted that Ha accepted and H0 is rejected. So from the results of the research shows there are positive effects of three-dimensional media to improve student learning outcomes on materials cube and beam Class V Elementary School 21 West Mendo. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Three Dimensional Media Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 21 Mendo Barat dan tidak adanya media yang digunakan dalam pelajaran Matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Media Tiga Dimensi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kubus dan balok di Kelas V SD Negeri 21 Mendo Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode “pre Experimental” (The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini seluruh kelas V berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis yang terdiri 5 essay yaitu pretest dan posttest. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan adalah uji Liliefors untuk menguji normalitas data. Berdasarkan hasil uji Liliefors diperoleh bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan analisis data uji hipotesis dari hasil perhitungan uji t-test related data berpasangan dengan thitung > ttabel (11,95 > 2,03), maka dapat diartikan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Jadi dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif media tiga dimensi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kubus dan balok kelas V SD Negeri 21 Mendo Barat. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Media Tiga Dimensi

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to improve the activeness and learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students by applying the Discovery Learning model assisted with the Monopoly Board Game. The research is a Classroom Action Research carried out at Tingkir Tengah 01 Elementary School, with 29 students as research subjects. The data of this research were obtained using test techniques, in the form of questions and non-tests for measuring activeness, teacher and student activities. The result indicates an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students in each learning cycle when compared with the initial condition, for student activity it is evidenced by the number of students who are in the active category. Student learning outcomes has also increased in each cycle, it can be seen from a large number of students who achieved passing grades in cycle I and increasing in cycle II. Keywords :Learning Outcomes, Activeness,Discovery Learning, Monopoly Board Game Abstrak: Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning yang berbantuan dengan media Monopoly Board Game. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 01, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 29 siswa. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik tes yaitu berupa soal dan non tes berupa lembar observasi keaktifan, lembar aktivitas guru dan lembar aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya jika dibandingkan dengan kondisi awal, untuk keaktifan siswa hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan jumlah siswa yang masuk dalam kategori aktif. Data hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan di setiap siklusnya, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari banyaknya jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas pada siklus I dan meningkat di siklus II. KataKunci: Hasil belajar, Keaktifan, Discovery Learning, Monopoly Board Game

Abstract

Abstract: Social media is one of the biggest sources of information that we can get right now. However, in the use and dissemination of information, there are still many social media users who spread information or hateful words (Hate Speech). Therefore classification needs to be done to reduce the appearance of hate speech sentences with K Nearest Neighbor. K Nearest Neighbor Algorithm classifies based on the results of learning on the object being carried out. In the research carried out the KNN algorithm succeeded in classifying the Hate Speech on the given tweet data. Keywords: K neares neighbor, Classification, Data Mining, Hate Speech, Social Media Abstrak: Sosial media fungsinya pada saat ini merupakan salah satu sumber informasi terbesar yang dapat kita dapatkan. Namun, dalam penggunaan dan penyebaran informasinya, masih banyak pengguna sosial media yang menyebarkan informasi atau kata-kata berbau kebencian (Hate Speech). Untuk itu klasifikasi perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi munculnya kalimat berbau hate speech dengan K Nearest Neighbor. Algoritma K Nearest Neighbor mengklasifikasikan berdasarkan hasil dari pembelajaran terhadap objek yang dilakukan. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan algoritma KNN berhasil melakukan klasifikasi Hate Speech pada data tweet yang diberikan. Kata Kunci: K Nearest Neighbor, Klasifikasi, Data Mining, Ujaran Kebencian, Sosial Media

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model to improving student’s critical thinking skills on Mathematics subjects in the fifth grade statistics material at Melung Elementary School. Problem Based Learning is used to stimulate problem-oriented critical thinking. Through the application of Problem Based Learning, students are expected to be able to find solutions to problems discussed in the learning process. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). There were 66.6% of the students in the "fairly critical" category while the other 33.30% were in the "not critical" category. After the actions in cycle I and cycle II, it was found that students who were included in the "very critical" category from the original ones did not increase to 29%, for the "critical" category from the original ones that did not increase to 58% of students. Then it was concluded that the Problem Based Learning model was able to improve students' critical thinking skills in Mathematics subject matter in the fifth grade statistics material at Melung Elementary School. Keywords : Problem Based Learning, critical thinking Abstrak :Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Matematika materi statistika kelas V SD Negeri Melung. Problem Based Learning digunakan untuk merangsang berpikir kritis yang berorientasi masalah. Melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning ini, peserta didik diharapkan dapat menemukan pemecahan masalah yang dibahas dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Ada 66,6% peserta didik dalam kategori “cukup kritis” sedangkan 33,30% lainnya ada dalam kategori “tidak kritis”. Setelah dilakukan tindakan dalam siklus I dan siklus II ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa yang termasuk dalam kategori “sangat kritis” dari yang semula tidak ada meningkat menjadi 29%, untuk kategori “kritis” dari yang semula tidak ada meningkat menjadi 58% peserta didik. Maka disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam mata mata pelajaran Matematika materi statistika kelas V SD Negeri Melung. Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, berpikir kritis

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to 1) Describe the steps in applying PBL in increasing the activeness and thematic learning outcomes of class 4, 2) To find out the increase in activeness through the application of PBL in grade 4, 3) Class 4 the type of research is Classroom Action research (CAR). This study was conducted in 2 cycles using the Kemmis and Taggart model design consisting of 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and observation (acting and observing) and reflection (reflecting). The data collection instruments used were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets and written test. The subjects in this study were fourth grade student of Bringin 02 Elementary School Semarang Regency, amouting to 36 students. The results of this study indicate the percentage increase in student activity from the pre cycle which is categorized as student activity is very high and high only 16.66% to 41.67% in the first cycle and increased again in the second cycle to 77.78%. This increase also has a good impact on the percentage of student learning completeness, which initially only 36.11% of students completed increased to 58.33% in the first cycle and increased again in the second cycle to 86.11%. The result of the study with the problem based learning model prove that this model can improve the activity and learning outcomes pf 4th grade students at Bringin 02 Elementary School Semarang Regency in semester II of 2018/2019 Academic Year. Keyword : Problem Based Learning (PBL), Student Activity, Learning Outcomes Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk 1) mendeskripsikan langkah-lengkah penerapan PBL dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas 4, 2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan melalui penerapan PBL pada siswa kelas 4, 3) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar tematik melalui penerapan PBL pada siswa kelas 4. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan menggunakan desain model Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan dan pengamatan (acting and observasing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar angket, lembar observasi dan tes tertulis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 4 SDN Bringin 02 Kabupaten Semarang yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase peningkatan keaktifan siswa dari pra siklus yang dikategorikan keaktifan siswa sangat tinggi dan tinggi hanya 16.66% menjadi 41.67% pada siklus ke I dan meningkat lagi pada siklus ke II menjadi 77.78%. Peningkatan ini berdampak baik juga bagi persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa yang awalnya hanya 36.11% siswa yang tuntas, meningkat menjadi 58.33% pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi pada siklus II menjadi 86.11%. Hasil penelitian dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning ini membuktikan bahwa model ini dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas 4 SDN Bringin 02 Kabupaten Semarang semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.  Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning (PBL), Keaktifan Siswa, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract: Employees are one of the most important asset for a company. Therefore, the company should be able to continue to control and motivate the employees to remain willing to work in his company. One way that can be done by the company to support the performance of employees is to select the best employees each year. There are many methods that can be used to determine the best employees. One of these methods Weighted Product. Weighted Product is a method that uses an alternative multiplication on the existing rating criteria and memangkatkannya in accordance with the weighting of the criteria that have been provided by the company. In this way this calculation the company can determine the best employees accurately and quickly. Keywords : Best Employee, Position, Weighted Product (WP), Web. Abstrak: Karyawan merupakan salah satu aset terpenting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, pihak perusahaan harus dapat terus mengontrol dan memotivasi pihak karyawannya agar tetap bersedia bekerja sama di perusahaannya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan untuk mendukung kinerja karyawannya adalah dengan memilih karyawan terbaik setiap tahunnya. Ada banyak metode yang dapat digunakan untuk penentuan karyawan terbaik. Salah satunya metode Weighted Product. Weighted Product merupakan metode yang menggunakan perkalian pada alternatif rating yang ada di kriteria lalu memangkatkannya sesuai dengan bobot dari kriteria yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan. Dengan cara ini perhitungan ini pihak perusahaan dapat menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

Abstract: Improvement Of Speaking Skills Through The Application Of Talking Stick Model In Fifth Grade Students Of Kutowinangun 04 Elementary School. This study aims to improve speaking skills through the application of the Talking Stick model in fifth grade students of Kutowinangun 04 Elementary School. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with research subjects in fifth grade students of Kutowinangun 04 Elementary School consisting of 18 male students and 11 female students. The data collection technique used is observation. The procedure of action research consists of two cycles. Each cycle through four stages of research includes: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive. The results showed an increase in the percentage of the average value of students' speaking skills by category in the first cycle, which was equal to 11.56%, with the initial conditions 58.10% (categories need guidance) increased to 69.66% (sufficient category). In the second cycle, an increase of 15.34%, with an initial condition of 69.66% (sufficient category) increased to 85% (good category). The percentage of completeness of speaking skills showed that in pre-action as many as 5 students completed (17.24%), increased to 18 students completed (62.07%) in the first cycle, and increased to 29 students completed (100%) in cycle II. Thus, through the application of the Talking Stick model can improve the learning skills of fifth grade students of Kutowinangun 04 Elementary School. Keywords: Improving Student Speaking Skills, Talking Stick Model Abstrak: Peningkatan Keterampilan Berbicara Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick Pada Siswa Kelas 5 SD Ktowinangun 04. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick pada siswa Kelas 5 SD Negeri Kutowinangun 04 Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri Kutowinangun 04 yang terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi. Prosedur penelitian tindakan terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus melalui empat tahap penelitian diantaranya: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan persentase nilai rata-rata keterampilan berbicara siswa berdasarkan kategori pada siklus I, yaitu sebesar 11,56%, dengan kondisi awal 58,10% (kategori perlu bimbingan) meningkat menjadi 69,66% (kategori cukup). Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,34%, dengan kondisi awal 69,66% (kategori cukup) meningkat menjadi 85% (kategori baik). Persentase ketuntasan keterampilan berbicara menunjukkan bahwa pada pratindakan sebanyak 5 siswa tuntas (17,24%), meningkat menjadi 18 siswa tuntas (62,07%) pada siklus I, dan meningkat menjadi 29 siswa tuntas (100%) pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan keterampilan belajar siswa kelas 5 SD Kutowinangun 04. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Keterampilan Berbicara Siswa, Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick
