Abstract

This research focuses on the transparency of financial management and economic development of the Babbul Jannah mosque which is located in the Kenali Asam Bawah sub-district, Kota Baru, Jambi. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were the administrators of the Babbul Jannah mosque. The results obtained in this study are 1) For the Babbul Jannah mosque which stands in Kenali Asam, the management is still consumptive, such as renovating mosques, buying prayer mats, mukena, Al-Qur'an and so on. For productive things, the Babbul Jannah mosque only rents tents, for other productive things it has not been managed properly. 2) The Babbul Jannah Mosque in Kenali Asam Bawah Village has carried out oral transparency, namely by announcing it to the congregation about the financial reports of the mosque when Friday prayers are to be held, in writing it has also been carried out, namely by pasting the financial records of the Babbul Jannah mosque on the blackboard in the mosque. To enter into the management of the Babbul Jannah mosque, namely for the development of the economy, it can be by setting up a sweets shop, establishing a tahfiz house, establishing PAUD Raudhatul Athfal, or a people's cooperative. This is in view of the importance of the welfare economy and the continuity of a civilized life and also contributes to the growth of the embryo of Islamic Civilization.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis is motivated by the importance of implementing Islamic Financial Management for MSMEs so that they can manage their money or assets in accordance with Islamic Sharia. When the development of MSMEs in Indonesia was tested by the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak in the midst of Indonesian society. The Covid-19 pandemic also had an impact on the Ketak Shrimp MSMEs in Nipah Panjang District which caused a decrease in income and sales levels. MSMEs still face obstacles in increasing capital, both for working capital and for investment capital. MSMEs face various obstacles or problems that can be caused by low education, lack of understanding of information technology and obstacles in preparing financial reports. Internal constraints that are very often experienced by SMEs are limited human resources. This study aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic financial management in the shrimp ketak business and to find out what obstacles or obstacles faced by the shrimp ketak SMEs to implement the implementation of Islamic financial management. In this study using a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection method is by conducting observations, interviews, documentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs have problems in their operations, especially in Islamic Financial Management. Based on the results of interviews, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of Islamic financial management can be seen from the absence of financial reports and the limited knowledge of business owners about the technology that is currently developing. MSMEs should be able to develop themselves with Islamic financial management, from the process of obtaining funds, using funds that should be planned so that they can be useful for the future and also the process of managing assets that should have special funds for their operations so that they are maintained and can be durable for the future. . Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales turnover at Pondok Cik Roza, Thehok Village. Source of data in this study are primary data through information froom the people studied, and secondary data through documentation, intervews and literature. This study used is a qualitative approach. The results show that the marketing mix strategy used at Pondok Cik Roza is 7p, namely marketing products that have characteristics at affordable prices, having quite strategic places, promoting through online or offline media. Having sufficient people, carrying out a good process and applying physical evidence that supports the Pondok Cik Roza business. The marketing mix strategy that does not work well is that the products offered often have vacancies, the promotions that are carried out are still not optimal and the physical evidence that has many shortcomings such as not having adequate parking space, the place is still narrow and others. This makes the sales turnover of Pondok Cik Roza not increase significantly. However, the owner of Pondok Cik Roza remains optimistic that his business will run smoothly by making improvements to the marketing mix strategy that has not been maximized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the opportunities and challenges of agents in marketing sharia insurance products at PT. Prudential Syariah Jambi Branch. This type of research is qualitative research. The data used is primary data obtained from the company PT. Prudential Syariah Jambi Branch. Population of 373 customers during 2013-2022. The analysis used is swot analysis, swot analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats are the company's strategic factors that need to be analyzed in the current conditions. The research results used strengths (1.69), weaknesses (1.85), opportunities (1.82), and threats (1.65). So it can be concluded that opportunities and challenges have the same risk, so that the company PT. Prudential Syariah Jambi Branch must prepare the right strategy for agents in increasing customers and marketing sharia insurance products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of operating expense budget and revenue budget on financial performance at PT Sinar Mas SMART Tbk. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample uses purposive sampling method, namely the company's Gross Profit Margin (GMP) as well as the operating expense and revenue budgets for the 2015-2021 period. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t-test and R2 test with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows software. The results showed that: The Operating Cost Budget partially has a significant effect on financial performance, this can be seen from the significance value (P Value) 0.003 which is smaller than 0.05. Budget Revenue partially has a significant effect on financial performance with a significance level (P Value) of 0.006 which is smaller than 0.05. And the contribution value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-Square) of 0. 803 which means that the variation that occurs in the dependent variable (Financial performance) is 80.3% influenced by the independent variable (Operating cost budget and revenue budget) the rest is 19.7% (100% - 80.3%) while the rest is influenced by other factors.
