Abstract

The development of the world of construction in this era has resulted in the increasing use and need for heavy equipment in every construction job. In the field of civil engineering, heavy equipment is used to assist humans in carrying out the work of constructing building structures. Even heavy equipment currently seems to be a vital resource in construction projects (Febrianti, 2018). The purpose of using this heavy equipment is to make it easier for humans to do their work so that the expected results can be achieved more easily in a relatively short time. In the construction of the Guets House 57 Nganjuk hotel, it certainly requires heavy equipment to make work easier, the heavy equipment used for heaps and excavations, namely Excavators and Dump Trucks, so that you can find out the time needed and the costs incurred for these 2 types of heavy equipment, the authors discuss in chapter 4 with a description of the volume of excavation work, namely 1,996 m3 and for the volume of embankment work, namely 1,387.28 m3 using 2 types of heavy equipment Exavator and Dump Truck with Mini PC 75 type for Exavator and Hino index 8 for Dump Truck from the calculation results of two types of heavy equipment it is obtained that the time for piling work is 9 days for Excavators and 6 days for Dump Trucks, for excavation work it takes 17 days for Excavators and 11 days for Dump Trucks, and for a daily fee of Rp. 3,675,816 for Excavators and Rp. 5,041,416 for Dump Trucks

Abstract

PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of rubber products. PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is located on Jl. Ketapang - Suko No.34, Suko Hamlet, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Products produced by PT. Sekar Wangi Group is Rubber Fender, Elastomeric bearing pad and Rubber Roll. Activities in the company all use machine tools that operate non-stop during working hours, this is able to make the machine experience a decrease in performance, so that at certain time it will make the machine experience trobel. Therefore, efforts to avoid machine trobel or breakdown can be done by scheduling machine maintenance, routine maintenance on the machine can be done by applying the use of the Preventive maintenance method to make the engine life longer and avoid downtime, with regular maintenance and maintenance on the machine, it is expected to increase production and avoid breakdown in the machine. The result obtained is that the cost of machine maintenance using preventive maintenance results in a smaller total maintenance cost of Rp.7.100.000,- per year compared to the previous breakdown maintenance costs which reached Rp.12.070.741, - the total cost expenditure is smaller if implementing preventive maintenance so that this method is appropriately used by the company.

Abstract

UD. Puji Mulya” is a trading company engaged in the food sector, namely crackers that do not leave the taste of onions. This business was founded on November 17, 1998 by Mr. Sukandar. Prior to establishing this business, Mr. Sukandar worked in the same field. With his hard work, he founded this business with his wife. UD. Puji Mulya is located in the middle of the city crowd, precisely on Jl Medokan Semampir AWS 2 No 23 Kota Surabaya, East Java. In the beginning, this business was initiated by Mr. Sukandar, who wanted to start a business based on the experience he had gained. Armed with the skills and experience he gained from participating in the same business, he was able and succeeded in attracting market share so he could have employees. Initially, this business only had 3 production employees and 7 resellers. But with the passage of time, this cracker business is growing and has many employees. For the production process itself there are 5 employees, while for resellers as many as 20 people. The Marvin E. Mundel method has a different model from other productivity calculation models, namely the use of index numbers. An index number is a number or figures that can statistically indicate a change or difference in the price of one or several types of certain goods. Basically, an index number is a quantity that shows variations in changes in time or space regarding a particular matter. The use of this method is also to look for calculations of labor productivity, energy costs, other costs, raw material costs, machine costs. Capital, depreciation, fixed costs. For the calculation results can be formulated as follows. Labor Productivity Rp. 969,246, Energy Rp. 627,000, Other Expenses Rp. 1,159,247, Raw Material Rp. 448,600, Capital Rp. 447.198. Machine Rp. 14,336, Depreciation Rp. 9,746, Fixed Costs Rp. 79,109.

Abstract

PT Angkada Raya is engaged in the shoe heel manufacturing industry, experiencing a decline in production due to defective products. By using the seven tools, product quality is analyzed, and factors that cause defects are identified. The company has a low level of quality control, with a defect percentage of 3.63%. Factors such as workers, work methods, environment, and machines contribute to these defects. To minimize the number of defects, standardization is carried out, improving production methods, improving the work environment. After this implementation, the percentage of defects decreased to 1.96%. PT Angkada Raya is committed to continuously improving product quality through effective quality control

Abstract

In planning a building structure the main aspects that must be considered are strength and efficiency, which in designing the structure must be designed as efficient as possible but its strength is guaranteed. To design reinforced concrete building structures, it is regulated in SNI-2847-2019. Because Indonesia is a country with high seismic activity, in planning high-rise building structures, it must also be designed to be earthquake-resistant according to SNI-1726-2019 regulations. In this study a comparison of the SRPM earthquake retaining structure and the SRPM Dual System with shear wall will be carried out to determine the comparison of performance and efficiency. The results of the analysis in this study show that the maximum drift story value of the SRPM structure in the X direction is 55.655 and the Y direction is 61.171, while for the Dual System structure the X direction is 42.191 and the Y direction is 44.495. The results of the structure performance level analysis with using the pushover analysis method based on REMA 440 of the SRPM and Dual System structures can be categorized under IO conditions (Immadiate Occupancy). For efficiency comparison result the SRPM structure has a reinforcement weight of 263,729.72 kg and a concrete volume of 1643.4 m3, while the Double Site structure has a reinforcement weight of 214,731.38 kg and a concrete volume of 1300.6 m3.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a sophisticated database system. Manufacturing companies have a production process, the production process is a process where raw materials are converted into finished products or have added value. Before carrying out the production process, it is necessary to determine raw material planning using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method required for production planning or procurement of components to meet the master production schedule (JIP). In the production process, especially in the procurement of raw materials, there are problems, namely the process of calculating the number of raw materials is only done by estimating the amount of production in advance and there is no calculation using this method and there is no ability within the company to control inventory so that the determination of the materials that will be needed is irregular. Therefore, researchers will determine the planning of raw material requirements for a certain period using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Then integration with the company's ERP system is one way to solve the problem so that it can help companies improve business process performance. Implementation of ERP applications in business processes is expected to improve business performance such as reducing excessively high lead times, improving customer service performance, eliminating required stages and others

Abstract

Water is a very important component to support the needs of living things throughout the world. Deficiency or excess of water requires an appropriate and efficient handling of water allocation management, in an effort to ensure the availability of irrigation water, especially for agriculture. This research aims to analyze the existing irrigation water needs in the Ketandan irrigation area, then look for several alternatives to determine effective and efficient cropping patterns and planting schedules, as well as to maximize agricultural land so as to produce maximum profits. In addition, this study also calculates the need for irrigation water for each type of plant that is planned. The optimization method used in the calculations in this study is the linear method with the help of the QM for Windows 4 application. From the results of the calculations and discussion of the optimization of the help of the linear program, it can be seen that the existing water requirement in the Kebunan irrigation area is 17.79 l/s/ha, the pattern planting Palawija-Rice-Rice with early August I planting and yields for each type of plant planned in one season are alternative IV (Rice I: 3.47 l/s/ha), (Rice II: 8.64 l/s/ha), and (Palawija: 9.58 l/s/ha) is the result of the highest profit value of IDR 144,355,900,000 per year, with a planting area of 1,610 Ha

Abstract

CV. Wira Jaya Nusantara is an agricultural product company. This company has employees in charge of producing planting media soil products. Planting media production employees at CV. Wira Jaya Nusantara has 10 employees with a total production of 135 planting media products per day. The planting media production workforce only has 4 workers, with a fairly large number of daily targets, workers experience quite a large workload due to quite a lot of production work on a scale. It is hoped that this research is the optimization of production based on working time. Data collection was carried out by means of the stopwatch time study method. The calculation results will be the beginning of determining the standard time of the planting media production process. Based on the analysis of working time, the standard time obtained by workers in the methane growing media production section is 29.47 minutes for mixing ingredients, 19.58 minutes for filling materials, 12.11 minutes for product sealers and product stickers is 5.58 minutes. While the npk planting media is 43.80 minutes for filling materials, 32.86 minutes for product sealers and product stickers is 15.12 minutes. Based on these calculations, production demand can be achieved with methane product conditions, mixing ingredients 2 regular time workers and 2 over time workers, filling materials 2 regular time workers and 1 over time worker, product sealer 1 regular time worker and 1 over time worker, and product stickers for 1 regular time worker. for NPK products, 1 regular time worker fills materials, 1 regular time worker product sealer and 1 regular time worker for product stickers

Abstract

Every business is required to improve the things in it so that it continues to survive and develop. Proper management is needed in every business to develop business performance. Pentol X UMKM is an MSME that was founded in 2018. Fluctuations in demand cause stock instability so that there is over stock and also lack of stock and indicates a bullwhip effect. Based on the problems that occur, an approach will be taken to solve this problem by using four forecasting methods, namely Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Triple Exponential Smoothing. Based on the research results, the forecasting method used for large pentol products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Multiplicative. The forecasting method used for small bulb products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Multiplicative. The forecasting method used for tofu products is Triple Exponential Smoothing Additive. The results of the research show that the value of the bullwhip can be reduced

Abstract

In this study, an alternative design of Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan was carried out using an earthquake-resistant steel structure with a dual system eccentrically braced frame. The existing design of Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan uses a concrete structure with a shearwall structural system. Steel structure is chosen as an alternative design because steel material has better ductility and lower weight than concrete, which is good for earthquake resistant buildings. Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan will be designed with a moment-resisting frame structure system in accordance with the provisions of SNI 1726: 2019 on earthquake resistant structure planning, SNI 1729: 2020 concerning building steel structures, SNI 7860: 2020 concerning earthquake-resistant steel structures and SNI 7972: 2020 concerning special moment-bearing steel structure connections. From the design results, the dimensions of the steel cross-section profiles used as beams are WF 500.200, WF 450.200, WF 400.200, WF 396.198, and WF 350.175. Meanwhile, the cross-sectional column profiles are KC 800.300, K700.300, K588.300, K600.200, and K500.200
